本发明涉及面料结构领域,特别涉及一种单向导湿麻棉混纺面料结构。
背景技术
人体处于明显出汗状态时,汗液分布在人体皮肤的表面,通过蒸发吸收热量降低体温、扩散传向衣外,但这种蒸发及扩散的效率同出汗量相比明显低很多,因此在多数显汗的状态下,汗液常被滞留在皮肤表面,这些粘附皮肤的汗液将被易吸汗的服装(织物)吸收或滴落。服装(织物)吸汗后将变湿,且变湿面积将随着吸汗量的增加而增大,使汗液蒸发面积增大,蒸发阻力降低,但织物吸湿后它的透湿性能即水蒸气透过织物的性能和隔热性能将降低。
皮肤是亲水性的,一般织物内表面也是亲水性的,在皮肤(出汗)界面以及纤维(汗液)界面会形成一个界面/表面张力,这种张力使得服装粘在湿的皮肤上,引起不舒适感以及运动受限,在体育活动中这种情况会更糟。湿的棉织物也会使得穿着者感觉寒冷,尤其是在刚进入空调环境时更明显;由于出汗,加大了细菌的滋生可能,而慢速干燥可能会使得异味存在的时间更长。
织物单向导湿是指水分或汗液从织物内层(贴身层)流动到织物外层(非贴身层、扩散层),并在外层蒸发扩散,同时外层的水分或汗液难以反渗到内层。织物单向导湿的机理即为所谓的差动毛细效应,在毛细效应附加压力差的作用下,织物中的液态水分自动地从内层扩散到外层。目前实现织物单向导湿的方式理论上可以从两个方面着手:一是增加织物表面的扩散速度,增大汗液或水分的蒸发面积;二是增大织物的毛细效应,即通过毛细管通道的增加,使毛细效应增强。如此可减少织物与人体皮肤的黏着感,提高舒适度。
为达到吸湿快干的目的,目前市场中产品中使用的纤维多为合成纤维,对皮肤的刺激性较大。这类聚醋纤维类产品的缺点是:在不活动时,不会给穿着者提供像棉服装一样的舒适感,聚酯几乎不吸水,当有少量液态湿存在时,常会感到湿冷。另外,许多合成纤维都会残留异味,而且,多采用双层及多层结构使织物厚度增加,限制了应用的广泛性。天然纤维如棉纤维具有良好的亲水性和自然形态结构,透气吸湿性好,穿着舒适健康。当汗量不大时,棉织物能提供较满意的舒适性。但是,在人体大量出汗的情况下,棉纤维吸湿溶胀,阻塞气孔,妨碍了皮肤与服装间的微气候与外界环境之间的热交换,使汗、汽很难透通,令人有闷热感,且容易粘贴在皮肤上,让人感觉不太舒服。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种单向导湿、提高面料排湿排汗性及排湿排汗速度,降低人体皮肤表层出汗而产生的黏湿不适感的麻棉混纺面料结构。

优选的,所述多孔硅胶图案占据麻棉混纺织物面料外表面的面积为50-60%。
优选的,所述多孔硅胶图案以交错形式排列。
优选的,所述多孔硅胶图案以并列方式排列。
多孔硅胶的制备方法为:在反应釜中将表面活性剂SA-20溶于去离子水中配制成一定浓度的溶液,称取一定量的硅酸钠溶解于其中,控制恒温水浴温度为40℃,在搅拌下滴加一定浓度的氯化铵溶液直至出现白色透明的凝胶。将凝胶静置陈化一天后用去离子水充分洗涤至无Cl-为止,干燥后置于马弗炉中,在600℃下煅烧1h制得多孔硅胶。或者直接购买多孔硅胶产品。
多孔硅胶内含有大量的羟基,所以可以吸附大量的水,工业中可以作为干燥剂使用,通过烘干除去水分后可以重复利用。将多孔硅胶贴附在棉麻混纺织物表面,可以很快的将皮肤表层形成的汗液吸附。即使达到饱和吸附度后,硅胶球体结构通过增大织物的毛细效应,增加毛细管通道,使毛细效应增强,扩大汗液蒸发速度。麻棉混纺织物天然舒适,无汗状态下为人体提供舒适柔软的穿着体验,当汗液增加时候,其结构利于增大汗液或水分的蒸发面积,加速排汗,加上多孔硅胶的作用,降低人体皮肤表层出汗而产生的黏湿不适感。
本发明的优点如下:
1.本发明的麻棉混纺织物面料结构单向导湿、提高面料排湿排汗性及排湿排汗速度,降低人体皮肤表层出汗而产生的黏湿不适感。
2.本发明棉麻混纺织物具有亚麻织物吸湿性、透湿性好,具有凉爽、不贴皮肤、舒适的自然风格和抑菌防霉、卫生保健、抗静电、防紫外线等多种优良性能,及纯棉织物产品吸湿性、舒适性等优良性能,风格具有时尚感。
3.本发明的多孔硅胶通过吸附水分、增大织物的毛细效应,增加毛细管通道,扩大汗液蒸发速度,提高面料排湿排汗性及排湿排汗速度。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
如图1及图2所示:
一种单向导湿面料结构包括:麻棉混纺织物面料3底层与多孔硅胶图案4;麻棉混纺织物面料3有一内表面1与一外表面2,外表面贴附多孔硅胶4,内表面1与皮肤6接触,当人体处于显著出汗状态时,皮肤6与麻棉混纺织物面料3之间有汗液层5。
其中麻棉混纺织物面料基本参数为:
纱线原料:JL/C40s;
织物结构:纬平针织物;
纵密(横列/5cm):75;
横密(纵行/5cm):78;
总密度(线圈/25cm2):5925;
面密度(g/m2):111.69;
线圈长度(mm):3.41;
未充满系数:23.71。
多孔硅胶4以半球体形式贴附在麻棉混纺织物面料外表面2,半球体的直径为10mm-15mm,多孔硅胶4图案占据麻棉混纺织物面料外表面3的面积为40-50%;多孔硅胶图案以交错形式排列;多孔硅胶以热压的方式贴附到织物表面。
实施例二:
如图1及图3所示:

透湿性实验
把盛有吸湿剂或水的透湿杯用织物试样封住杯口,置于规定温度和湿度的密封环境中,根据一定时间内透湿杯(包括试样和吸湿剂或水)质量的变化计算出透湿量。试验采用蒸发,运用TEXTESTFX3150织物透湿率测试仪,根据GB/T12704-2009织物透湿量测定方法,透湿杯法中的蒸发法来测织物的透湿量。
测试方法是在透湿杯内装去离子水,杯口覆盖试样面料结构,面料内表面朝向杯口,外表面朝向空气,整体置入干燥器内,干燥器处于规定的条件下:温度38℃,相对湿度25%,气流速度0.5m/s。
织物滴水测试
采用滴水法,将一定量的水滴在织物的整理面,隔一定时间后,测量水在织物背面的扩散面积,由此测试织物对汗液的导湿扩散性能。
试验步骤:
1)准备10×10cm的整理织物,称干重。
2)用lmL的移液管移取10mL的蒸馏水滴在实施例面料的内表面中央。
3)10min后测量织物外表面的扩散面积并称重,比较织物滴水前后的质量差。
以实施例一与实施例二所述布料结构记做实验一、实验二,以实施例一及实施例二中不添加多孔硅胶图案的所述的麻棉混纺织物面料分别记做对比一与对比二,以市面上购买的普通棉麻混纺织物记做对照组,透湿性实验及织物滴水实验结果见表一:

由实验结果我们可以看出,本发明的单向导湿面料结构具有良好的透湿性,并且对汗液扩散快,表面积大,增大蒸发面积从而加快汗液的蒸发速度。

Claims (1)
1.一种单向导湿面料结构,其特征在于:包括麻棉混纺织物面料底层(3)与多孔硅胶(4)图案;麻棉混纺织物面料有一内表面(1)与一外表面(2),外表面(2)贴附多孔硅胶(4),内表面(1)与皮肤(6)接触;
所述多孔硅胶(4)以半球体形式贴附在麻棉混纺织物面料外表面(2),圆切面与麻棉混纺织物面料外表面(2)接触;所述多孔活性硅胶(4)半球体的直径为10mm-15mm;所述多孔活性硅胶(4)图案占据麻棉混纺织物面料外表面(2)的面积为40-50%;
所述多孔硅胶的制备方法为:在反应釜中将表面活性剂SA-20溶于去离子水中配制成一定浓度的溶液,称取一定量的硅酸钠溶解于其中,控制恒温水浴温度为40℃,在搅拌下滴加一定浓度的氯化铵溶液直至出现白色透明的凝胶;将凝胶静置陈化一天后用去离子水充分洗涤至无Cl-为止,干燥后置于马弗炉中,在600℃下煅烧1h制得多孔硅胶;
所述麻棉混纺织物面料(3)基本参数为:
纱线原料:JL/C30s;
织物结构:纬平针织物;
纵密(横列/5cm):74;
横密(纵行/5cm):75;
总密度(线圈/25cm2):5552;
面密度(g/m2):148.43;
线圈长度(mm):3.53;
未充满系数:19.47。
