本发明公开一种服装用的多功能布料的制备方法,包括有以下步骤:(1)取至少三层胚布,并对每层胚布进行镭射,以形成多个密集排布的透气孔;(2)对每层胚布进行染色,染色采用的染料包括有以下质量份组分:组分A:18‑22份,组分B:30‑37份,组分C:35‑42份,组分D:15‑20份,组分E:3‑8份,组分F:5‑10份,组分G:10‑14份,组分H:3‑6份;组分I:5‑9份,组分J:8‑12份;组分L:15‑18份;组分M:12‑15份;组分N:6‑8份;通过采用本发明配方制得染料,在胚布上经还原清洗,牢度表现优异,有优异的抗污性能和抗菌杀菌能力。

一种服装用的多功能布料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及服装领域技术,尤其是指一种服装用的多功能布料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着环保事业的全球化发展,绿色产品及其消费开始成为主导国际贸易的新潮流,对环境质量的需求已成为消费者生活质量的具体目标之一,这在西方国家消费者身上体现得尤其明显。欧洲可以说是倡导环保消费品的先锋,继德国及荷兰先后禁止服装采用偶氮染料后,欧洲现正考虑要求纺织品符合OEKO-TEX STANDARD100标准。OEKO-TEXSTANDARD 100是由国际生态学研究测试协会发布的纺织品和服装生态标准,其针对染料主要内容如下:可萃取重金属、氯化苯酚、多环芳香烃、色牢度等项目。
目前的染料普遍存在牢度差、含有OEKO-TEX STANDARD100的禁用物质缺陷,并且不具有灭菌杀毒功能,并且目前用于手术服、防护服和口罩等医用品布料普遍抗污性能和透气性差,穿着佩戴不舒适,不能满足使用的需要。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种服装用的多功能布料的制备方法,其色牢度优异、水洗牢度突出的且环保要求能符合OEKO-TEXSTANDARD 100,并且具有抗污、灭菌杀毒和透气性好的特点,满足使用的需要。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种服装用的多功能布料的制备方法,包括有以下步骤:
(1)取至少三层胚布,并对每层胚布进行镭射,以形成多个密集排布的透气孔;
(2)对每层胚布进行染色,染色采用的染料包括有以下质量份组分:组分A:18-22份,组分B:30-37份,组分C:35-42份,组分D:15-20份,组分E:3-8份,组分F:5-10份,组分G:10-14份,组分H:3-6份;组分I: 5-9份,组分J:8-12份;组分L:15-18份;组分M:12-15份;组分N:6-8 份;其中,

(3)将三层胚布上下叠合在一起,并在上下相邻的两胚布之间局部涂覆热熔胶,且上下相邻的两胚布的上透气孔彼此错位;
(4)将三层胚布进行热压即得布料。
优选的,所述染料包括有以下质量份组分:组分A:19-20份,组分B: 32-33份,组分C:36-38份,组分D:15-16份,组分E:3-5份,组分F:5-7 份,组分G:10-11份,组分H:3-4份,组分I:5-6份,组分J:8-9份,组分L:16-18份,组分M:13-15份,组分N:7-8份。
优选的,所述染料包括有以下质量份组分:组分A:19份,组分B:32 份,组分C:36份,组分D:16份,组分E:5份,组分F:7份,组分G:10份,组分H:3份;组分I:6份,组分J:9份,组分L:17份,组分M:14份,组分N:7份。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
通过采用本发明配方制得染料,在胚布上经还原清洗,牢度表现优异,有优异的抗污性能和抗菌杀菌能力,并配合在每层胚布上开设有透气孔,使得本产品具有很好的透气性,功能多样,可以很好的使用于手术服、防护服和口罩等医用品,使穿着佩戴舒适;且有SGS检测报告,证明染料不含禁用物质,满足使用的需要。

取成品染料,对各层胚布10进行染色,然后制得布料,采用 GB/T3921-1997、GB/T5718-1997、GB/T5713-1997法进行牢度测试并按照医疗防护进行灭菌性能测试,并进行抗污性能测试,测试结果如下表所示:

上述测试结果表明:本发明所提供的布料,牢度表现优异,有优异的抗污性能和抗菌杀菌能力,并且透气非常好,功能多样,可以很好的使用于手术服、防护服和口罩等医用品;且有SGS检测报告,证明染料不含禁用物质。
