本发明的目的是提供一种进气管的硅橡胶油封材料配方,通过采用SH747‑U硅橡胶,具有优异的耐高低温性能,采用双25硫化剂进行硫化,加工性能好,采用气相白炭黑和沉淀白炭黑进行补强,HT‑1耐热稳定剂提高耐热性能,氧化铁红使颜色变红,整个配方材料在汽油、酸性燃油中长时间使用无异常,油封密封性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种进气管的硅橡胶油封材料配方。
背景技术
橡胶为高弹性的高分子化合物。分为天然橡胶与合成橡胶二种。天然橡胶是从橡胶树、橡胶草等植物中提取胶质后加工制成;合成橡胶则由各种单体经聚合反应而得。橡胶制品广泛应用于工业或生活各方面。硅橡胶耐高、低温性能好,硅橡胶的耐热性能也很突出,硅橡胶在油封材料有着很好的应用,因此硅橡胶还需有耐汽油和酸性燃油的性能。因此解决这一问题就显得十分必要。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种进气管的硅橡胶油封材料配方,通过采用SH747-U硅橡胶,具有优异的耐高低温性能,采用双25硫化剂进行硫化,加工性能好,采用气相白炭黑和沉淀白炭黑进行补强,HT-1耐热稳定剂提高耐热性能,氧化铁红使颜色变红,整个配方材料在汽油、酸性燃油中长时间使用无异常,油封密封性能好,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。

SH747-U硅橡胶 90-110份、
双25硫化剂 1-5份、
氧化铁红 1-3份、
HT-1耐热稳定剂 2-5份、
气相白炭黑 20-30份、
沉淀白炭黑 20-30份、
石墨粉 10-20份、
硅藻土 30-40份、
有机过氧化物 0.5-1份。
进一步改进在于:包括有以下质量份数的组分料:
SH747-U硅橡胶 100份、
双25硫化剂 2份、
氧化铁红 2份、
HT-1耐热稳定剂 3份、
气相白炭黑 25份、
沉淀白炭黑 25份、
石墨粉 15份、
硅藻土 35份、
有机过氧化物 0.7份。

本实施例提供一种进气管的硅橡胶油封材料配方,包括有以下质量份数的组分料:
SH747-U硅橡胶 100份、
双25硫化剂 2份、
氧化铁红 2份、
HT-1耐热稳定剂 3份、
气相白炭黑 25份、
沉淀白炭黑 25份、
石墨粉 15份、
硅藻土 35份、
有机过氧化物 0.7份。

SH747-U硅橡胶 90-110份、
双25硫化剂 1-5份、
氧化铁红 1-3份、
HT-1耐热稳定剂 2-5份、
气相白炭黑 20-30份、
沉淀白炭黑 20-30份、
石墨粉 10-20份、
硅藻土 30-40份、
有机过氧化物 0.5-1份。
