本发明属于化工产品领域,具体涉及一种合成橡胶。
背景技术
丁苯橡胶是一种合成橡胶,外观呈浅黄褐色,由于其线型大分子整体结构呈无定形,不像天然橡胶那样有结晶化倾向,所以是制作轮胎用的理想原材料之一,但是它的耐热性能和阻燃性能并不是太优异,一般在制作轮胎时还要另外加入耐热及阻燃添加剂以达到轮胎的这两项性能指标。这样在轮胎制作时就增加了制作工序,无形中也增加了制作成本。

发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种易加工,高耐热,高阻燃的改进的高阻燃高耐热合成橡胶。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的改进的高阻燃高耐热合成橡胶,按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)丁苯橡胶生胶 34-45份;
(2)气相白炭黑 16-22份;
(3)氢氧化铝 8-19份;
(4)2,6’-二羟基二苯砜 10-15份;
(5)双酚A 17-26份;
(6)环氧氯丙烷 8-18份;
(7)双二五硫化剂 3-6份;
(8)天然橡胶 21-27份;
(9)氧化锌 1-4份。
优选地,所述的改进的高阻燃高耐热合成橡胶,按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)丁苯橡胶生胶 42份;
(2)气相白炭黑 18份;
(3)氢氧化铝 12份;
(4)2,6’-二羟基二苯砜 11份;
(5)双酚A 18份;
(6)环氧氯丙烷 9份;
(7)双二五硫化剂 4份;
(8)天然橡胶 22份;

(6)环氧氯丙烷 17份;
(7)双二五硫化剂 5份;
(8)天然橡胶 26份;
(9)氧化锌 3份。
本发明通过精确的组分配比,各组分互相渗透,使产品高耐热,高阻燃,本产品稳定性好,易加工,制造成本低,符合实际使用要求。
