本发明提供一种防水透气面料的生产工艺,S1、将竹炭纤维纱和涤纶丝编织成胚布;S2、将前处理工艺,对胚布进行前处理,处理液含1.3‑1.5g/L的低温练漂剂、2.0‑2.2g/L的双氧水活化剂、1.5‑1.7g/L的防皱剂、3.2‑3.4g/L的液碱;S3、染色工艺,对处理后的胚布用分散染料进行染色;S4、烘干工艺,对胚布进行烘干;S5、胚布的激光打孔,用布料激光打孔机对胚布上的经线和纬线进行打孔,孔径为0.5‑15μm;S6、将高透湿TPU膜作为表层,胚布作为底层,用热压粘合在一起,制成防水透气的面料。本发明具有提高防水和透气效果的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水透气面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
防水透气面料是指水在一定压力下不浸入面料,而人体散发的汗液却能以水蒸气的形式通过面料传导到外界,从而避免汗液积聚冷凝在体表与面料之间以保持服装的舒适性,它是一种高技术和独具特色的功能性面料。防水透气面料的透气机理主要是微孔扩散,即利用微孔直径很小(0.5~20μm)的高聚物,许直径0.0004μm水汽分子通过而不允许直径为100~300μm及以上的水滴通过,从而起防水透气作用,现有的防水透气面料的透气性能不好,如何提高透气效果是需要解决的问题。
因此,急需一种提高防水和透气效果的防水透气面料的生产工艺。
发明内容
为了解决现有防水透气面料的透气性能不好的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种防水透气面料的生产工艺,具有提高防水和透气效果的优点。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种防水透气面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、将竹炭纤维纱和涤纶丝编织成胚布;
S2、将前处理工艺,对胚布进行前处理,处理液含1.3-1.5g/L的低温练漂剂、2.0-2.2g/L的双氧水活化剂、1.5-1.7g/L的防皱剂、3.2-3.4g/L的液碱;
S3、染色工艺,对处理后的胚布用分散染料进行染色,分散染料1.8-2.2%(o.w.f.),分散剂NNO为2.2-2.8mL/L,染色温度120-125℃,染色时间40-50min;
S4、烘干工艺,对胚布进行烘干;
S5、胚布的激光打孔,用布料激光打孔机对胚布上的经线和纬线进行打孔,孔径为0.5-20μm;
S6、将高透湿TPU膜作为表层,胚布作为底层,用热压粘合在一起,制成防水透气的面料。
竹炭纤维纱和涤纶丝编织成胚布,面料的透气性较好,对胚布的经线和纬线进行激光打孔可进一步增加经线和纬线上的孔,孔径为0.5-20μm,允许直径0.0004μm水汽分子通过而不允许直径为100~300μm及以上的水滴通过,提高透气透湿性能,打孔后的胚布再与TPU膜热压复合,可提高面料的防水性。
优选的,所述S2步骤中处理液含1.4g/L的低温练漂剂、2.1g/L的双氧水活化剂、1.6g/L的防皱剂、3.3g/L的液碱。
优选的,所述S3步骤中分散染料2.0%(o.w.f.),分散剂NNO为2.5mL/L。
优选的,所述S4步骤中烘干的温度80-90℃,烘干时间为30-40min。
优选的,所述S5步骤中激光打孔的孔径为0.5-15μm;
优选的,所述S6步骤中热压的复合温度为64-68℃,固化时间20-22h,复合压力为6.0-6.5MPa。
本发明的有益效果是:竹炭纤维纱和涤纶丝编织成胚布,面料的透气性较好,对胚布的经线和纬线进行激光打孔可进一步增加经线和纬线上的孔,孔径为0.5-20μm,允许直径0.0004μm水汽分子通过而不允许直径为100~300μm及以上的水滴通过,提高透气透湿性能,打孔后的胚布再与TPU膜热压复合,可提高面料的防水性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防水透气面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、将竹炭纤维纱和涤纶丝编织成胚布,;
S2、将前处理工艺,对胚布进行前处理,处理液含1.3g/L的低温练漂剂、2.0g/L的双氧水活化剂、1.5g/L的防皱剂、3.2g/L的液碱;
S3、染色工艺,对处理后的胚布用分散染料进行染色,分散染料1.8%(o.w.f.),分散剂NNO为2.2mL/L,染色温度120-125℃,染色时间40-50min;
S4、烘干工艺,对胚布进行烘干,烘干的温度80-90℃,烘干时间为30-40min;
S5、胚布的激光打孔,用布料激光打孔机对胚布上的经线和纬线进行打孔,孔径为0.5μm;
S6、将高透湿TPU膜作为表层,胚布作为底层,用热压粘合在一起,复合温度为64-68℃,固化时间20-22h,复合压力为6.0-6.5Mpa,制成防水透气的面料。
实施例2
一种防水透气面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、将竹炭纤维纱和涤纶丝编织成胚布;
S2、将前处理工艺,对胚布进行前处理,处理液含1.5g/L的低温练漂剂、2.2g/L的双氧水活化剂、1.7g/L的防皱剂、3.4g/L的液碱;
S3、染色工艺,对处理后的胚布用分散染料进行染色,分散染料2.2%(o.w.f.),分散剂NNO为2.8mL/L,染色温度120-125℃,染色时间40-50min;
S4、烘干工艺,对胚布进行烘干,烘干的温度80-90℃,烘干时间为30-40min;
S5、胚布的激光打孔,用布料激光打孔机对胚布上的经线和纬线进行打孔,孔径为15μm;
S6、将高透湿TPU膜作为表层,胚布作为底层,用热压粘合在一起,复合温度为64-68℃,固化时间20-22h,复合压力为6.0-6.5Mpa,制成防水透气的面料。
实施例3
一种防水透气面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、将竹炭纤维纱和涤纶丝编织成胚布;
S2、将前处理工艺,对胚布进行前处理,处理液含1.4g/L的低温练漂剂、2.1g/L的双氧水活化剂、1.6g/L的防皱剂、3.3g/L的液碱;
S3、染色工艺,对处理后的胚布用分散染料进行染色,分散染料2.0%(o.w.f.),分散剂NNO为2.5mL/L,染色温度120-125℃,染色时间40-50min;
S4、烘干工艺,对胚布进行烘干,烘干的温度80-90℃,烘干时间为30-40min;
S5、胚布的激光打孔,用布料激光打孔机对胚布上的经线和纬线进行打孔,孔径为5μm;
S6、将高透湿TPU膜作为表层,胚布作为底层,用热压粘合在一起,复合温度为64-68℃,固化时间20-22h,复合压力为6.0-6.5Mpa,制成防水透气的面料。
未激光打孔前的胚布和实施例1-3制备的防水透气面料进行性能测试,透气性测试仪器采用KES-F8-AP1透气仪,KES KATO TECH CO.,LTD,测试方法:在温度为20℃、相对湿度为65%的环境下,设定速率为0.2cm/sec,敏感度为L,在同一试样上取不同部位测试10次,取平均值,得到试样的阻气值R;透湿性测试仪器采用DH-400型透湿试验装置,日本大荣科学精器制作所,测试方法:设定透湿仪的湿球温度为36.5℃,干球温度为38℃。参照GB/T12704-1991《织物透湿量测定方法透湿杯法》,把盛有吸湿剂的杯口封上直径为70mm圆形试样,放置于透湿装置中,根据一定时间内透湿杯(包括试样和吸湿剂)质量的变化计算出透湿量;防水性能采用GB/T 4745–1997《纺织织物表面抗湿性测定沾水试验》来进行测定。
表1实施例1-3制备的防水透气面料的主要性能测试结果
由表1可知,未打孔前的胚布的透气透湿和防水性能均不如实施例1-3的面料,由于激光打孔提高了透气性能,TPU膜在增加面料防水性的同时对透气透湿性能影响较小。·

Claims (6)
1.一种防水透气面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将竹炭纤维纱和涤纶丝编织成胚布;
S2、将前处理工艺,对胚布进行前处理,处理液含1.3-1.5g/L的低温练漂剂、2.0-2.2g/L的双氧水活化剂、1.5-1.7g/L的防皱剂、3.2-3.4g/L的液碱;
S3、染色工艺,对处理后的胚布用分散染料进行染色,分散染料1.8-2.2%(o.w.f.),分散剂NNO为2.2-2.8mL/L,染色温度120-125℃,染色时间40-50min;
S4、烘干工艺,对胚布进行烘干;
S5、胚布的激光打孔,用布料激光打孔机对胚布上的经线和纬线进行打孔,孔径为0.5-20μm;
S6、将高透湿TPU膜作为表层,胚布作为底层,用热压粘合在一起,制成防水透气的面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述S2步骤中处理液含1.4g/L的低温练漂剂、2.1g/L的双氧水活化剂、1.6g/L的防皱剂、3.3g/L的液碱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述S3步骤中分散染料2.0%(o.w.f.),分散剂NNO为2.5mL/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述S4步骤中烘干的温度80-90℃,烘干时间为30-40min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述S5步骤中激光打孔的孔径为0.5-15μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述S6步骤中热压的复合温度为64-68℃,固化时间20-22h,复合压力为6.0-6.5MPa。
