Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems, and provides a cleaning and peeling device for processing konjak, which is used for batch cleaning and peeling processing of konjak, has high cleaning and peeling efficiency, can automatically discharge skins and liquid, and separates peeled konjak.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a cleaning and peeling device for konjak processing comprises a shell, wherein a rotating shaft is horizontally arranged in the shell; the rotating shaft is provided with a stirring blade; the bottom of the shell is provided with parallel friction rollers in an arc shape; a material scraper matched with each friction roller is arranged below each friction roller; a slag collecting cavity is formed between the scraper and the bottom surface of the shell; the bottom surface of the shell is provided with a slag discharge port; a turnover cover is arranged on the side edge of the bottom surface of the shell; the friction roller comprises a fixed roller and a movable roller; the movable rollers are distributed on the inner wall of the turnover cover; the fixed roller is positioned on one side opposite to the movable roller; one end of the shell is provided with a driving gear; the ends of the fixed rollers are meshed with each other through gears; the ends of the movable rollers are mutually meshed through gears, and the gear at the end of the movable roller at the uppermost end is separably meshed with the driving gear; the fixed roller at the uppermost end and the driving gear are both connected with a driving motor through a belt; a feed inlet is formed in the side edge above the shell; a flushing pipe is arranged above the inner part of the shell; water outlet holes are distributed on the flushing pipe.
In the further improvement of the invention, the top end of the cylinder body is provided with a top plate; stem end pit peeling devices are uniformly arranged on the top plate; the stem pit peeling device comprises a box body, the lower end of the box body is communicated with a peeling box, a cover body is arranged at the upper end of the box body, and a rotary cutter is arranged at the center of the lower end of the cover body; a bottom bracket is arranged below the rotary cutter and comprises an arc-shaped fixed plate and an arc-shaped movable plate which are mutually combined to form a circular ring shape; the arc-shaped fixing plate is fixed on the inner wall of the box body; the front end of the arc-shaped movable plate is provided with a sliding shaft connected with the arc-shaped fixed plate, and the rear end of the arc-shaped movable plate is provided with a control rod; the outer wall of the box body is provided with an installation sleeve; the operating rod penetrates through the box body and the mounting sleeve to extend out; the upper ends of the arc-shaped fixed plate and the arc-shaped movable plate are respectively connected with a semicircular seat through an elastic telescopic rod; the two semicircular seats are matched with each other to form a positioning seat in a full circle shape;
the invention is further improved, the rotary cutter comprises a fixed cylinder arranged on the cover body, a central shaft is arranged in the fixed cylinder, a central blade is arranged at the lower end of the central shaft, and the upper end of the central shaft is connected with a motor through a spline sleeve; the lower end of the fixed cylinder is sleeved with a lower movable ring, and the upper end of the fixed cylinder is sleeved with a rotating ring; v-shaped blades are uniformly connected between the lower movable ring and the rotating ring; a driven rod is hinged between the V-shaped blade and the central shaft; the fixed cylinder is provided with an upper movable ring, and the upper movable ring is positioned at the upper end of the rotating ring; the upper movable ring is connected with the lower movable ring through a connecting rod; the upper movable ring is provided with a control ring; and a control rod is arranged on the control ring.
In a further improvement of the invention, the fixed cylinder is arranged in the center of the transparent plate; after the control rods penetrate through the transparent plate, the control rods are connected with each other through the handle rods; an adjusting nut is arranged on the control rod in a threaded manner; the adjusting nut is positioned above the transparent plate.
According to the further improvement of the invention, the bending part of the V-shaped blade forms a knife edge.
In a further improvement of the invention, the upper end of the driven rod is hinged on the lower end rod of the V-shaped blade.
According to the further improvement of the invention, a circular cutter body is arranged at the bending part of the V-shaped blade.
The invention is further improved, the inner wall of the circular cutter body is provided with a material throwing convex strip; the cross section of the material throwing convex strip is in an arc shape.
In a further improvement of the invention, a compression spring is arranged between the end head of the central shaft and the spline housing.
According to the further improvement of the invention, the V-shaped blade is formed by bending a stainless steel sheet.
The invention is further improved, the placing rack is disc-shaped, and the inside of the placing rack is a step surface; the end surface of the step is provided with anti-skid lines; and an upper blanking hole is formed in the bottom of the placing frame.
In a further improvement of the invention, a discharge chute inclined to the horizontal plane is arranged below the flip cover; a filter plate is arranged on the bottom surface of the discharge groove; a collecting box is arranged below the filter plate; the slag discharge port is positioned above the collecting box.
The invention is further improved, the scraper is a hook distributed in a linear array; the hooks are connected through a connecting rod.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the konjak cleaning and peeling equipment can clean and peel konjak in batches, can quickly peel off sticky skins and mud on the konjak by matching water energy sprayed by the stirring blades, can improve the uniformity of peeling of the konjak by the stirring blades, prevents the konjak from being repeatedly peeled for many times, reduces the loss of konjak meat, keeps the peeling efficiency of the peeling equipment stable, and can separate liquid from the skins when peeled konjak is discharged.
2. The residue collecting cavity at the bottom of the shell can temporarily collect soil and fine-crushed epidermis generated by cleaning, and the residue discharging port arranged at the lower end can discharge soil stains and fine-crushed epidermis generated in the cleaning and peeling processes.
3. The scraper is composed of hooks respectively arranged on the bottom surface of the shell and the inner wall of the turnover cover, and can scrape materials of each friction roller to scrape off soil or skin adhered to the friction roller, so that the friction roller can always keep the best peeling effect.
4. The filter on the blown down tank can filter sewage and epidermis along with the konjaku discharges, collects through the collecting box.
5. According to the invention, the stem end pit peeling device is arranged at the top end of the konjak peeling equipment, so that the epidermis and soil in the large konjak stem end pit can be independently removed, the removed konjak can automatically fall into the peeling equipment, and the peeling processing of other parts is continuously carried out, and the application range and the practicability of the equipment are improved.
6. The stem end pit peeling device disclosed by the invention can be suitable for removing mud and peeling of konjak stem end pits of different sizes, is convenient to operate, can be used for automatically dropping konjak from the lower end of a box body after konjak is placed in the upper end of the box body, and is high in processing efficiency.
7. The V-shaped blade can rotate, open and close simultaneously, can extend into the konjak pit to quickly remove mud and peel, and greatly improves the mud and peel removing efficiency.
8. The central shaft of the konjak concave pit is also provided with a central blade, the central blade can remove soil or crust at the center of the konjak concave pit, and the central blade can ensure that all soil and crust in the konjak concave pit can be completely removed after being matched with the V-shaped blade.
9. The positioning seat in the invention can be suitable for fixing and placing the konjak with different sizes, and the konjak is ensured to be positioned in the center under the rotary cutter.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the present invention is given for the purpose of better understanding technical solutions of the present invention by those skilled in the art, and the present description is only exemplary and explanatory and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention in any way.
As shown in fig. 1 to 18, the specific structure of the present invention is:
a cleaning and peeling device for processing konjak comprises a shell 33, wherein a rotating shaft 34 is horizontally arranged in the shell 33; the rotating shaft 34 is provided with a stirring blade 35; parallel friction rollers are distributed at the bottom of the shell 33 in an arc shape; a material scraper 47 matched with each friction roller is arranged below the friction rollers; a slag collecting cavity 49 is formed between the scraper 47 and the bottom surface of the shell 33; a slag discharge port 48 is arranged on the bottom surface of the shell 33; the side edge of the bottom surface of the shell 33 is provided with a turnover cover 36; the friction rollers comprise a fixed roller 39 and a movable roller 37; the movable rollers 37 are distributed on the inner wall of the turnover cover 36; the fixed roller 39 is located on the opposite side of the movable roller 37; one end of the shell 33 is provided with a driving gear 38; the ends of the fixed rollers 39 are meshed with each other through gears; the ends of the movable rollers 37 are meshed with each other through gears, and the gear at the end of the movable roller 37 at the uppermost end is detachably meshed with the driving gear 38; the fixed roller 39 at the uppermost end and the driving gear 38 are both connected with a driving motor 45 through a belt; a feed inlet 42 is formed in the side edge above the shell 33; a flushing pipe 44 is arranged above the inner part of the shell 33; the flushing pipe 44 is distributed with water outlet holes.
When the lid 36 is opened, the movable roller 37 is disposed on the lid 36 and thus is simultaneously moved so that the movable roller 37 is disengaged from the driving roller 38 and is separated from the fixed roller 39, and the konjac can be dropped out.
In a preferred embodiment, the top end of the housing 33 is provided with a top plate 43; stem pit peeling devices 23 are uniformly arranged on the top plate 43; the stem pit peeling device 23 comprises a box body 18 with the lower end communicated with a peeling box, a cover body 19 is arranged at the upper end of the box body 18, and a rotary cutter 20 is arranged at the center of the lower end of the cover body 19; a bottom bracket 22 is arranged below the rotary cutter 20, and the bottom bracket 22 comprises an arc-shaped fixed plate 221 and an arc-shaped movable plate 222 which are mutually combined to form a circular ring shape; the arc-shaped fixing plate 221 is fixed on the inner wall of the box body 18; the front end of the arc-shaped movable plate 222 is provided with a sliding shaft 223 connected with the arc-shaped fixed plate 221, and the rear end is provided with a control rod 28; the outer wall of the box body 18 is provided with a mounting sleeve 27; the operating rod 28 extends out through the box body 18 and the mounting sleeve 27; the upper ends of the arc-shaped fixing plate 221 and the arc-shaped movable plate 222 are respectively connected with a semicircular seat 251 through an elastic telescopic rod 24; the two semicircular seats 251 are mutually matched to form a positioning seat 25 in a full circle shape;
in a preferred embodiment, the rotary cutter 20 comprises a fixed cylinder 1 arranged on a cover 19, a central shaft 11 is arranged in the fixed cylinder 1, a central blade 10 is arranged at the lower end of the central shaft 11, and the upper end of the central shaft is connected with a motor 14 through a spline housing 12; the lower end of the fixed cylinder 1 is sleeved with a lower movable ring 2, and the upper end is sleeved with a rotating ring 4; v-shaped blades 3 are uniformly connected between the lower movable ring 2 and the rotary ring 4; a driven rod 9 is hinged between the V-shaped blade 3 and the central shaft 11; the fixed cylinder 1 is provided with an upper movable ring 6, and the upper movable ring 6 is positioned at the upper end of the rotating ring 4; the upper movable ring 6 is connected with the lower movable ring 2 through a connecting rod 5; the upper movable ring 6 is provided with a control ring 15; the control ring 15 is provided with a control rod 7.
As shown in fig. 4-5, in a preferred embodiment, the cover 19 is provided with a transparent plate 17; the fixed cylinder 1 is arranged in the center of the transparent plate 17; after the control rods 7 pass through the transparent plate 17, the control rods 7 are connected with each other through the handle rod 8. The V-shaped blade can be controlled to be opened and closed by pushing and pulling the handle rod 8, and the rotation of the V-shaped blade cannot be influenced.
As shown in fig. 4-5, the control rod 7 is provided with an adjusting nut 16 in a threaded manner; the adjusting nut 16 is located above the transparent plate 17. The initial opening angle of the V-shaped blade 3 can be controlled by rotating the position of the adjusting nut 16 so as to adapt to the use of pit mud and peel removal with different sizes.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the bent part of the V-shaped blade 3 forms a knife edge.
In a preferred embodiment, the upper end of the driven rod 9 is hinged to the lower end rod of the V-shaped blade 3.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, a circular cutter body 31 is arranged at the bent part of the V-shaped blade 3. The circular cutter body 31 can make the V-shaped blade 3 open when different angles, and the cutter body can form stable inclination all the time with the konjaku surface, guarantees to go mud peeling stability.
As shown in fig. 6 and 9, in a preferred embodiment, a throwing convex strip 32 is arranged on the inner wall of the circular cutter body 31; the cross section of the throwing convex strip 32 is in a circular arc shape. When the cutter was rotatory, earth and epidermis collided when getting rid of material sand grip 32, can bump at the circular arc surface of getting rid of material sand grip 32 to the upset takes place and is thrown away, can not remain in the pit of konjaku always, thereby influences the normal processing of konjaku.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, in a preferred embodiment, a compression spring 13 is arranged between the end of the central shaft 11 and the spline housing 12. The compression spring 13 may assist the central shaft 11 to automatically extend downward when the V-shaped blades 3 are closed. The telescopic and furling action stability of the central shaft 11 is ensured. The upper end of the central shaft 11 is of a spline structure and is matched with the spline housing 12, and the top end of the central shaft 11 is provided with a compression spring 13. The lower end of the central shaft 11 is cylindrical, so that the central shaft can rotate in the fixed cylinder 1 conveniently.
In a preferred embodiment, the V-shaped blade 3 is formed by bending a stainless steel sheet. The V-shaped blade 3 is formed by bending a stainless steel sheet, can automatically have certain elasticity, forms a V-shaped spring, can ensure the stability of the V-shaped blade 3 and can assist the stability of the V-shaped blade 3 when the V-shaped blade 3 is opened and closed.
In a preferred embodiment, the positioning seat 25 is integrally disc-shaped, and the inside of the positioning seat is a step surface; the end surface of the step is provided with anti-skid lines; the bottom of the positioning seat 25 is provided with a slag falling hole 26. The step terminal surface of co-altitude can be applicable to the konjaku of equidimension not and place, and the antiskid line can prevent that the konjaku from taking place rotatoryly, takies the back away with the konjaku, and the epidermis that falls cinder hole 26 can be convenient for earth and strike off drops.
In a preferred embodiment, the cover 19 is provided with a transparent plate 17, and the rotary cutter 20 is installed below the transparent plate 17. The transparent plate 17 facilitates the user to observe the operating conditions inside the machine.
In a preferred embodiment, the central blade 10 is disposed at an angle to the horizontal to facilitate the throwing of dirt and skin.
In a preferred embodiment, a spring is provided within the mounting sleeve 27.
In a preferred embodiment, a discharge chute 40 inclined to the horizontal plane is arranged below the flip cover 36; a filter plate is arranged on the bottom surface of the discharge chute 40; a collecting box 41 is arranged below the filter plate; the slag discharge port 48 is located above the collection tank 41. The filter plate on the discharge chute 40 can filter out liquid and skin, and the collecting tank 41 collects the filtered liquid and skin slag.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4-5, the scrapers 47 are hooks 471 distributed in a linear array; the hooks 471 are connected through a link 472.
The invention specifically uses the principle:
as shown in fig. 1, konjak enters the inside of the housing 33 from the feed port 42, one end of the rotating shaft 34 is connected with a driving motor, the driving motor drives the rotating shaft 34 to rotate, the stirring blade 35 overturns to drive the konjak to be overturned and rubbed together, meanwhile, the water discharging holes distributed on the washing pipe 44 above the inside of the housing 33 spray out skin water, so that one side of the konjak is washed by water and is automatically rubbed and overturned, the friction rollers rotate relatively to each other to wash and rub the konjak, soil washed off from the konjak passes through the friction rollers and then falls into the residue collecting cavity 49, after the konjak is washed for a period of time, the residue discharging hole 48 is opened to discharge the soil in the sewage together, then the residue discharging hole 48 is closed to continue washing and rubbing, after the soil on the surface of the konjak is washed, the friction rollers begin to scrape and peel off the konjak, after the surface of the konjak is peeled for a, the residue discharge port 48 is closed again, peeling processing is performed again, finally, peeling of the konjac is completed, the flip cover 36 is opened, the peeled konjac is discharged together with the scraped surface skin and soil, when the peeled konjac passes through the discharge chute 40, liquid and the scraped surface skin soil are discharged into the collection box 41 together through the filter plate, and the peeled konjac enters the next process.
The scraper 47 can scrape materials for each friction roller, and the hook 471 can scrape off clay and skin adhered to the friction roller, so that the friction roller can always keep the best friction peeling effect.
The surface of the friction roller is uniformly distributed with bulges, the bulges can be bristle structures, and the roller structures in the existing konjak peeling equipment or potato and sweet potato peeling equipment can be adopted.
The size of part of the konjak is larger, and the stem end of the konjak has a larger pit, so that the konjak is not suitable for peeling in a peeling box, the pit needs to be peeled in advance, a user places the large konjak with the pit on the positioning seat 25 at the bottom of the box body 18, the konjak can automatically adapt to step surfaces with different heights, then the handle rod 8 is lifted, the V-shaped blade 3 is in a folded state, the cover body 19 is covered, the V-shaped blade 3 is positioned in the groove of the konjak, the V-shaped blade 3 can support the konjak, and the height of the elastic telescopic rod 24 at the lower end of the placing frame 25 can be automatically adjusted according to the stress of the konjak; the handle rod 8 is loosened, the V-shaped blade 3 is opened for a certain angle and is propped against the edge of the concave pit of the konjak, and the adjusting nut 16 is rotated, so that the adjusting nut 16 fixes the maximum opening angle of the V-shaped blade 3; through the transparent plate 17, the user can observe the state of rotary cutter and konjaku, and the action of removing mud and skin of scraping to konjaku stem end pit can be realized to the starter motor 14, pull handle pole 8. After the konjac is peeled and scraped, the control rod 28 is pulled out outwards, so that the arc-shaped movable plate 222 moves towards one side, the semicircular seat 251 is opened, and the peeled and scraped konjac falls down from the positioning seat 25 and passes through the residue falling hole 26 to fall out.
The motor 14 drives the spline housing 12 to rotate, the spline housing 12 drives the central shaft 11 to rotate, the central shaft 11 drives the central blade 10 to rotate, and meanwhile, the driven rods 9 arranged in an annular array on the central shaft 11 are connected with the V-shaped blades 3, so that the V-shaped blades 3 rotate along with the central shaft 11 to remove mud and peel, and the rotating ring 4 at the upper end of the V-shaped blade 3 and the lower movable ring 2 at the lower end of the V-shaped blade 3 synchronously rotate; the connecting rod 5 connected to the lower movable ring 2 and the upper movable ring 6 connected to the connecting rod 5 are also rotated together.
The handle rod 8 is lifted upwards, the control rod 7 drives the control ring 15 to lift upwards, the control ring 15 drives the upper movable ring 6 to lift, and a bearing is arranged between the control ring 15 and the upper movable ring 6, so that the control ring 15 cannot influence the rotation of the upper movable ring 6; along with the rising of last movable ring 6, connecting rod 5 and lower movable ring 2 then rise, because lower movable rod 2 is connected with V type blade 3 is articulated, consequently lower movable rod 2 can drive the V type blade 3 lower extreme pole and begin to bend, along with V type blade 3 the angle of bending is littleer and more, V type blade 3 whole can fold to center pin 11, and because V type blade 3 folds to center pin 11, can drive the angle of driven lever 9 and change, driven lever 9 can drive center pin 11 and stretch out downwards for center blade 10, stretch out downwards, finally V type blade 3 draws in above center blade 10, and center blade 10 is located the bottom, can remove mud and peel the cutting action to little pit.
When a user pushes and pulls the handle rod 8 differently, the V-shaped blade 3 can be opened and closed, so that the inner wall of the pit at the stem end of the konjak can be completely scraped.
