The handle rod 8 is lifted upwards, the control rod 7 drives the control ring 15 to lift upwards, the control ring 15 drives the upper movable ring 6 to lift, and a bearing is arranged between the control ring 15 and the upper movable ring 6, so that the control ring 15 cannot influence the rotation of the upper movable ring 6; along with the rising of last movable ring 6, connecting rod 5 and lower movable ring 2 then rise, because lower movable rod 2 is connected with V type blade 3 is articulated, consequently lower movable rod 2 can drive the V type blade 3 lower extreme pole and begin to bend, along with V type blade 3 the angle of bending is littleer and more, V type blade 3 whole can fold to center pin 11, and because V type blade 3 folds to center pin 11, can drive the angle of driven lever 9 and change, driven lever 9 can drive center pin 11 and stretch out downwards for center blade 10, stretch out downwards, finally V type blade 3 draws in above center blade 10, and center blade 10 is located the bottom, can remove mud and peel the cutting action to little pit.
When a user pushes and pulls the handle rod 8 differently, the V-shaped blade 3 can be opened and closed, so that the inner wall of the pit at the stem end of the konjak can be completely scraped.
