Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种工程机械的框架及工程机械,框架包括框架本体以及与所述框架本体连接的吊耳,所述框架本体的底部具有倾翻边,所述吊耳位于所述倾翻边与所述框架的重心共同形成的平面内。本发明实施例的框架,吊耳的起吊点、框架的重心以及倾翻边均位于竖直平面内,框架重心平稳,此时倾翻边位于框架的最下端,将倾翻边触地,此时,吊具对框架的作用力、框架的重力、以及地面对框架的支撑力均位于竖直面,吊具只需要往横向轻轻施力,框架即以倾翻边为支点翻转,直至框架整体横向放置于地面或运输车辆上即可,极大地降低了翻转操作难度,省时省力。

技术领域
本发明涉及工程机械领域,尤其涉及一种工程机械的框架及工程机械。
背景技术
工程机械的框架,诸如塔式起重机的标准节、用于油田连续油管的注入头塔架等,其高度方向的尺寸大于横向尺寸,运输时为了避免超过国家规定的交通限高,会将框架横向放置于运输工具上;或者库存放置、现象堆放等场合,为了防止框架倾倒,一般也会将框架横向放置于地面上。由于框架的重量和尺寸均较大,一般采用吊车等吊具吊起框架,再将框架倾倒放置,相关技术中,当吊具吊起框架后,框架重心不稳,且需要在外力增加倾翻力矩的情况下才能较快地将框架倾倒放置。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种便于翻转的工程机械的框架及工程机械。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例的第一方面提供一种工程机械的框架,包括框架本体以及与所述框架本体连接的吊耳,所述框架本体的底部具有倾翻边,所述吊耳位于所述倾翻边与所述框架的重心共同形成的平面内。
进一步地,所述吊耳位于所述框架本体的顶部。
进一步地,在所述倾翻边与所述框架的重心共同形成的平面内,所述倾翻边具有一经过所述框架重心的垂线;所述吊耳的数量为一个,所述吊耳位于所述垂线上。
进一步地,所述吊耳的数量为多个,多个所述吊耳位于同一直线上。
进一步地,多个所述吊耳的连线平行于所述倾翻边。
进一步地,所述工程机械的框架包括多根主弦杆、多根顶腹杆以及多根底腹杆,多根所述顶腹杆顺次连接于多根所述主弦杆的顶部,多根所述底腹杆顺次连接于多根所述主弦杆的底部;所述吊耳的数量为两个,两所述吊耳设置于对应的两所述顶腹杆上。
本发明实施例的第二方面提供一种工程机械,包括上述任一种的工程机械的框架。
进一步地,所述工程机械包括塔式起重机以及注入头塔架。
本发明实施例的框架,吊耳的起吊点、框架的重心以及倾翻边均位于竖直平面内,框架重心平稳,此时倾翻边位于框架的最下端,将倾翻边触地,此时,吊具对框架的作用力、框架的重力、以及地面对框架的支撑力均位于竖直面,吊具只需要往横向轻轻施力,框架即以倾翻边为支点翻转,直至框架整体横向放置于地面或运输车辆上即可,极大地降低了翻转操作难度,省时省力。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的技术特征可以相互组合,具体实施方式中的详细描述应理解为本发明宗旨的解释说明,不应视为对本发明的不当限制。
在本发明的描述中,“上”、“下”、“高度方向”、“横向”方位或位置关系为基于附图1所示的方位或位置关系,需要理解的是,这些方位术语仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
本发明实施例中,倾翻边指的是框架沿一侧倾倒时,框架的底部边缘与地面的支撑点的直线连线,例如,框架的底部边缘为直杆,则框架往该直杆一侧倾倒时,该直杆即为框架的倾翻边;例如,框架的底部的边缘呈非直线状态,则框架沿该侧倾倒时与地面接触的两个或多个支撑点之间的连线即为倾翻边,框架倾倒的方向不同,对应的倾翻边则不同。
本发明实施例提供一种工程机械的框架,该工程机械可以是塔式起重机,也可以是用于油田连续油管的注入头塔架,还可以是其他类型工程机械的框架。
请参阅图2和图4,框架100包括框架本体10以及与框架本体10连接的吊耳20,框架本体10的底部具有倾翻边,吊耳20位于倾翻边与框架100的重心共同形成的平面内。本发明实施例的框架100,当需要横向放置时,请参阅图4,图4为本发明实施例的框架100的简化示意图,其中,经过B1点垂直于纸面的直线为框架本体10的倾翻边所在直线,吊具30吊起吊耳20,吊耳20 的起吊点为A1,吊耳20、框架100的重心G以及倾翻边均位于竖直平面内,即A1点、G点以及B1点位于竖直平面内,框架100重心平稳,此时倾翻边位于框架本体10的最下端,将倾翻边触地,此时,吊具30对框架100的作用力 F0、框架100的重力F1、以及地面对框架100的支撑力Fn均位于竖直面,吊具30只需要往W箭头方向轻轻施力,框架100即以倾翻边为支点翻转,直至框架100整体横向放置于地面或运输车辆上即可,极大地降低了翻转操作难度,省时省力。
请参阅图5,相关技术中,吊耳的位置没有在倾翻边与框架100的重心G 形成的平面内,具体地,吊耳的起吊点为A2,当吊具30起吊框架100后,框架100处于如图5所示状态,经过B2点垂直于纸面的直线为框架本体10的倾翻边所在直线,起吊点A2与重心G位于同一竖直面内。当框架100需要以倾翻边B2为支点进行翻转时,吊具需要施加沿图5向左的作用力F3,以形成沿图5中的逆时针的转矩,此时,框架100的重力F2对框架形成稳定力矩,稳定力矩的数值为F2*L,方向为图5的顺时针方向,也就是说,F3形成的力矩需要克服重力F2形成的力矩,因此F3需要较大的数值。工程上,甩吊具是一种及其危险的动作,业内不允许甩吊具作业,因此,不能通过甩吊具的方式形成 F3方向的横向作用力,一般是通过多个操作人员辅助推动框架本体10实现框架100的翻转。与此同时,根据受力平衡可知,由于F3的方向向左,则倾翻边 B2与地面之间需要形成向右的摩擦力f或者是外界额外施加的力以平衡作用力 F3,因此,当地面和框架100之间的摩擦力不足够大时,框架100在翻转过程中会打滑而左右晃动,无法顺利翻转,此时需要操作人员在倾翻边B2的左侧设置障碍物,防止框架100在地面上打滑。由此可见,相关技术中,翻转框架 100比较困难,耗时耗力。
框架100的重心可以通过如下方式确定,可以理解的是,重心也可以通过其他方式确定。
请参阅图6,首先选取任意一个起吊点M起吊框架100,使框架100离地,框架的重心在经过起吊点的竖直线m1上,该竖直线记为m1;再选取另一个起吊点N重新起吊框架100,使框架100离地,重心位置在经过起吊点N的竖直线上,该竖直线记为n1,竖直线n1和m1的相交点G即为框架100的重心位置。
框架100的重心位置随尺寸、形状以及材质的变化而变化,但框架100的重心位置均可通过上述方法确定。
吊耳20的位置不限,只要位于上述的倾翻边和框架100的重心形成的平面内即可。本实施例中,吊耳20设置于框架本体10的顶部,便于吊具30起吊。
在倾翻边与框架本体10的中心共同形成的平面内,倾翻边具有一经过框架本体10重心的垂线。吊耳20的数量可以是一个,也可以是多个。当吊耳20 的数量为一个时,吊耳20设置于该垂线上即可。当吊耳20的数量为多个时,多个吊耳20位于同一直线上,进一步,多个吊耳20的连线平行于倾翻边,即多个吊耳20位于平行于倾翻边的同一直线上即可,如此起吊框架100后,倾翻边和多个吊耳20均位于水平方向,框架100起吊平稳,当框架100下降摆放时,倾翻边平稳地与地面接触,随后吊具30稍加施力,框架本体10即可绕倾翻边倾翻。
框架100的具体结构不限,本实施例中,请参阅图1和图2,框架100包括多根主弦杆11、多根顶腹杆12以及多根底腹杆13,多根顶腹杆12顺次连接于多根主弦杆11的顶部,多根底腹杆13顺次连接于多根主弦杆11的底部。框架100的俯视投影大致呈矩形,吊耳20设置于相对的两顶腹杆12上。本实施例中,框架100的底部的一侧具有两个支撑点10a,该两个支撑点10a的连线即为该框架的一倾翻边。可以理解的是,该框架100底部的每一侧都可以形成倾翻边,框架100需要往哪一侧翻转时,该侧的两个支撑点的连线即形成倾翻边。
具体地,本实施例中,吊耳20的数量为两个,两个吊耳20设置于对应的两顶腹杆12上。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例的另一方面提供一种工程机械,该工程机械包括上述任意的框架。该工程机械包括但不限于塔式起重机、注入头塔架。

Claims (8)
1.工程机械的框架,其特征在于,包括框架本体(10)以及与所述框架本体(10)连接的吊耳(20),所述框架本体(10)的底部具有倾翻边,所述吊耳(20)位于所述倾翻边与所述框架的重心共同形成的平面内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工程机械的框架,其特征在于,所述吊耳(20)位于所述框架本体(10)的顶部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的工程机械的框架,其特征在于,在所述倾翻边与所述框架的重心共同形成的平面内,所述倾翻边具有一经过所述框架重心的垂线;所述吊耳(20)的数量为一个,所述吊耳(20)位于所述垂线上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的工程机械的框架,其特征在于,所述吊耳(20)的数量为多个,多个所述吊耳(20)位于同一直线上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的工程机械的框架,其特征在于,多个所述吊耳(20)的连线平行于所述倾翻边。
6.根据权利要求4所述的工程机械的框架,其特征在于,所述工程机械的框架包括多根主弦杆(11)、多根顶腹杆(12)以及多根底腹杆(13),多根所述顶腹杆(12)顺次连接于多根所述主弦杆(11)的顶部,多根所述底腹杆(13)顺次连接于多根所述主弦杆(11)的底部;所述吊耳(20)的数量为两个,两所述吊耳(20)设置于对应的两所述顶腹杆(12)上。
7.工程机械,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-6任一项所述的工程机械的框架。
8.根据权利要求7所述的工程机械,其特征在于,所述工程机械包括塔式起重机以及注入头塔架。
