Abstract

本发明公开了一种陶瓷制品烘干装置。该装置包括:辊道运输单元,用于承载陶瓷制品的缓慢输送;耐火材料制成的炉窑,前述辊道运输单元置于其内部;分段套设在炉窑内壁的感应线圈,用于电源加热在烘干装置中形成高温;前述分段套设在炉窑内壁的感应线圈将炉窑形成预热段、烘干段和缓烘段,各段线圈的加热功率不同;热风循环单元,包括抽风机和管道,管道的一端连接缓烘段,管道的另一端连接预热段;温度检测器,布置在炉窑顶部且在线圈的缝隙之间,用于检测预热段、烘干段和缓烘段的热风温度;电流控制器,其分别与温度检测器、预热段的线圈、烘干段的线圈和缓烘段的线圈电连接,用于陶瓷制品的良好烘干。

一种陶瓷制品烘干装置
技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷领域,具体涉及陶瓷制品的烘干领域。
背景技术
目前的陶瓷制品主要集中的佛山和江西一带,产业发达;在陶瓷制品的焙烧之前的烘干或干燥过程是行业内可以选择的,有的通过自然烘干,有的通过燃烧燃 料使得烘干,蒸发水分以增强粘结度。但这些也已见到的陶瓷制品烘干装置或设施,自动化水平不高,烘干过程有污染,慢慢处在淘汰的边缘,特别是政府和行业人士注重环保以来,新的烘干方式不断在探索。再者,烘干的热平衡和热量的充分合理利用,也是业内没能很好追求的方向。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种用于大人流餐饮窗口的系统。
本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种陶瓷制品烘干装置,包括:
辊道运输单元,用于承载陶瓷制品的缓慢输送;
耐火材料制成的炉窑,前述辊道运输单元置于其内部;
分段套设在炉窑内壁的感应线圈,用于电源加热在烘干装置中形成高温;
前述分段套设在炉窑内壁的感应线圈将炉窑形成预热段、烘干段和缓烘段,各段线圈的加热功率不同;
热风循环单元,包括抽风机和管道,管道的一端连接缓烘段,管道的另一端连接预热段;
温度检测器,布置在炉窑顶部且在线圈的缝隙之间,用于检测预热段、烘干段和缓烘段的热风温度;
电流控制器,其分别与温度检测器、预热段的线圈、烘干段的线圈和缓烘段的线圈电连接。
优选的是,前述烘干段的线圈铺设密度大于预热段的线圈铺设密度的1.2倍,前述抽风机具有控制器,在缓烘段的热风温度高于预热段的热风温度时,控制器控制抽风机的抽风风向为从缓烘段抽风到预热段。
优选的是,在缓烘段的热风温度低于预热段的热风温度时,控制器控制抽风机的抽风风向为从预热段抽风到缓烘段。
优选的是,前述布置在炉窑顶部且在线圈的缝隙之间的温度检测器为红外检温仪,其中在预热段和缓烘段的红外检温仪,红外检温仪指向烘干装置内部,且邻近于热风循环单元的管道的热风出口。
优选的是,辊道运输单元的速率小于1m/s,电流控制器以温度检测器的检测到的温度分别控制预热段、烘干段和缓烘段的线圈电流。
本发明的有益效果是:
采用了环保的、可控的方式对陶瓷制品进行烘干,这里不是陶瓷制品的焙烧煅烧过程,因此电磁线圈方式是可行;重要的是形成了各段热风温度对电流控制的反馈逻辑,自动化程度较高;对热量平衡和热风的抽吸风向予以了控制;提高了测温的准确度等,对于陶瓷工业的发展具有积极意义。

在图1中,一种陶瓷制品烘干装置,包括辊道运输单元1,用于承载陶瓷制品的缓慢输送;耐火材料制成的炉窑2,前述辊道运输单元置于其内部;分段套设在炉窑内壁的感应线圈3,用于电源加热在烘干装置中形成高温;前述分段套设在炉窑内壁的感应线圈3将炉窑形成预热段、烘干段和缓烘段,各段线圈的加热功率不同;热风循环单元4,包括抽风机4-1和管道4-2,管道4-2的一端连接缓烘段,管道4-2的另一端连接预热段;温度检测器5,布置在炉窑顶部且在线圈的缝隙之间,用于检测预热段、烘干段和缓烘段的热风温度;电流控制器6,其分别与温度检测器、预热段的线圈、烘干段的线圈和缓烘段的线圈电连接。
作为一个优选的技术方案,前述烘干段的线圈3铺设密度大于预热段的线圈铺设密度的1.2倍,前述抽风机4-1具有控制器,在缓烘段的热风温度高于预热段的热风温度时,控制器控制抽风机的抽风风向为从缓烘段抽风到预热段。
作为一个优选的技术方案,在缓烘段的热风温度低于预热段的热风温度时,控制器控制抽风机的抽风风向为从预热段抽风到缓烘段。
作为一个优选的技术方案,前述布置在炉窑顶部且在线圈的缝隙之间的温度检测器5为红外检温仪,其中在预热段和缓烘段的红外检温仪,红外检温仪指向烘干装置内部,且邻近于热风循环单元的管道的热风出口。
作为一个优选的技术方案,辊道运输单元1的速率小于1m/s,电流控制器6以温度检测器的检测到的温度分别控制预热段、烘干段和缓烘段的线圈电流。
陶瓷的烘干过程应当缓慢,使得水分充分释放,这种电流控温方式便捷。

Claims (3)

1.一种陶瓷制品烘干装置,其特征在于,包括:
辊道运输单元,用于承载陶瓷制品的缓慢输送;
耐火材料制成的炉窑,前述辊道运输单元置于其内部;
分段套设在炉窑内壁的感应线圈,用于电源加热在烘干装置中形成高温;
前述分段套设在炉窑内壁的感应线圈将炉窑形成预热段、烘干段和缓烘段,各段线圈的加热功率不同;
热风循环单元,包括抽风机和管道,管道的一端连接缓烘段,管道的另一端连接预热段;
温度检测器,布置在炉窑顶部且在线圈的缝隙之间,用于检测预热段、烘干段和缓烘段的热风温度;
电流控制器,其分别与温度检测器、预热段的线圈、烘干段的线圈和缓烘段的线圈电连接;
前述烘干段的线圈铺设密度大于预热段的线圈铺设密度的1.2倍,前述抽风机具有控制器,在缓烘段的热风温度高于预热段的热风温度时,控制器控制抽风机的抽风风向为从缓烘段抽风到预热段;
在缓烘段的热风温度低于预热段的热风温度时,控制器控制抽风机的抽风风向为从预热段抽风到缓烘段。
2.根据权利要求1所述的陶瓷制品烘干装置,其特征在于,前述布置在炉窑顶部且在线圈的缝隙之间的温度检测器为红外检温仪,其中在预热段和缓烘段的红外检温仪,红外检温仪指向烘干装置内部,且邻近于热风循环单元的管道的热风出口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的陶瓷制品烘干装置,其特征在于,辊道运输单元的速率小于1m/s,电流控制器以温度检测器的检测到的温度分别控制预热段、烘干段和缓烘段的线圈电流。
