Abstract
本发明提供了一种治疗胃酸倒流的中药组合物,包括下列重量份数的原料药:郁金2‑15g,栀子2‑10g,竹茹2‑15g,三七2‑10g,生姜3‑12g,珍珠母10‑30g,淡豆豉3‑12g,海螵蛸5‑20g,炙甘草3‑12g,枇杷叶5‑25g,陈皮3‑15g,蒲公英5‑25g,大枣5‑25g,制备方法包括下列步骤:取原料药清洗除杂后,加水煎煮合并滤液、浓缩、冷却,加乙醇使含醇量为20‑80%,回收乙醇,使上清液浓缩成稠膏,备用;将稠膏进行干燥等处理制备成相应剂型,剂型包括丸剂、锭剂、粉剂、散剂、颗粒剂或汤包,本发明可根治胃酸倒流,治疗胃酸倒流引起的食道炎、食道反流和咽喉炎,还可以使括约肌回复弹性,同时化胃气,调理及巩固胃黏膜。

技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域,特别涉及一种治疗胃酸倒流的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
食物进入胃之前,有一道软骨活门,称作食道下端括约肌。正常情况吞咽时,这片活门会打开,食物由食道进入胃后,这片肌肉活门又会关闭。但当活门不能正常开合时,胃里的食物和胃酸则会倒流进入食道内。胃酸倒流是胃食管逆流疾病的主要症状之一。由于食管下端括约肌无法正常运作,胃酸从胃部逆流入食管。造成胃酸倒流的原因主要有:(1)不良的生活习惯,如夜晚进食,食物没有完全消化,饱腹睡觉,易造成胃下垂,使下括肌松弛,导致胃酸倒流入食道;(2)裤子太紧,容易把胃酸顶压回食道;(3)肥胖,腹部脂肪较多,对胃部造成一定压力;(4)抽烟及饮酒习惯,会引致胃酸分泌过多;(5)怀孕妇女,因怀孕后期,婴儿会压着胃部,而引起胃酸倒流;(6)生活压力,现代人工作压力大,生活节奏紧张,食无定时,因而引致胃酸倒流及胃功能失调。胃酸倒流的常见症状有:咳嗽持续不愈,喉咙持续疼痛,吞咽有困难;胸口有被灼伤感,直达喉咙;口中有酸或苦味;腹痛、打嗝、胃胀气、牙痛及气喘。
当胃酸倒流症状不严重时,可通过自行调整的方式缓解症状。比如调整生活方式,尽量避免在临睡前3至4个小时进食,也尽量不要喝水;避免饭后躺卧;少量多餐,减轻对胃部的压力,避免穿紧身衣;睡觉时头部垫高约10公分,有助减轻夜间胃酸倒流;减少吃巧克力、咖啡和茶,油腻和煎炸食物,洋葱大蒜、薄荷味食品;通过药物控制反胃症状,饭前半小时服用药物,帮助食物消化。
胃酸倒流常被误认为是心脏问题,需经过一系列心脏检查后才能确认是胃酸倒流引起,此外,喉咙痛、声音沙哑、久咳及哮喘,均可由胃酸倒流所引起。如出现长期上述征状,而经过多番诊治却未能治愈,则胃酸倒流的可能性较大。胃酸可倒流至气管,引起咳嗽,胃酸也有可能刺激食道的交感神经,直接影响气管收缩,引起哮喘症状。胃酸倒流还直接令食道受损,如长期缺乏医治,会导致食道炎、食道溃疡,甚至引起巴洛氏食道癌的癌前病变,增加了患癌风险。胃酸倒流病症多少与食道受损程度并非正比关系,部分病人有明显的胃酸倒流病症,但食道受损情况轻微,相反,有病人没有明显病症,食道却已严重溃疡。
市场上虽然有可以针对胃酸倒流的药物,但它们不能使括约肌回复弹性,也不能同时治疗因胃酸倒流引起的哮喘、流鼻涕、气不顺、牙痛、喉咙肿痛和声沙咳嗽等问题,同时孕妇也要谨慎服用。而类似的西药治标不能治本,治疗范围窄,每款西药只单治胃、单治气促、单治喉咙肿痛、声沙咳嗽等,不能同时治理因胃酸倒流引起的其他问题。而手术也存在多项风险,如吞咽困难,如果用加入电环的新技术,却要每半年做一次检测,电环还需要长期植入身体内。目前除了手术之外,尚无可以有效治疗胃酸倒流的药物。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明的目的是提供一种使括约肌回复弹性进而治疗胃酸倒流的中药组合物。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种治疗括胃酸倒流的中药组合物,包括如下按重量份数计的原料:
郁金2-15g,栀子2-10g,竹茹2-15g,三七2-10g,生姜3-12g,珍珠母10-30g,淡豆豉3-12g,海螵蛸5-20g,甘草(灸)3-12g,枇杷叶5-25g,陈皮3-15g,蒲公英5-25g,大枣5-25g。
优选地,所述治疗括胃酸倒流的中药组合物包括如下按重量份数计的原料:
郁金8-12g,栀子4-7g,竹茹8-12g,三七2-5g,生姜3-5g,珍珠母20-27g,淡豆豉5-8g,海螵蛸12-17g,甘草(灸)5-8g,枇杷叶10-20g,陈皮7-10g,蒲公英12-17g,大枣12-17g。
进一步优选地,所述治疗括胃酸倒流的中药组合物包括如下按重量份数计的原料:郁金10g,栀子5g,竹茹(姜)10g,三七3g,生姜2片,珍珠母25g,淡豆豉6g,海螵蛸15g,甘草(灸)6g,枇杷叶15g,陈皮9g,莆公英15g,大枣15g。
优选地,所述竹茹为姜竹茹,是以竹茹为材料炮制而成的药物,姜竹茹的炮制方法包括炒炙、蒸制或烘制中的任一种。
姜竹茹的具体制备方法分别如下:
炒炙:取竹茹除去杂质和硬皮,切段或揉成团,加姜汁拌匀,稍润,待姜汁被吸尽后,置炒制容器内,用文火加热,如烙饼法将两面烙至微黄色,取出晾凉,竹茹和生姜的重量比为10:1-2。优选地,竹茹和生姜的重量比为10:1。
蒸法:取竹茹原药材100kg,除去杂质和硬皮,切段或揉成小团;取生姜10-20kg,捣成糊状,加水2-3kg,去渣取汁,将姜汁喷洒在竹茹上,然后拌匀闷润5分钟,待姜汁被竹茹吸尽时,置锅内蒸5~10分钟,趁热取出晾干即可。优选地,竹茹和生姜的重量比为10:1。
烘制法:即取净竹茹50kg,用生姜12.5-15kg取汁拌匀,稍闷,待吸尽姜汁后先在80℃烘约140分钟,然后升至150℃,烘30分钟至微黄。优选地,竹茹和生姜的重量比为4:1。
优选地,所述甘草为炙甘草,炙甘草系豆科植物,是用蜜烘制的甘草,为类圆形或椭圆形切片,表面红棕色或灰棕色,微有光泽,切面黄色至深黄色,形成层环明显,射线放射状。由炙甘草制成的汤--炙甘草汤具有益气滋阴,通阳复脉治疗功效。
炮制方法为:先将蜂蜜置锅中炼成中蜜,改用文火加甘草片拌炒均匀,甘草和蜂蜜的重量比为4-5:1-2,拌炒时间为3~5min,出锅后,置烤房或烘箱60-70℃烘至不粘手时取出,放凉。
进一步优选地,所述甘草和蜂蜜的重量比为4:1,所得蜜炙甘草不易焦糊,质佳。
优选地,所述治疗括胃酸倒流的中药组合物的剂型制成丸剂、锭剂、粉剂、散剂、颗粒剂或汤包等剂型。
进一步优选地,向所述治疗括胃酸倒流的中药组合物中加入药学上可接受的辅料制备成丸剂、锭剂、粉剂、散剂、颗粒剂或汤包等。
本发明的治疗括胃酸倒流的中药组合物将委托已在香港注册合资格药厂,采用最佳的方式进行制备,是本领域技术人员根据现有技术容易得到的制备方法。
优选地,本发明的治疗括胃酸倒流的中药组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取原料药清洗除杂后,加水煎煮合并滤液、浓缩、冷却,加乙醇使含醇量为20-80%,回收乙醇,使上清液浓缩成稠膏,备用;
(2)将稠膏进行干燥等处理后加入药学上可接受的辅料制备成成丸剂、锭剂、粉剂、散剂、颗粒剂或汤包等。
在本发明中所采用的各味中草药具有以下的性味与功效:
郁金为姜科植物郁金的块根,性寒,味辛、苦,归肝、心、肺经,具有活血止痛,行气解郁,清心凉血,利胆退黄之功效,主治胸胁刺痛,胸痹心痛,经闭痛经,乳房胀痛,热病神昏,癫痫发狂,血热吐衄,黄疸尿赤等。现代研究表明,郁金含有挥发油(莰烯、樟脑、倍半萜烯等)、姜黄素、姜黄酮等,另含淀粉、多糖、脂肪油、橡胶、水芹烯等;具有保护肝细胞、促进肝细胞再生、去脂和抑制肝细胞纤维化的作用,能对抗肝脏毒性病变。
栀子的果实是传统中药,属卫生部颁布的第1批药食两用资源,其性寒,味苦,无毒,归心、肺、胃、三焦经,具有护肝、利胆、降压、镇静、止血、消肿等作用。在中医临床常用于治疗黄疸型肝炎、扭挫伤、高血压、糖尿病等症。现代药理研究发现,栀子能促进胰腺分泌.在胰腺炎时栀子有提高机体抗病能力、改善肝脏和胃肠系统的功能以及减轻胰腺炎等药理作用。
竹茹是禾本科植物青秆竹、大头典竹或淡竹的茎秆的干燥中间层,性微寒,味甘,归肺、胃、胆经,具有清热化痰,除烦,止呕的功效。用于痰热咳嗽,胆火挟痰,惊悸不宁,心烦失眠,中风痰迷,舌强不语,胃热呕吐,妊娠恶阻,胎动不安。姜竹茹长于化痰止呕。
三七又名田七,为伞形目五加科植物,性温;味甘、微苦;归肝经;胃经;心经;肺经;大肠经;具有化瘀止血,活血定痛的功效,用于咯血,吐血,衄血,便血,崩漏,外伤出血,胸腹刺痛,跌扑肿痛。
生姜指姜属植物的块根茎,性微温;味辛甘;归肺脾胃经,其特有的“姜辣素”能刺激胃肠黏膜,使胃肠道充血,消化能力增强,能有效地治疗吃寒凉食物过多而引起的腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、呕吐等。现代药理研究表明,生姜是治疗盐酸-乙醇性溃疡的有效药物,其有效成分为姜烯,具有保护胃黏膜细胞的作用。在芳香健胃生药中,特别是姜科植物中多含有姜烯等萜类精油成分,是健胃生药的有效成分之一。
珍珠母为蚌科动物三角帆蚌、褶纹冠蚌或珍珠贝科动物马氏珍珠的贝壳,性寒;味咸;归心、肝经;具有平肝潜阳、安神定惊、清肝明目的功效。主治头眩,耳鸣,心悸,失眠,癫狂,惊痫,吐血,衄血,妇女血崩。现代药理研究表明,珍珠母中含有大量碳酸钙,口服粉剂有中和胃酸及收敛作用.珍珠层粉常用于胃酸过多和溃疡病。
淡豆豉为豆科植物大豆的成熟种子的发酵加工品,其性寒味辛、甘、微苦,具有解表,除烦,宣郁,解毒之功效。用于伤寒热病,寒热,头痛,烦躁,胸闷。现代药理研究表明,淡豆豉有微弱的发汗作用,并有健胃、助消化作用。
甘草是一种补益中草药,药用部位是根及根茎。甘草味甘甜,性平和,入心、脾、肺、胃四经。生用偏凉,可泻火解毒、缓急止痛;炙用偏温,能散表寒、补中益气。此外,甘草还善于调和药性,解百药之毒。
海螵蛸为乌贼科动物无针乌贼或金乌贼的干燥内壳,性温;味咸、涩;归脾、肾经。具有收敛止血,涩精止带,制酸止痛,收湿敛疮之功效。常用于吐血衄血,崩漏便血,遗精滑精,赤白带下,胃痛吞酸;外治损伤出血,湿疹湿疮,溃疡不敛。
枇杷叶为蔷薇科植物枇杷的叶子。微有清香气,味微苦,性微寒。有清肺止咳,和胃利尿,止渴的功效。有治疗肺热痰嗽,咳血,衄血,胃热呕哕作用。
陈皮为芸香科植物橘及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮”和“广陈皮”。采摘成熟果实,剥取果皮,晒干或低温干燥。陈皮性温,味辛、味苦;入脾经、胃经、肺经;具有理气健脾,调中,燥湿,化痰功效。主治脾胃气滞之脘腹胀满或疼痛、消化不良。湿浊阻中之胸闷腹胀、纳呆便溏。痰湿壅肺之咳嗽气喘。用于胸脘胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
蒲公英属菊科多年生草本植物,性平味甘微苦,有清热解毒、消肿散结及催乳作用,对治疗乳腺炎十分有效。此外,蒲公英还有利尿、缓泻、退黄疸、利胆等功效。现代药理研究表明,蒲公英具有抗胃溃疡的作用,其对胃黏膜的损伤有保护作用。
红枣其维生素含量非常高,有“天然维生素丸”的美誉,性微温;味甘,微甜;具有补脾益气,养血安神的功效。
本发明用于治疗由肝气郁结,脾胃气虚,湿邪困脾,脾失健运,运化乏力,括约肌松弛,胃痛吐酸,气血生化不足,胃失和降,气机阻滞所致的胃酸倒流。
泄而致肝气郁结,肝病易传于脾。脾胃为后天之本,气血生化之源。脾胃虚弱,则气血生化不足。脾失健运,胃纳不振,湿浊内生,气机不畅,升清降浊失常。因饮食不节,故见脘腹痞闷胀满,胃酸过多,食道反流,声暗沙哑,气短乏力,气喘心悸。治宜:疏肝解郁、补中益气、行气和胃、温中化湿、燥湿健脾、气向下行。
姜竹茹配陈皮、甘草、生姜同用,涤痰开郁,再与大枣同用,清热止呕,用于湿热呕吐,胃失和降,恶心呕吐,对于胆虚痰热郁结所致的烦闷不宁、头晕目眩、反胃呕哕之证,常相互为用,以协同化痰、安神、止呕作用。三七化瘀止血,消肿定痛。乌贼骨收,敛止血,制酸止痛。珍珠母配炙甘草,治肝阳上升,头晕头痛,眼花耳鸣,面颊燥热,郁金配栀子,清热凉血、活血之功效,淡豆豉与栀子、甘草同用,治疗邪热内郁胸中,心中懊心中懊憹,烦热不眠之证。枇杷叶配生姜煎,大枣同用,治疗声音嘶哑,蒲公英,归肝、胃经。清热解毒、利尿消炎、对各种炎症类疾病均有效果,清肝利胆效果尤佳。因吸烟引起的口腔炎症、口气、胃炎等均能对症缓解。
本发明通过多种药物复配,起到协同增效的作用,可根治胃酸倒流,治疗胃酸倒流引起的食道炎、食道反流和咽喉炎,还可以使括约肌回复弹性,同时化胃气,调理及巩固胃黏膜,免去长期服食只能治标的药物和做手术之风险及手术后的护理和后遗症之痳烦,能有效地治疗因胃酸倒流引起的哮喘,流鼻水,气不顺,牙痛,喉咙肿痛,声沙咳嗽等问题,同时孕妇也可服用,但因每人体质不同,应先咨询医师议建。
用法用量:服用本发明的组合物,每日1-2次,7天为一疗程,病情轻微者,一般1-2次疗程即可治愈,病情严重者,建议连续服用1至3个月,孕妇服用前,需要先咨询医师议建。
需要特别注意的是,对于致病成因是幽门螺旋菌的胃酸倒流患者,需要先把菌治好再服用本药物。
本发明的有益效果
1、通过服用本发明提供的药物,可以免去长期服食只能治标的药物和做手术之风险,手术后的本发明提供的药物制剂形式多样,能满足不同患者的需求;
2、可以免去护理和后遗症之痳烦,能有效地治疗因胃酸倒流引起的哮喘,流鼻水,气不顺,牙痛,喉咙肿痛,声沙咳嗽等问题;
3、本发明药物可根治胃酸倒流,治疗胃酸倒流引起的食道炎、食道反流和咽喉炎,还可以使括约肌回复弹性,同时化胃气,调理及巩固胃黏膜;
4、本发明提供的药物还避免了煎药的麻烦,以及服用草本原材可能存在的重金属和微生物含量超标的问题,同时容易存放,外出携带方便。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步的详细说明
实施例1
取郁金2g、栀子2g、姜竹茹2g、三七2g、生姜2片、珍珠母10g、淡豆豉3g、海螵蛸5g、炙甘草3g、枇杷叶5g、陈皮3g、蒲公英5g、大枣5g清洗除杂后,加水煎煮合并滤液、浓缩、冷却,加乙醇使含醇量为20-80%,回收乙醇,使上清液浓缩成稠膏,备用。加入β-环糊精,加热溶解、搅拌、滤过、喷雾干燥热空气进风温度180℃,出风温度80℃,喷干粉加入调味剂,混匀,物料在40℃下干式制粒、整粒、分装成袋,即得本发明治疗括约肌回弹胃倒流的颗粒剂。
实施例2
取郁金15g、栀子10g、姜竹茹15g、三七10g、生姜2片、珍珠母30g、淡豆豉12g、海螵蛸20g、炙甘草12g、枇杷叶25g、陈皮15g、蒲公英25g、大枣25g清洗除杂后,加水煎煮合并滤液、浓缩、冷却,加乙醇使含醇量为20-80%,回收乙醇,使上清液浓缩成稠膏,备用。加入β-环糊精,加热溶解、搅拌、滤过、喷雾干燥热空气进风温度180℃,出风温度80℃,喷干粉加入调味剂,混匀,物料在40℃下干式制粒、整粒、分装成袋,即得本发明治疗括约肌回弹胃倒流的颗粒剂。
实施例3
取郁金15g、栀子8g、姜竹茹10g、三七10g、生姜2片、珍珠母20g、淡豆豉12g、海螵蛸10g、炙甘草8g、枇杷叶20g、陈皮15g、蒲公英20g、大枣20g清洗除杂后,加水煎煮合并滤液、浓缩、冷却,加乙醇使含醇量为20-80%,回收乙醇,使上清液浓缩成稠膏,备用。稠膏内加入2倍膏重的95%乙醇,充分搅拌,室温下静置24-48h,取上清液,沉淀物用65%乙醇洗涤1-2次,洗涤液与上清液合并,如有醇提液,也与上清液合并,过滤澄清后,入减压浓缩罐或酒精回收塔回收乙醇直至药液无醇味止。药液加蒸馏水稀释,加热至100℃,使胶体凝聚,调pH4.5-5.0,再低温冷藏24h,使凝聚的胶体沉淀,然后,滤过至澄清,加入适量的矫味剂和防腐剂,静置后,再滤过澄清,低温存放,灌装前做最后的净化过滤,滤液置灯检仪下检测澄清后,上机罐封于直管易拉盖营养瓶内,每只口服液瓶内装10ml,即得本发明治疗括约肌回弹胃倒流的口服液。
实施例4
取郁金10g、栀子5g、姜竹茹10g、三七3g、生姜2片、珍珠母25g、淡豆豉6g、海螵蛸15g、炙甘草6g、枇杷叶15g、陈皮9g、蒲公英15g、大枣15g清洗除杂后,加水煎煮合并滤液、浓缩、冷却,加乙醇使含醇量为20-80%,回收乙醇,使上清液浓缩成稠膏,备用。加入β-环糊精,加热溶解、搅拌、滤过、喷雾干燥热空气进风温度180℃,出风温度80℃,喷干粉加入调味剂,混匀,物料在40℃下干式制粒、整粒、分装成袋,即得本发明治疗括约肌回弹胃倒流的颗粒剂。
Claims (9)
1.一种治疗胃酸倒流的中药组合物,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的原料:
郁金2-15g,栀子2-10g,竹茹2-15g,三七2-10g,生姜3-12g,珍珠母10-30g,淡豆豉3-12g,海螵蛸5-20g,甘草3-12g,枇杷叶5-25g,陈皮3-15g,蒲公英5-25g,大枣5-25g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的原料:郁金8-12g,栀子4-7g,竹茹8-12g,三七2-5g,生姜3-5g,珍珠母20-27g,淡豆豉5-8g,海螵蛸12-17g,甘草5-8g,枇杷叶10-20g,陈皮7-10g,蒲公英12-17g,大枣12-17g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的原料药:郁金10g,栀子5g,姜炙竹茹10g,三七3g,生姜2片,珍珠母25g,淡豆豉6g,海螵蛸15g,灸甘草6g,枇杷叶15g,陈皮9g,莆公英15g,大枣15g。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述竹茹为姜炙竹茹。
5.根据权利要求4所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述姜炙竹茹是以竹茹与姜为原料,通过炒炙、蒸制或烘制中的任一种方法制备得到。
6.根据权利要求1-3所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述甘草为炙甘草。
7.根据权利要求6所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述炙甘草的制备方法包括以下步骤:先将蜂蜜置锅中炼成中蜜,改用文火加甘草片拌炒均匀,出锅,置烤房或烘箱60~70℃烘至不粘手时取出,放凉,即可。
8.根据权利要求7所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述甘草与蜂蜜的重量比为4-5:1-2。
9.根据权利要求1-3所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述中药组合物制成丸剂、锭剂、粉剂、散剂、颗粒剂或汤包。
