本发明涉及一种改进的高阻燃丁苯橡胶添加剂,按重量份数计,它包括丁苯橡胶40‑52份、羟基硅油26‑36份、气相白炭黑13‑20份、纳米氢氧化镁9‑18份、双二五硫化剂6‑9份、苎麻纤维2‑4份、硅酸钠1‑2份。本发明易加工,阻燃效果好,成本低。

本发明属于化工产品领域,具体涉及一种丁苯橡胶添加剂。
背景技术
丁苯橡胶是由丁二烯和苯乙烯共聚而得到的弹性体。丁苯橡胶的外观呈浅黄褐色,微带苯乙烯气味。它的线型大分子整体结构呈无定形,不像天然橡胶那样有结晶化倾向。它的大分子链段中含有双键,可以用硫磺硫化。主要用作制造各种轮胎、胶管及其它多种橡胶制品。但是,由于丁苯橡胶在空气中易燃,其应用受到很大的限制。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种易加工,阻燃效果好,成本低的改进的高阻燃丁苯橡胶添加剂。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的改进的高阻燃丁苯橡胶添加剂,按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)丁苯橡胶 40-52份;
(2)羟基硅油 26-36份;
(3)气相白炭黑 13-20份;
(4)纳米氢氧化镁 9-18份;
(5)双二五硫化剂 6-9份;
(6)苎麻纤维 2-4份;
(7)硅酸钠 1-2份。
优选地,所述的改进的高阻燃丁苯橡胶添加剂,按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)丁苯橡胶 47份;
(2)羟基硅油 28份;
(3)气相白炭黑 15份;
(4)纳米氢氧化镁 12份;
(5)双二五硫化剂 7份;
(6)苎麻纤维 3份;
(7)硅酸钠 1.2份。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过精确的组分配比,各组分互相渗透,使产品阻燃效果好,本产品稳定性好,易加工,制造成本低,符合实际使用要求。

本发明所述的改进的高阻燃丁苯橡胶添加剂,按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)丁苯橡胶 51份;
(2)羟基硅油 33份;
(3)气相白炭黑 19份;
(4)纳米氢氧化镁 17份;
(5)双二五硫化剂 8份;
(6)苎麻纤维 2.4份;
(7)硅酸钠 1.4份。
本发明通过精确的组分配比,各组分互相渗透,使产品阻燃效果好,本产品稳定性好,易加工,制造成本低,符合实际使用要求。

(6)苎麻纤维 2-4份;
(7)硅酸钠 1-2份。
