技术领域
本发明属于纺织领域,具体涉及一种抗菌快干的面料。
技术背景
专利CN102121161A公开了一种单向导湿针织面料及其加工工艺,其采 用合成纤维纱和合成纤维防水纱织造而成,该面料为四层层状结构。其发明 的原理是通过合成纤维防水纱与合成纤维纱在不同层面的分布,使面料中水 分向预定层面迅速转移扩散来实现单向导湿的功能。此种方法虽适用于单一 组分同种线密度的纤维,但合成纤维本身具有疏水特性,其加工方法是通过 合成纤维纱和合成纤维防水纱的编织织造来搭建导湿快干梯度结构,其中所 述合成纤维防水纱是将普通合成纤维纱放在加有氟系防水剂的水中进行浸 泡、用多辊滚筒在80℃-120℃烘干而制得的,其中所述的氟系防水剂种类繁 多,但大多数都需经过150-180℃高温焙烘,甚至更高温度下,才能与纤维反应或自身交联成大分子膜而覆盖在纤维表面,方可取得一定的耐洗防水要 求。然而工厂里纱线烘干温度最高也在130℃,因此,在此文所述的烘干温度范围内,采用此种方法所制得针织面料,其使用功效及其耐水洗的效果持久性有待考察。针对此问题,本发明通过涤纶防水纱和涤纶亲水纱的编织织造构建了一新的导湿快干梯度结构,其中对于涤纶纱线的防水加工整理,选取了一配伍性良好的低温固着剂来配合进行整理,以改善传统的防水整理加工工艺,使其在80-100℃的常规烘干温度下便可取得较为持久的耐洗防水效果。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种具有抗菌功能与导湿快干功能的多功能复合面料,特别适用于服装穿着面料,以抗菌层为内层、疏水层为外层,且其功能具有效果持久性。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现上述目的。本发明提供一种抗菌快干面料,由内层与外层组成,所述内层为抗菌层,所述外层为疏水层,所述抗菌层的由抗菌纱线编织而成,所述疏水层由疏水纱线编织而成,所述内层与外层通过低旦纱线连结在一起,所述低旦纱线贯穿内层与外层,使内层与外层的表面都均匀排布有低旦纱线形成的连结点。
优选的,所述抗菌纱线由单根竹纤维与单根棉纤维捻和形成纱线,然后经过煮练处理而成,所述疏水纱线由单根竹纤维与单根棉纤维捻和形成纱线,然后经过煮练处理、疏水性处理而成,所述低旦纱线经过亲水性处理。
优选的,所述煮练处理为将纱线放入煮练剂与水按照1:9的配比而成的煮练液中,煮练温度为80℃、煮练时间为2h进行煮练处理,所述煮练剂由烧碱10g/L、渗透剂1~2g/L、亚硫酸钠20 g/L组成。
优选的,所述疏水处理为将纱线浸泡80℃的疏水处理液中20分钟,然后在80℃下进行烘干10分钟而成。
优选的,所述疏水处理液由含全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯1%、芳族聚酯树脂3%、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯0.3%、甲基丙烯酸15%与甲基丙烯酸甲酯20%的水溶液构成。
优选的,所述亲水处理为低旦纱线放入含重量份数10%的亲水氨基硅油水溶液中处理,处理温度为100℃,处理时间为60分钟。
本发明有益效果在于:提供一种具有抗菌功能与导湿快干功能的多功能复合面料,特别适用于服装穿着面料,以抗菌层为内层、疏水层为外层,且其功能具有效果持久性。(1)本发明由抗菌层与疏水层组成,所述抗菌层的由抗菌纱线编织而成,所述疏水层由疏水纱线编织而成,所述抗菌层与疏水层通过低旦纱线连结在一起,所述低旦纱线将抗菌层与疏水层连结在一起,低旦纱线贯穿抗菌层与疏水层,使抗菌层与疏水层的表面都均匀排布有低旦纱线形成的连结点。抗菌层具有抗菌能力且具备一定亲水能力,其亲水能力虽然不如经过亲水性处理的低旦纱线,但要大于经过疏水性处理的疏水层,这样一来,抗菌层表面的水会受到由抗菌层流向低旦纱线的作用力,而低旦纱线贯穿抗菌层与疏水层,其暴露在疏水层表面的连结点的水分容易受外界环境影响被蒸发而无法在疏水层表面停留或扩散,连结点处的水分一旦蒸发,其在亲水性的作用又将抗菌层的水分吸取上来,如此循环,保证抗菌层的干爽又不会被外界水分渗透进来。(2)煮练处理为将纱线放入煮练剂与水按照1:9的配比而成的煮练液中,煮练温度为80℃、煮练时间为2h进行煮练处理,所述煮练剂由烧碱10g/L、渗透剂1~2g/L、亚硫酸钠20 g/L组成,可以强化竹纤维与棉纤维复合纱线的抗菌性能与柔软性能。(3)乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯,在这三者的共同作用下可以形成三维网络状交联,使全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯与芳族聚酯树脂稳定的粘附在面料表面形成光滑的疏水面。且其粘附力具备有耐洗涤性和长期使用的稳定性。(4)本发明全程采用低温处理,对竹纤维与棉纤维损伤小,同时保持了竹纤维原有的抗菌能力、棉纤维原有的吸湿透气保暖等能力。

一种抗菌快干面料,由内层与外层组成,所述内层1为抗菌层,所述外层2为疏水层,所述抗菌层的由抗菌纱线编织而成,所述疏水层由疏水纱线编织而成,所述内层1与外层2通过低旦纱线3连结在一起,所述低旦纱线3贯穿内层1与外层2,使内层1与外层2的表面都均匀排布有低旦纱线3形成的连结点4,所述抗菌纱线由单根竹纤维与单根棉纤维捻和形成纱线,然后经过煮练处理而成,所述疏水纱线由单根竹纤维与单根棉纤维捻和形成纱线,然后经过煮练处理、疏水性处理而成,所述低旦纱线经过亲水性处理,所述煮练处理为将纱线放入煮练剂与水按照1:9的配比而成的煮练液中,煮练温度为80℃、煮练时间为2h进行煮练处理,所述煮练剂由烧碱10g/L、渗透剂1~2g/L、亚硫酸钠20 g/L组成,所述疏水处理为将纱线浸泡80℃的疏水处理液中20分钟,然后在80℃下进行烘干10分钟而成,所述疏水处理液由含全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯1%、芳族聚酯树脂3%、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯0.3%、甲基丙烯酸15%与甲基丙烯酸甲酯20%的水溶液构成,所述亲水处理为低旦纱线放入含重量份数10%的亲水氨基硅油水溶液中处理,处理温度为100℃,处理时间为60分钟。
实施例2
耐洗持久性测试
参照《GB/T8629-2001纺织品试验用家庭洗涤及干燥程序》标准,对实施例1的一种抗菌快干面料进行洗涤,重复多次,然后进行面料内层的快干性测试与外层表面的拒水性测试。
所述面料内层的快干性测试为:(1)将样品裁取5块试样,每块试样的尺寸为10cm×10cm,试样应平整无皱褶。(2)将试样放置在标准大气条件下调湿平衡。(3)将试样平放在试验台上(内层朝上),吸取约0.2ml的水轻轻地滴在试样上,滴管口径距离试样表面应不超过1cm。(4)仔细观察水滴扩散情况,记录水滴接触试样内表面至完全渗透扩散(不再呈现镜面反射)至外层的所需时间,精确至0.1 s。如果水滴扩散速度较慢,在一定时间(如300s)后仍未完全扩散,则可停止试验,并记录扩散时间为大于设定时间(如300s)。(5)记录5块试样的平均滴水扩散时间(s)。(6)记录5块试样在一定时间(300s)内,平均最大浸湿直径(cm),精确至mm。
观察者可以从水滴接触试样内层表面完全渗透扩散到外层表面所需的时间及试样内外层的平均最大浸湿直径来评判其快干性能。水滴扩散时间越短,说明其吸湿扩散性能越好;内层浸湿直径越小其单向导湿功能越好;内层浸湿直径为0时,说明其具有单向导湿快干功能。测试结果见表1。

由表1可以看出,本发明即使经过多次水洗,其内层依然具有优秀的导湿快干性能,内层的水分在低旦纱线的作用下,迅速流向外层的表面。
所述外层表面的拒水性测试为:(1)将样品裁取5块试样,每块试样的尺寸为10cm×10cm,试样应 平整无皱褶。(2)将试样放置在标准大气条件下调湿平衡。(3)将试样平放在试验台上(外层朝上),吸取约0.2ml的水轻轻地滴在试样上,滴管口径距离试样表面应不超过1cm。(4)仔细观察水滴扩散情况,记录水滴接触试样外层表面至完全渗透扩散(不再呈现镜面反射)至内层的所需时间,精确至0.1 s。如果水滴扩散速度较慢,在一定时间(如300s)后仍未完全扩散,则可停止试验,并记录扩散时间为大于设定时间(如300s)。(5)记录5块试样的平均滴水扩散时间(s)。测试结果见表2.

由表2可以看出,本发明即使经过多次水洗,外层表面依然具有疏水效果,水滴在上面久久不能散开。
实验结论:
经本发明提供的一种抗菌快干面料具有抗菌功能与导湿快干功能的多功能复合面料,特别适用于服装穿着面料,且其功能具有效果持久性。
需要指出的是,以上实施例仅仅是对发明的解释,其并不是对本发明保护范围的限制,任何本领域技术人员在阅读本说明书后作出的无创造性的修改皆落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗菌快干的面料,其特征在于,由内层与外层组成,所述内层为抗菌层,所述外层为疏水层,所述抗菌层的由抗菌纱线编织而成,所述疏水层由疏水纱线编织而成,所述内层与外层通过低旦纱线连结在一起,所述低旦纱线贯穿内层与外层,使内层与外层的表面都均匀排布有低旦纱线形成的连结点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌快干的面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌纱线由单根竹纤维与单根棉纤维捻和形成纱线,然后经过煮练处理而成,所述疏水纱线由单根竹纤维与单根棉纤维捻和形成纱线,然后经过煮练处理、疏水性处理而成,所述低旦纱线经过亲水性处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌快干的面料,其特征在于,所述煮练处理为将纱线放入煮练剂与水按照1:9的配比而成的煮练液中,煮练温度为80℃、煮练时间为2h进行煮练处理,所述煮练剂由烧碱10g/L、渗透剂1~2g/L、亚硫酸钠20 g/L组成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌快干的面料,其特征在于,所述疏水处理为将纱线浸泡80℃的疏水处理液中20分钟,然后在80℃下进行烘干10分钟而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌快干的面料,其特征在于,所述疏水处理液由含全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯1%、芳族聚酯树脂3%、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯0.3%、甲基丙烯酸15%与甲基丙烯酸甲酯20%的水溶液构成。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌快干的面料,其特征在于,所述亲水处理为低旦纱线放入含重量份数10%的亲水氨基硅油水溶液中处理,处理温度为100℃,处理时间为60分钟。
