(2) Bacterial sepsis: the congestion symptoms of the oral cavity, the abdomen, the gill cover, the eye socket and two sides of the fish body can be judged from the appearance of the diseased fish in the early stage, the disease development stage is accelerated, the congestion is intensified, the eyeball is protruded, the abdomen is enlarged, the anemia is sometimes purple and swollen, and the tail end of gill filaments is rotten in the late stage of disease. For diagnosis, the inflammation congestion part of the body surface of the fish is, generally, head, mouth, gill cover, orbit, etc. and the two sides of the body surface and under the abdomen for 3-4 months. Sometimes, intestinal gas and swelling are also seen. After 5 months, the symptoms of diseased fish are complicated, and the phenotype is various and not obvious, so that the clear definition of the boundary is difficult.
The corresponding method comprises the following steps: the principle is that the oral antibacterial drug and the external disinfectant drug are combined with a water-changing measure, the disease is complex, and if the method is single, the disease is easy to relapse.
The preventive measures are as follows:
1. close breeding is strictly forbidden, and the stocking degree is combined with local conditions, technical level and water body environmental factors.
2. The medicine is put in regularly to strengthen the pond patrol work and the spot check is carried out regularly every month
3. The water body is disinfected regularly, 20 days per day, 20-23kg of quicklime is used for sprinkling for 1 time in a whole pool of 667m2 m, or 1.0-1.2g/m3 of bleaching powder or 0.4-0.5g/m3 of chlorine dioxide is used for sprinkling for 1 time in a whole pool, 0.3-0.4g/m3 of chlorine dioxide is used for sprinkling for 1 time/d, and 2 days are continuously sprinkled.
The treatment measures are as follows:
1. method for combining oral antibacterial drugs and external disinfectants

And thirdly, sprinkling strong iodine 130 g/mu.m in the whole pool.
(2) Black spot of shrimp
The main causes of the shrimp melasma are the deterioration of water quality and substrate and the mass propagation of some bacteria which can decompose chitin and detritus. The symptoms of the disease are shown in black ulcer spots on the shells of the diseased shrimps, usually on the gills and the abdomens, including the walking feet and the swimming feet, and the diseased shrimps have greatly reduced vitality when being serious or lie on the sides of the pond and are in an endangered state.
And (3) prevention and control: firstly, water is periodically injected and changed, and the water quality is kept fresh. ② periodically splashing quicklime water or water quality modifier (such as Hanbao hyperconcentration photosynthetic bacteria). Thirdly, the operation is careful, the operation of catching, transporting, releasing the shrimp with water can prevent the shells of the parent shrimps from being damaged, the releasing density is reasonable, and the feeding is reasonable. Fourthly, using 130 g/mu.m of strong iodine or 150 g/mu.m of strong chlorine for 2 to 3 times continuously during the epidemic period of the disease.
(3) Shrimp black gill disease:
the diseases of the shrimp black gill are mainly caused by the following reasons: firstly, the branchia part of the shrimp is infected by mould and bacteria, so that the branchia part of the shrimp body is damaged; secondly, the heavy metals such as copper element content at the bottom of the pond is too high, the shrimps can be poisoned by copper, and the gills are black and precipitated to influence respiration; the chemical reaction in the shrimp body can not be carried out due to the long-term lack of vitamin C, so that the shrimp body is thin and weak and dies; and fourthly, excessive suspended organic matters in the pond water are accumulated in the branchia to influence the breathing of the shrimps. The main symptoms are: the diseased shrimps have black gill filaments and are locally rotten, and part of the diseased shrimps are accompanied by black spots on the side surfaces of the cephalothorax and the abdominal shell. The sick young shrimp has weakened vitality, slowly swims on the bottom layer, has weakened phototaxis, prolonged metamorphosis period or no metamorphosis, curly abdomen, white body color and no ingestion. When adult shrimps are ill, they usually float on the water surface and move slowly.
1. Prevention: the first method is to use quicklime to clean and disinfect the pond. Meanwhile, the whole grand ceremony pond is used for disinfection, 500ml grand ceremony is used, and 2000 cubic meters of water is used.
(2) Air blister disease
The etiology is as follows: the water contains many phytoplankton, and under the condition of strong illumination, the photosynthesis of the plants generates a large amount of oxygen, so that the dissolved oxygen in the water is excessively saturated; when the soil pond is used, underground water is excessively saturated with nitrogen or underground methane; the temperature suddenly rises, which causes the dissolved gas in the water to be excessively saturated; the over-saturated gas forms bubbles, the tadpoles continuously swallow the bubbles in the process of taking food, and the bubbles are excessively gathered in the tadpole digestive tube to cause the bubble disease.
Symptoms are: the tadpole intestinal tracts are full of gas, the abdomen expands, the body loses balance and floats on the water surface, and when the tadpole intestinal tracts are serious, the expanded bubbles obstruct normal blood circulation and damage the heart. Congestion of the intestinal wall was visible after dissection.
And (4) control measures: changing water frequently, keeping the water quality fresh, and controlling the number of aquatic organisms in the pool. When the bubble disease is found, the sick individuals can be fished out by using a fishing net and put into clear water, and the patients do not feed food for 2 days, so that part of individuals can be cured by themselves. In addition, salt can be added into the culture pond to relieve the disease condition, and about 15 g of salt is added into each cubic meter of water body.
(3) Meningitis
Symptoms are: the patients have poor spirit, slow movement, anorexia, and obvious blood spots on hind limbs, abdomen and around mouth of the diseased tadpoles. The abdomen of part of tadpoles is enlarged, and the tadpoles float upward on the water surface and do not rotate freely, and sometimes return to normal. When the abdominal cavity is dissected, a large amount of water is accumulated in the abdominal cavity, the liver is blackened and swollen, bleeding spots exist, the spleen is shrunk, and the intestinal tract is congested. Meanwhile, "head distortion" and eyeball "cataract" are typical symptoms thereof.
The treatment scheme comprises the following steps: at the early stage of onset, the following protocol can be adopted: 100g of Fukang (10% florfenicol, which is a product in the market with more counterfeit goods, a regular large factory) +160g of peptidase-kinase-A is selected and mixed with 20kg of feed, and the frog is preferably completely cultured for one treatment course, wherein the treatment course is 5 days. (particularly, if the dosage and the treatment course are not achieved, the disease is frequently relapsed, thereby increasing the treatment difficulty of the disease); for the pond of the disease culture, the number of the pond can be increased to 7 days. Meanwhile, the whole grand ceremony pond is used for disinfection, 500ml grand ceremony is used, and 2000 cubic meters of water is used.
The following scheme can be adopted in the peak period of the disease onset: 100g of Shengfukang (10% of florfenicol, the products are more counterfeit goods in the market, a regular large factory) +200g of per gram (sulfadiazine + methoxybenzidine) +160g of peptidase una are selected and mixed with 10kg of feed, and one treatment course lasts for 5 days. (particularly, if the dosage and the treatment course are not achieved, the disease is frequently relapsed, thereby increasing the treatment difficulty of the disease). Chlorine dioxide and disinfectant pill are added to strongly disinfect.
If the cataract phenomenon is serious, the anthelmintic needs to be fed for one course of treatment: fishing is finished; 200g of the fish are mixed with 20kg of feed and orally taken for 3 days.
(4) Saprolegniasis of saprolegniasis
The etiology is as follows: tadpoles and adult frogs in the wintering period are susceptible to the disease, and the pathogen is water mold and is caused by trauma.
Symptoms are: the inner hypha of the water mold grows in the skin of the body surface of the animal, the outer hypha forms cotton-like villi on the body surface, and the hypha absorbs nutrient substances of the tadpoles and the frog bodies, so that the tadpoles and the frog bodies are thinned and have dysphoria. The proteolytic enzyme secreted by the hyphae also festers the skin and muscles where the hyphae grow.
And (4) control measures: the transportation and pool separation process is carefully operated, so that the trauma is cautiously prevented. And (4) in low-temperature seasons (the water temperature is lower than 20 ℃, the seed frogs and tadpoles are prevented from being captured and transported as much as possible). Once the disease occurs, 500ml of shenquan can be used per cubic meter of water, 1200 cubic meters of water can be used for full-pool splashing, and the saprolegniasis can be inhibited and treated to a certain extent.
(5) Enteritis (enteritis)
The etiology is as follows: the enteritis is easily caused by feeding unclean baits, and pathogens are bacteria, possibly aeromonas and streptococcus. If natural fly maggots are put in the container, enteritis is easily caused if the sterilization treatment is not proper, and the fly maggots die in large quantities.
Symptoms are: the sick frogs hang down on the head and back, so the body is emaciated, the activity is abnormal, the food intake is obviously reduced, the reaction is slow, and the tadpoles mostly float on the water surface after the onset of the disease.
And (4) control measures: the occurrence of enteritis is mostly related to unclean water and food, so water needs to be changed regularly to keep the water quality fresh; without feeding moldy and deteriorated bait, and adding garlic and Sanhuang powder. In addition, gastroenteritis is also caused by overeating, so that the bait feeding needs to be timed, quantified and fixed in point. Timely sterilizing water, using a full pool of a grand ceremony, 500ml of a grand ceremony, and using 2000 cubic meters of water. And 100g of 10% enrofloxacin, 50g of changning (5% neomycin sulfate), 160g of peptidase-kinase-A and 20kg of feed are mixed in the bait for 3 days continuously.
(6) Dystocia
The etiology is as follows: the temperature is high in winter hibernation, the temperature difference changes greatly and frequently, and if the water temperature is not controlled well in the hibernation period and the frogs repeatedly revive from the hibernation state, the frogs are very easy to produce difficultly and even do not lay eggs. The main reasons are as follows:
excessive interference and excessive physical consumption during the dormancy; ② the female frogs are over-aged and weak; the male frogs are insufficient in quantity, and the male frogs and the female frogs are not coordinated in proportion; fourthly, the environment of the spawning pond is not suitable for spawning, such as too deep water level and not quiet enough; fifthly, the breeding frogs are severely frightened before spawning; sixthly, the spawning time is inaccurate.
Symptoms are: the female frog is expanded in the abdomen and has already finished dropping eggs, but the eggs are retained in the uterus and cannot be produced. After dissection it was visible that the dark egg mass had dissolved in the uterus.
And (4) control measures: a quiet environment is created for the female frogs which lay eggs, and the breeding frogs are matched according to reasonable male and female proportion (the male and female ratio is preferably 1: 1). Before hibernation, the rana nigromaculata is fed with peptidase for a treatment course (7 days) to strengthen the physique of the rana nigromaculata, and is beneficial to spawning and breeding of the rana nigromaculata nigra in the next year.
(7) Rotten skin disease and mouth rot disease
The etiology is as follows: the skin disease is a common skin disease of frogs and adult frogs, and skin inflammation and ulceration are caused by skin trauma and bacterial infection (gram-positive bacteria such as staphylococcus). The disease can be caused by too high cultivation density and insufficient bait.
Symptoms are: in the early stage of the disease, the skin of the diseased frog is partially congested and inflamed, sometimes, the front part of the tip of the mouth is ulcerated, the skin of the body is intact, and the nasal bone is completely exposed when the disease is serious. The sick frog has bradykinesia, lassitude, stop taking food, and ulcerate at many parts of body surface.
And (4) control measures: after the disease occurs, the water body is disinfected in time, and the water body can be disinfected in a full grand ceremony pond with 500ml of grand ceremony and 2000 cubic meters of water body. And 100g of 10% enrofloxacin, 50g of changning (5% neomycin sulfate), 160g of peptidase-kinase-A and 20kg of feed are mixed in the bait for 3 days continuously. The following scheme can be adopted for oral administration: 100g Shengfukang +160g peptidase-stimulated-an, and is mixed with 20kg of feed, and the frog is preferably completely cultured for one treatment course, and one treatment course is 5 days.
(8) Leech (leech) infection
Some Rana chensinensis farms suffer from leech damage, and in severe cases, a frog bites more than ten leeches. Leeches secrete toxins with anesthesia and anticoagulation effects when being bitten and sucked, and since the blood plasma of the rana nigromaculata itself is very little and only 1-2 drops, the leeches are adsorbed on the affected part for a long time until the rana nigromaculata dies due to insufficient sucking, and even the whole rana nigromaculata of the whole farm is used for covering.
And (4) control measures: the pond cleaning work is the fundamental measure for preventing and treating the disease before the frogs are placed in the frog pond.
(9) Lernaea disease
The etiology is as follows: due to mistaking of the wrong head .
The disease symptoms are as follows: if 3-4 lernaea are parasitized on the tadpole body, the tadpole can quickly cause first death. If 1-3 parasites are parasitized, the tadpoles can be stopped from growing and gradually lean to die, although the tadpoles cannot die immediately.
The control method comprises the following steps: soaking tadpoles in potassium permanganate dropping liquid with the concentration of 10-15 mg/L for 10-20 min, continuously using for 2-3 times every day, and scattering crystal trichlorfon (the content is more than 90%) with the concentration of 0.3-0.5 mg/L in a whole pool. It is used once more every few days.
(10) Red spot disease (also known as disease)
The etiology is as follows: bacterial, fungal infections.
The disease symptoms are as follows: the tail and abdomen of tadpoles have bright red bleeding spots, the abdomen is particularly obvious, and the sick body usually turns on the water surface and then sinks to die. The disease is mostly generated in the tadpole metamorphosis process, the hind limbs grow well, but the forelimbs do not grow, the disease is serious in danger, and the death rate is high.
The control method comprises the following steps: firstly, keeping water fresh, regularly using fungicide to sprinkle and detoxify all the ponds, secondly, properly controlling stocking density, regularly feeding 'frog Bikang', 'Qiangke 99', etc. Taking the diseased tadpoles out, and soaking and washing the tadpoles with 120 million units of penicillin and 100 million units of streptomycin for 20-30 minutes.

For improving the oxygen injection concentration in water, on one hand, the oxygen is increased by using organisms, so that sufficient plant nutrient elements and illumination in water are ensured to increase the quantity of phytoplankton population. On the other handThe artificial oxygenation comprises mechanical oxygenation and chemical oxygenation. The mechanical oxygenation mainly adopts water with high dissolved oxygen injected by a person, belongs to water supplementing oxygenation, or uses an aerator to stir water, so as to increase the dissolving speed of oxygen in the air to the water. Chemical oxygenation is the release of oxygen, such as calcium peroxide (Ca0), into water by means of a chemical agent. CaO2 is white crystalline powder, and can release oxygen by chemical reaction with water2+H2O=Ca(OH)2+O2,The calcium peroxide is applied once a month, 50-100kg is applied to each hectare for the first time, and half can be reduced later. When the organic matter load of the water substrate is too high, the dosage can be in a high limit, otherwise, the dosage is in a low limit. The calcium peroxide can not only increase oxygen, but also increase the shout degree and hardness of the water body, improve the pH value, flocculate organic matters and colloidal particles and play a role in improving the water quality and the substrate.
