Abstract

本发明公开了一种双层单向导湿面料及其应用,双层单向导湿面料由织物亲肤内层和织物外层两层面料复合而成;织物亲肤内层为丙纶纤维针织物;织物外层为莫代尔纤维针织物;织物亲肤内层的单纤维密度大于织物外层的单纤维密度;双层单向导湿面料可用于制备内衣面料和运动服饰面料。本发明通过对织物组织结构的设计,以及选用功能性持久的纱线,构造双面异能针织物,从而实现织物的单向导湿效果。

一种双层单向导湿面料及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及层状产品领域,具体涉及一种双层单向导湿面料及其应用。
背景技术
近年来,单向导湿织物开始越来越多的出现在人们的视野,这类织物具有把汗液单向地从织物内层(接触皮肤面)传导至织物外层,并在外层快速地蒸发的特性,进而能够保持织物内层与人体皮肤间微气候的湿热平衡,以提高织物穿着时的湿热舒适性。它作为附加值较高、穿着舒适性好的织物,克服了传统织物在出汗后的粘着感以及汗液蒸发的湿冷感,符合现代生活需求,具有广泛的应用前景。
目前实现单向导湿的方法,多为采用印花的方式将织物的正反两面分别用亲水整理剂及疏水整理剂涂层,使织物一面亲水一面大部分疏水,汗水能够从衣服内表面往外表面渗透,但却不会从外表面反向渗透回来,达到将水分从衣物的内表面导向外表面的目的,从而获得单向导湿的效果。这类方法所生产的单向导湿面料,由于采用的是印花的方法,只在织物表面产生效果,因此功能不够持久,多次洗涤后效果易消失,且织物印花渗透性对实现单向导湿功能有较大影响。
中国专利CN201010167357.0公开了一种单向导湿织物的加工方法,方法包括:坯布准备、烧毛、煮漂、预定型、丝光、增白/染色/印花、定形或烘干、单面整理、亲水整理、水洗、定形。该专利通过亲水整理改变织物的亲疏水性质来达到单向导湿,但是这种方法制得的织物的单向导湿功能不够持久,多次洗涤后效果易消失,且织物印花渗透性对实现单向导湿功能有较大影响。
因此,针对上述问题,需要通过对织物组织结构的设计,以及选用功能性持久的纱线,构造双面异能针织物,从而实现织物的单向导湿效果。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种双层单向导湿面料及其应用。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双层单向导湿面料,由织物亲肤内层和织物外层两层面料复合而成;织物亲肤内层为丙纶纤维针织物;织物外层为莫代尔纤维针织物;织物亲肤内层的单纤维密度大于织物外层的单纤维密度。
其中,本申请从纱线入手,采用丙纶纱作为织物亲肤内层,丙纶纤维具有典型的吸水而疏水的特性,它几乎不吸湿,一般大气条件下的回潮率接近于零,而芯吸能力很强,能通过织物中的毛细管传递水蒸气,但本身不起任何吸收作用,吸湿排汗作用明显;除此之外,丙纶的另一明显优点是其密度很低,质地很轻,并且由于其热传导性能较低,所以能够获得较好的保暖效果;综上,丙纶的特性,使其非常适合用于内衣面料,与织物结构相配合后,可制成吸湿排汗、亲肤舒适、保暖性佳的高档内衣面料和运动服饰面料;
丙纶良好的吸水而疏水的性能,能够快速的把体表汗液导出到面料的外表面,而汗液到达外表面后,为了防止汗液的倒吸,外表面应选用吸湿性较好的面料,本申请采用莫代尔纤维作为织物外层纱线;莫代尔纤维具有比棉更好的吸湿性能和导湿性能,且可做超细纤维,因此能够同时满足内衣面料和运动服饰面料的手感要求以及单向导湿的功能性要求;
本申请织物亲肤内层的单纤维密度大于织物外层的单纤维密度,织物亲肤内层的单纤维密度大,形成较粗毛细管,织物外层的单纤维密度小,形成较细的毛细管,这样织物外层的毛细管与织物亲肤内层的毛细管之间形成较大的附加压力,在织物内外层之间形成的压力差作用下,织物中的液态水自动从里层流向外层,形成单向导湿,内层体表湿气和汗水,在差动效应和丙纶的强导湿性能的作用下,汗液快速由内层传向外层,达外层纤维后,超细旦莫代尔以其良好的吸湿放湿性能,使水分能够快速蒸发至空气中,从而使内层保持干爽舒适,外层快干,使本申请的双层单向导湿面料达到单向导湿的功能。
进一步地,丙纶纤维为:DTY细旦弹力丝。
更进一步地,丙纶纤维的细度为:80D/48F~120D/48F。
进一步地,莫代尔纤维的单纤维密度为:40D~60D。
进一步地,丙纶纤维针织物为:1+1罗纹针织物。
进一步地,莫代尔纤维针织物为:Pj=Pw=2的平纹织物。
进一步地,双层单向导湿面料的克重为:100g/m2~110g/m2。其中,克重在100g/m2~110g/m2,使面料柔软、手感好,适合做内衣类面料和运动服饰面料。
本发明的另一发明目的,在于提供一种内衣面料,采用上述双层单向导湿面料制备而成。
本发明的又一发明目的,在于提供一种运动服饰面料,采用上述双层单向导湿面料制备而成。
本发明的优点是:
1.本发明的双层单向导湿面料的单向导湿效果好;其中,织物亲肤内层为丙纶纤维针织物,织物外层为莫代尔纤维针织物;丙纶良好的吸水而疏水的性能,能够快速的把体表汗液导出到面料的外表面,而汗液到达外表面后,为了防止汗液的倒吸,外表面应选用吸湿性较好的面料,本申请采用莫代尔纤维作为织物外层纱线;莫代尔纤维具有比棉更好的吸湿性能和导湿性能,且可做超细纤维,因此能够同时满足内衣面料和运动服饰面料的手感要求以及单向导湿的功能性要求;
2.本发明的双层单向导湿面料中织物亲肤内层的单纤维密度大于织物外层的单纤维密度,使单向导湿效果佳;其中,内层体表湿气和汗水,在差动效应和丙纶的强导湿性能的作用下,汗液快速由内层传向外层,达外层纤维后,超细旦莫代尔以其良好的吸湿放湿性能,使水分能够快速蒸发至空气中,从而使内层保持干爽舒适,外层快干,使面料达到单向导湿的功能;
3.本发明的双层单向导湿面料可以用于制造内衣面料和运动服饰面料。

实施例1
一种双层单向导湿面料,由织物亲肤内层和织物外层两层面料复合而成;织物亲肤内层为丙纶纤维针织物;织物外层为莫代尔纤维针织物;织物亲肤内层的单纤维密度大于织物外层的单纤维密度。其中,丙纶纤维为:DTY细旦弹力丝;丙纶纤维的细度为:80D/48F;莫代尔纤维的单纤维密度为:40D;丙纶纤维针织物为:1+1罗纹针织物;莫代尔纤维针织物为:Pj=Pw=2的平纹织物;双层单向导湿面料的克重为:100g/m2

实施例5
一种双层单向导湿面料,由织物亲肤内层和织物外层两层面料复合而成;织物亲肤内层为丙纶纤维针织物;织物外层为莫代尔纤维针织物;织物亲肤内层的单纤维密度大于织物外层的单纤维密度。其中,丙纶纤维为:DTY细旦弹力丝;丙纶纤维的细度为:110D/48F;莫代尔纤维的单纤维密度为:55D;丙纶纤维针织物为:1+1罗纹针织物;莫代尔纤维针织物为:Pj=Pw=2的平纹织物;双层单向导湿面料的克重为:108g/m2
实验例1
将实施例1~5制得的双层单向导湿面料标记为样品1~样品5,对样品1~样品5的性能进行测试,测试结果如表1所示。
其中,样品根据GB18401-2010《国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范》测试;水洗缩率根据GB/T8629~2001测试;气烫缩率根据FZ/T60031~2011测试;起毛起球等级根据GB/T4802.1~1997《织物起球试验方法-圆轨迹起球法》测试;洗后外观根据AATCC124-2001测试。

结果:实施例1~5制得的双层单向导湿面料的气烫收缩率和水洗收缩率低,起毛起球和洗后外观等级高。
结论:本申请制得的双层单向导湿面料通过对织物组织结构的设计,以及选用功能性持久的纱线,构造出双面异能针织物,从而实现了织物的单向导湿效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的双层单向导湿面料,其特征在于,所述丙纶纤维为:DTY细旦弹力丝。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双层单向导湿面料,其特征在于,所述丙纶纤维的细度为:80D/48F~120D/48F。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双层单向导湿面料,其特征在于,所述莫代尔纤维的单纤维密度为:40D~60D。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双层单向导湿面料,其特征在于,所述丙纶纤维针织物为:1+1罗纹针织物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双层单向导湿面料,其特征在于,所述莫代尔纤维针织物为:Pj=Pw=2的平纹织物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双层单向导湿面料,其特征在于,所述双层单向导湿面料的克重为:100g/m2~110g/m2
8.一种内衣面料,其特征在于,采用权利要求1~7中任一项所述的双层单向导湿面料制备而成。
9.一种运动服饰面料,其特征在于,采用权利要求1~7中任一项所述的双层单向导湿面料制备而成。
