Abstract

本发明公开了一种吸湿凉爽面料的单向导湿印花工艺,涉及面料印花加工技术领域,包括以下具体工艺步骤:(1)喷雾;(2)印花;(3)蒸化;(4)冷却。本发明通过活化剂的喷施来增强涤纶面料的亲水性,以利于后续水性油墨在涤纶面料上的牢固附着,同时该活化剂的喷施还能提高涤纶面料的单向导湿性能;并通过高压冷却处理来促进油墨图案以及活化剂在涤纶面料上的牢稳固着,同时还能稳定涤纶面料的纤维孔道结构,进而保证涤纶面料的单向导湿性能。

一种吸湿凉爽面料的单向导湿印花工艺
技术领域:
本发明涉及面料印花加工技术领域,具体涉及一种吸湿凉爽面料的单向导湿印花工艺。
背景技术:
众所周知,涤纶面料是目前常用的一种化纤面料,其最大的优点是坚牢耐用,抗皱性和保形性好,颇受消费者的喜爱。但涤纶面料的缺点是吸湿透气性差,穿着时有闷热感,尤其是在人体运动时会产生汗液粘在皮肤和衣服上,如不及时将汗液快速地由内向外转移扩散,人体会因为长时间接触而产生不适感。因此,如何使涤纶面料具备吸湿快干功能成为了研究热点。
专利CN102888754B公开了一种具有单向导湿快干功能的涤纶面料,由涤纶防水纱和涤纶亲水纱织造而成,涤纶防水纱是通过防水处理液对涤纶纱进行防水处理得到,防水处理液由全氟丙烯酸酯防水剂、低温固着剂和水组成,涤纶亲水纱是使用亲水处理液对涤纶纱进行亲水处理而得到的,亲水处理液由涤纶亲水整理剂和水组成。该专利所制涤纶面料显示出一定的单向导湿性能,但该专利是从织造工序入手来赋予涤纶面料良好的单向导湿功能,而本发明想要从涤纶面料的印花工艺入手来赋予良好的单向导湿功能。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种吸湿凉爽面料的单向导湿印花工艺,利用该印花工艺能够赋予涤纶面料良好的单向导湿功能,并且工艺重复性好。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种吸湿凉爽面料的单向导湿印花工艺,包括以下具体工艺步骤:
(1)喷雾:向涤纶面料上喷施雾状活化剂,并在70-80℃下烘干;
(2)印花:将油墨通过印花辊在PET薄膜上形成图案,再将PET薄膜上的图案转印到涤纶面料上;
(3)蒸化:将印花后的涤纶面料放入蒸箱中汽蒸,然后剥离PET薄膜;
(4)冷却:将剥离PET薄膜后的涤纶面料放入高压釜中,充入氮气使釜内压力达到2-5MPa,并向高压釜夹套中通入冰水,冷却结束后转入室温环境中。
所述活化剂的用量为每kg涤纶面料均匀喷施100-500mL活化剂。
所述活化剂由5-20份双丙酮丙烯酰胺、0.2-1份过硫酸铵、50-100份水组成。
在高温烘干条件下,双丙酮丙烯酰胺在过硫酸铵的引发下发生聚合反应生成聚双丙酮丙烯酰胺,生成的聚双丙酮丙烯酰胺附着在涤纶面料上,由于聚双丙酮丙烯酰胺具有良好的亲水性,能够不断地吸收水分和释放水分,从而赋予涤纶面料一定的单向导湿性能。
所述油墨由5-20份活性染料、1-8份尿素、0.5-3份葡萄糖苷、0.1-1份二甲基硅油、50-100份水组成。
所述汽蒸温度在100-110℃,汽蒸时间在5-15min。
所述冰水温度在5-10℃。
所述冷却时间在10-30min。
本发明还在上述油墨中添加了乙二醇二缩水甘油醚的乙醇溶液(乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、乙醇的体积比为1:1),即上述油墨还可以由5-20份活性染料、1-8份尿素、0.5-3份葡萄糖苷、0.1-1份二甲基硅油、50-100份水、1-5份乙二醇二缩水甘油醚的乙醇溶液组成。
乙二醇二缩水甘油醚易溶于乙醇而稍溶于水,利用乙醇与水的共混性使乙二醇二缩水甘油醚均匀分散于油墨中,并且乙二醇二缩水甘油醚在涤纶面料上的附着能够进一步优化涤纶面料的单向导湿性能。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过活化剂的喷施来增强涤纶面料的亲水性,以利于后续水性油墨在涤纶面料上的牢固附着,同时该活化剂的喷施还能提高涤纶面料的单向导湿性能;并通过高压冷却处理来促进油墨图案以及活化剂在涤纶面料上的牢稳固着,同时还能稳定涤纶面料的纤维孔道结构,进而保证涤纶面料的单向导湿性能。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
以下实施例和对比例中的活性染料购自邢台北方纺织化工有限公司的活性黄K-RN,涤纶面料购自深圳市诚泓纺织皮革有限公司,PET薄膜购自苏州艾丘电子有限公司的PET单层保护膜。
实施例1
(1)喷雾:向5kg涤纶面料上喷施雾状活化剂,活化剂的用量为每kg涤纶面料均匀喷施350mL活化剂,并在80℃下烘干2h;
(2)印花:将油墨通过印花辊在PET薄膜上形成图案,再将PET薄膜上的图案转印到涤纶面料上;
(3)蒸化:将印花后的涤纶面料放入蒸箱中汽蒸,汽蒸温度在110℃,汽蒸时间在12min,然后剥离PET薄膜;
(4)冷却:将剥离PET薄膜后的涤纶面料放入高压釜中,充入氮气使釜内压力达到3.5MPa,并向高压釜夹套中通入5℃冰水,冷却20min,冷却结束后转入室温环境中。
活化剂由15g双丙酮丙烯酰胺、0.75g过硫酸铵、90g水组成。
油墨由12g活性染料、2g尿素、1g葡萄糖苷、0.5g二甲基硅油、80g水组成。
实施例2
将实施例1中的活化剂喷施量替换为300mL,其余操作同实施例1。
实施例3
将实施例1中的油墨替换为由12g活性染料、2g尿素、1g葡萄糖苷、0.5g二甲基硅油、80g水、3g乙二醇二缩水甘油醚的乙醇溶液(乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、乙醇的体积比为1:1),其余操作同实施例1。
对比例1
将实施例1中的高压装置去除,仅利用5℃冰水冷却20min,其余操作同实施例1。
对比例2
将实施例1中的活化剂去除,仅喷施等量的水并在80℃下烘干2h,其余操作同实施例1。
利用上述实施例和对比例对同批涤纶面料进行印花加工,并测定印花加工所得涤纶面料的吸湿扩散性,测定结果如表1所示。
吸湿扩散性测试方法:
(1)每个样品取5块试样,尺寸10cm×10cm,试样平整无皱褶。
(2)将试样放置在标准大气条件下调湿平衡。
(3)将试样平放在试验台上(使用时贴近人体皮肤的一面朝上,即内层),吸取0.2mL水轻轻滴在试样上,滴管口径距离试样表面应不超过1cm。
(4)仔细观察水滴扩散情况,记录水滴接触试样内层表面至完全渗透扩散(不再呈现镜面反射)至外层的所需时间,精确至0.1s;如果水滴扩散速度较慢,在一定时间(如100s)后仍未完全扩散,则可停止试验,并记录扩散时间为大于设定时间(如100s)。
(5)记录5块试样的平均滴水扩散时间(s)。
(6)记录5块试样在一定时间(300s)内,外层的平均最大浸湿直径(cm),精确至mm。
水滴扩散时间越短,说明吸湿扩散性能越好;内层浸湿直径越小,外层浸湿直径越大,说明其单向导湿功能越好。

由表1可知,本发明通过活化剂的使用、高压冷却处理和油墨中乙二醇二缩水甘油醚的添加能够取得增强涤纶面料单向导湿性能的技术效果。

1.一种吸湿凉爽面料的单向导湿印花工艺,其特征在于,包括以下具体工艺步骤:
(1)喷雾:向涤纶面料上喷施雾状活化剂,并在70-80℃下烘干;
(2)印花:将油墨通过印花辊在PET薄膜上形成图案,再将PET薄膜上的图案转印到涤纶面料上;
(3)蒸化:将印花后的涤纶面料放入蒸箱中汽蒸,然后剥离PET薄膜;
(4)冷却:将剥离PET薄膜后的涤纶面料放入高压釜中,充入氮气使釜内压力达到2-5MPa,并向高压釜夹套中通入冰水,冷却结束后转入室温环境中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单向导湿印花工艺,其特征在于:所述活化剂的用量为每kg涤纶面料均匀喷施100-500mL活化剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单向导湿印花工艺,其特征在于:所述活化剂由5-20份双丙酮丙烯酰胺、0.2-1份过硫酸铵、50-100份水组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的单向导湿印花工艺,其特征在于:所述油墨由5-20份活性染料、1-8份尿素、0.5-3份葡萄糖苷、0.1-1份二甲基硅油、50-100份水组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的单向导湿印花工艺,其特征在于:所述汽蒸温度在100-110℃,汽蒸时间在5-15min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的单向导湿印花工艺,其特征在于:所述冰水温度在5-10℃。
