[0003] 虽然现有技术中公开了多种注塑机的废气处理系统,然而该系统并不能对注塑机 所排出的有害气体进行有效地收集,还会有残余的高温烟雾气体排放至大气环境中,该高 温烟雾气体对人体或环境污染造成了极大地影响。 实用新型内容
[0004] 针对以上现有技术的不足,本实用新型提出一种用于注塑机的废气净化系统,其 不仅能够有效地利用注塑机所产生的高温气体的热量,而且能够有效地净化所排出的烟雾 气体,达到国家规定的排放标准要求。
[0005] 为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种用于注塑机的废气净化系统,包括依次相 连的进气管道、初级过滤装置、换热器、次级过滤装置、过滤罐以及排气室,其中:
[0006] 初级过滤装置内设置有初级过滤网和活性炭吸附层,所述初级过滤网的废气出口 与所述换热器的废气入口连通,所述换热器的废气出口与设置在所述次级过滤装置上部的 废气进口相连通;
[0007] 次级过滤装置内自上往下依次设置有废气除尘层、废气氧化吸收层、废气碱化吸 收层、废气酸化吸收层、余热排放层以及排气网罩,所述次级过滤装置的排气出口与设置在 所述过滤罐底部的废气入口相连通;
[0008] 所述过滤罐上部设置有喷淋器,通过循环泵将过滤罐内的液体引入至喷淋器内, 以构成一个循环通道,设置在所述过滤罐上部的排气出口与排气室连通。
[0009] 进一步地,所述过滤罐内部设置有间隔开且相对地交错设置的多个挡板。
[0010] 进一步地,所述过滤罐还与一废水收集池相连通。
[0011] 进一步地,所述排气室的排气出口还选择性地与设置在过滤罐底部的废气入口连 通,从而构成循环通道。
[0012] 进一步地,所述排气室内设置有滤袋,所述滤袋内装有碳酸钙、生石灰、NaOH固体 颗粒中任两种的混合物。
