Abstract

本发明公开了一种防滑耐热橡胶手套生产工艺,包括如下步骤:S1、按配方称量手套胚的原料的各组分;S4:将混合物B投入到脱硫罐内,通过电加热的方式,将脱硫罐加热至100‑120℃,在脱硫罐内蒸汽温度在165‑175℃时,在此温度下保持1.5h进行反应;S6:将手套胚在丁腈起皱胶浆中浸胶,再浸入表面处理油剂中进行表面处理,然后将内套填充至手套胚内,随后压合,最后硫化烘干,制得防滑耐热橡胶手套。本发明提供的一种防滑耐热橡胶手套生产工艺,与传统技术相比,该方法制得的防滑耐热橡胶手套具有更好的耐高温和绝缘的作用,提高了舒适感;本发明制得的防滑耐热橡胶手套在兼顾防滑性能的同时,整体性能优异。具有优异的耐酸碱性,还有很好的耐寒性。

一种防滑耐热橡胶手套生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于橡胶手套技术领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种防滑耐热橡胶手套生产工艺。
背景技术
目前的劳保手套品种繁多,天然乳胶类皱纹手套,但是天然乳胶类皱纹手套,虽然防滑效果较好,但是其耐油性、耐磨性能方面都明显不足,制得的手套制品显得非常僵硬、不够柔软和贴合、手部体验不舒适。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种防滑耐热橡胶手套生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防滑耐热橡胶手套生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、按配方称量手套胚的原料的各组分,所述手套胚的原料如下:敏化剂、着色剂、硅橡胶、耐热助剂、防老剂、硫酸钙、二亚硝基五次甲基四胺、古马隆、炭黑、40型丁腈橡胶、丁基橡胶、乙丙胶、羟基硅油、软化剂、水份吸收剂;
S2、将丁基橡胶、硅橡胶和40型丁腈橡胶混合后,放入溶胶釜中进行溶胶处理,得到混合物A;
S3:将步骤S2中制得的混合物A放入捏合机中捏合,然后依次加入敏化剂、着色剂、耐热助剂、防老剂、硫酸钙、二亚硝基五次甲基四胺、古马隆、炭黑、乙丙胶、羟基硅油、软化剂和水份吸收剂,混合均匀后得到混合物B;
S4:将混合物B投入到脱硫罐内,通过电加热的方式,将脱硫罐加热至100-120℃,在脱硫罐内蒸汽温度在165-175℃时,在此温度下保持1.5h进行反应;
S5:将混合物B注塑成型,制得手套胚,对手套胚边缘进行修剪整理;
S6:将手套胚在丁腈起皱胶浆中浸胶,再浸入表面处理油剂中进行表面处理,然后将内套填充至手套胚内,随后压合,最后硫化烘干,制得防滑耐热橡胶手套。
优选的,所述炭黑采用炭黑N100 ,所述防老剂采用防老剂AW,所述水份吸收剂选用氧化钙。
优选的,所述手套胚的原料按重量份重量计如下:敏化剂4-7份、着色剂7-9份、硅橡胶15-27份、耐热助剂5-7份、防老剂3-5份、硫酸钙8-9份、二亚硝基五次甲基四胺5-8份、古马隆2-4份、炭黑35-45份、40型丁腈橡胶25-36份、丁基橡胶13-16份、乙丙胶5-8份、羟基硅油1-5份、软化剂3-5份、水份吸收剂2-10份。
优选的,所述内套包括从外到内依次设置有绝缘布层、隔热布层和吸热布层。
优选的,所述绝缘布层由玻璃纤维和有机硅橡胶压合组成,所述隔热布层由石棉纤维和碳纤维压合组成。
优选的,所述丁腈起皱胶浆通过以下方法制得:按重量计将90-120份丁腈胶乳、1-3份活性剂、1-4份硫化促进剂混合,停放至少1天,加入羟甲基乙基纤维素增稠至预定粘度,制备得丁腈起皱胶浆。
优选的,所述软化剂包含重量计90-120份C5石油树脂、10-40份甘油、1-5份乙酸乙酯和8-15份柠檬烯。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种防滑耐热橡胶手套生产工艺,与传统技术相比,该方法制得的防滑耐热橡胶手套的内套包括从外到内依次设置有绝缘布层、隔热布层和吸热布层,更加优秀的起到了耐高温和绝缘的作用,提高了舒适感;
本发明制得的防滑耐热橡胶手套在兼顾防滑性能的同时,整体性能优异。具有优异的耐酸碱性,还有很好的耐寒性。

一种防滑耐热橡胶手套生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、按配方称量手套胚的原料的各组分,所述手套胚的原料如下:敏化剂、着色剂、硅橡胶、耐热助剂、防老剂、硫酸钙、二亚硝基五次甲基四胺、古马隆、炭黑、40型丁腈橡胶、丁基橡胶、乙丙胶、羟基硅油、软化剂、水份吸收剂;
S2、将丁基橡胶、硅橡胶和40型丁腈橡胶混合后,放入溶胶釜中进行溶胶处理,得到混合物A;
S3:将步骤S2中制得的混合物A放入捏合机中捏合,然后依次加入敏化剂、着色剂、耐热助剂、防老剂、硫酸钙、二亚硝基五次甲基四胺、古马隆、炭黑、乙丙胶、羟基硅油、软化剂和水份吸收剂,混合均匀后得到混合物B;
S4:将混合物B投入到脱硫罐内,通过电加热的方式,将脱硫罐加热至115℃,在脱硫罐内蒸汽温度在170℃时,在此温度下保持1.5h进行反应;
S5:将混合物B注塑成型,制得手套胚,对手套胚边缘进行修剪整理;
S6:将手套胚在丁腈起皱胶浆中浸胶,再浸入表面处理油剂中进行表面处理,然后将内套填充至手套胚内,随后压合,最后硫化烘干,制得防滑耐热橡胶手套。

具体的,所述丁腈起皱胶浆通过以下方法制得:按重量计将90份丁腈胶乳、3份活性剂、4份硫化促进剂混合,停放至少1天,加入羟甲基乙基纤维素增稠至预定粘度,制备得丁腈起皱胶浆。
具体的,所述软化剂包含重量计90份C5石油树脂、30份甘油、5份乙酸乙酯和12份柠檬烯。
综上所述:本发明提供的一种防滑耐热橡胶手套生产工艺,与传统技术相比,该方法制得的防滑耐热橡胶手套的内套包括从外到内依次设置有绝缘布层、隔热布层和吸热布层,更加优秀的起到了耐高温和绝缘的作用,提高了舒适感;
本发明制得的防滑耐热橡胶手套在兼顾防滑性能的同时,整体性能优异。具有优异的耐酸碱性,还有很好的耐寒性。

Claims (7)

1.一种防滑耐热橡胶手套生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、按配方称量手套胚的原料的各组分,所述手套胚的原料如下:敏化剂、着色剂、硅橡胶、耐热助剂、防老剂、硫酸钙、二亚硝基五次甲基四胺、古马隆、炭黑、40型丁腈橡胶、丁基橡胶、乙丙胶、羟基硅油、软化剂、水份吸收剂;
S2、将丁基橡胶、硅橡胶和40型丁腈橡胶混合后,放入溶胶釜中进行溶胶处理,得到混合物A;
S3:将步骤S2中制得的混合物A放入捏合机中捏合,然后依次加入敏化剂、着色剂、耐热助剂、防老剂、硫酸钙、二亚硝基五次甲基四胺、古马隆、炭黑、乙丙胶、羟基硅油、软化剂和水份吸收剂,混合均匀后得到混合物B;
S4:将混合物B投入到脱硫罐内,通过电加热的方式,将脱硫罐加热至100-120℃,在脱硫罐内蒸汽温度在165-175℃时,在此温度下保持1.5h进行反应;
S5:将混合物B注塑成型,制得手套胚,对手套胚边缘进行修剪整理;
S6:将手套胚在丁腈起皱胶浆中浸胶,再浸入表面处理油剂中进行表面处理,然后将内套填充至手套胚内,随后压合,最后硫化烘干,制得防滑耐热橡胶手套。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防滑耐热橡胶手套生产工艺,其特征在于:所述炭黑采用炭黑N100 ,所述防老剂采用防老剂AW,所述水份吸收剂选用氧化钙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滑耐热橡胶手套生产工艺,其特征在于:所述手套胚的原料按重量份重量计如下:敏化剂4-7份、着色剂7-9份、硅橡胶15-27份、耐热助剂5-7份、防老剂3-5份、硫酸钙8-9份、二亚硝基五次甲基四胺5-8份、古马隆2-4份、炭黑35-45份、40型丁腈橡胶25-36份、丁基橡胶13-16份、乙丙胶5-8份、羟基硅油1-5份、软化剂3-5份、水份吸收剂2-10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滑耐热橡胶手套生产工艺,其特征在于:所述内套包括从外到内依次设置有绝缘布层、隔热布层和吸热布层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防滑耐热橡胶手套生产工艺,其特征在于:所述绝缘布层由玻璃纤维和有机硅橡胶压合组成,所述隔热布层由石棉纤维和碳纤维压合组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滑耐热橡胶手套生产工艺,其特征在于:所述丁腈起皱胶浆通过以下方法制得:按重量计将90-120份丁腈胶乳、1-3份活性剂、1-4份硫化促进剂混合,停放至少1天,加入羟甲基乙基纤维素增稠至预定粘度,制备得丁腈起皱胶浆。
