Description

本发明涉及到一种用于印刷电路插件板和承载电子电路的基板之间的中间连接器。然而并不排除应用于位于装置中而具有陶瓷基板的装置,并且尤其是承载多个集成电路的基板。
本发明更加尤其地涉及到一种在法国专利FR9013996中所述类型的中间连接器,该连接器以这样一种方式被选定安装在一个印刷电路插件板上,即连接器的第一端面顶在插件板的顶上,并经第二端面收纳电子基板,而相互连接接触区设置在基板的表面上,该表面面向插件板和插件板上的印制线,所述的连接器包括:
一个绝缘支撑件,在该支撑件上形成有规律地间隔的通道;以及
电信号接触件,每个接触件设计成用来把一个接触区与一相应的印制线相连,该接触件被收纳在至少一些通道内。
其中,至少一些接触件是作为一个切割下来的金属薄板的部分来一个个制造的,所述的每个接触件具有一个硬支腿,用来把接触件紧固到支撑件上,以及一个S形的弹性支腿,它的邻近端部是与硬支腿相紧固的,它的末端部突出伸过支撑件的顶部端面,在静放置下该弹性支腿以这样的方式弯曲,即它的末端与硬支腿分开,收纳接触件的通道具有这样的尺寸,以致于接触件插入支撑件过程中使弹性支腿变形,足以使末端与硬支腿相接触,借此构成短路。
实施这种连接器中的一个问题是,当把连接器安装在插件板和基板之间时,要提供手段使接触件上获得均匀的应力。
本发明的目的是提供一种上述确定类型的连接器,在满足实际需要上,如果要求的话,该连接器比现有已知的连接器要好,特别是保证压力的均匀性。因此,本发明推荐一种上述确定类型的连接器,其中
由可滑动地收纳硬支腿并具有接合肩部的分隔部确定通道,肩部以一预定的间隔eo隔开,最靠近连接器第一端面的接合肩部位于从该端面计起的第一预定高度ho;
沿该通道伸延的硬支腿包括两个相互面对的接合肩部,肩部由一预定的比eo大的间隔e隔开;以及
从最靠近第二端面的肩部中接触件突出的整个距离小于ho。
在这个配置中,每个接触件以这样的方式自动占据位置,即在每侧上施加在接触件上的压力平衡了,而且作用在各种接触件上的压力也导致平衡。
本发明也提供了其它的配置,这些配置可有益地与上述配置一同使用,但也可单独使用。通过阅读下列一个具体实例的说明,所有这些配置将更加清楚地呈现,并由举例的方式给出。说明相关的相应附图如下:
图1是一个横截面图,它表示连接器的一小部分,该连接器和元件一起构成本发明的具体实施例,该元件与连接器相结合并是本发明所涉及的。
图2是一个示意的和放大的详示立体图,它表示图1的连接器在自由条件下的一个接触件。
图3是用于连接器的绝缘支撑件的立体图,该支撑件可适合实施本发明。
图1中所示的连接器10具有一个这样的结构,该结构大致上类似于作为参考的法国专利NO.9013996所述的结构。它被设计成安装在一个印刷电路插件板12上,该插件板将被连接到一个基板14上,该基板用于作用的电子电路。特别是,该基板由一个复合层陶瓷板构成(可选择用有薄膜结构围绕),该复合层陶瓷板被设计成用来接收集成电路芯片16。但是,本发明也可用于该基板被设计成用来接收一个单个的集成电路和/或该基板用不是陶瓷的材料(如有机材料)制造之时。
该连接器包括一个绝缘支撑件20,在图3所示的例子中,该支撑件是框形的。
在绝缘支撑件20上形成穿通的通道,并且这些通道成行地对齐。它们被设有这样的尺寸,该尺寸是可接收各自的接触件,接触件可为各种不同的类型。图1和2中所述的接触件22是打算用来传送信号的。其它的接触件可用来建立等电位连接,如接地或电源连接。
每个接触件22(图2)一般从导电材料的薄板或薄片上切割下来,上述导电材料具有良好的回弹性,例如铍青铜(beryllium    bronze)。可以考虑接触件具有用来扣紧在支撑件上的相对坚固的支腿28,和用来作电连接的相对柔软的支腿34。
每个接收接触器的通道被两个分隔部26横向确定,这两个分隔部不占据绝缘支撑件20的整个高度。这些具有同一高度的分隔部形成了接合肩对,该肩对以预定的间隔eo隔开。当把绝缘支撑件装在插件板12上时,每个最紧靠到该支撑件的第一端面上的肩部处于从所述插件板12计算的高度ho处,该第一端面即顶在插件板12上的那个端面。
每个接触件的硬支腿28沿着各自的通道伸延,它还包括两个相互面对的接合肩部,上述肩部以预定的间隔e隔开,该间隔略大于eo(如是eo的1.1到1.4倍),藉此使接触件“浮”在通道中。
在图1和2所示的实施例中,最靠近支撑件第一端面的接合肩部由一个短柱29构成,该短柱横向伸延到硬支腿28的方向。另一个肩部由隆起部22'的根部构成,该隆起部具有一个圆珠形状,用来当它被插进通道时防止接触件卡滞。
在与弹性支腿的连接部很接近之处,硬支腿具有一个隆起部32,该隆起部用来抵靠插件板12的印制线接合(最好锡焊在上面)。距离h小于ho,距离h是最靠近第一端面的肩部和隆起部32的端部之间的距离,例如,h可以位于0.6ho到0.9ho的范围上。
弹性支腿34大致为S形,它的邻近端部与硬的牢固支腿28相合并,并靠近隆起部32。
如图2所示,静放置下的接触件22的形状是这样的,弹性腿的末端从硬的紧固支腿28上横向偏开一距离d。另外,穿过支撑件20形成的接收接触件的通道的横向尺寸是这样的,使得由通道的侧边施加的压力导致弹性支腿34采取图1所示的形状,即进而与扣紧支腿28相接触。不过,这个条件满足不是必不可少的。弹性支腿34的形状还使得,当迫使和支撑件20接触时由基板14施加的压力有益地导致了弹性支腿的最后弯曲与同一支腿的邻近端部相接触。这造成短路,藉此减少了信号通过时间。
在图1所示的实例中,抵靠支撑件20对基板14加力的装置由一个可动组件组成,该组件具有一个压板64和螺栓66。一个弹簧典型地插在每个螺栓和压板64之间。
因为距离h小于ho,可以避免在短柱29上施加压力的危险。因为e大于eo,每个接触件的硬支腿的位置可自动适应,以致于由弹性支腿34在硬支腿上施加的力恰好平衡施加在隆起部32上的反作用力。这适合于减少接触件所承受的应力,并总体上平衡在连接器上的应力。
不可排除地,由于水平度的不精确,尽管所特别引起的在基板和印刷电路之间距离上的尺寸变化,但仍在基板和印刷电路上保证接触力。

Claims (5)

1、一种中间连接器,该连接器用来被安装在一个印刷电路插件板(12)上,该连接器具有一个抵靠插件板的连接器的第一端面,并经一第二端面收纳一电子基板(14),所述的连接器用来把接触区和插件板(12)上的印制线相互连接,该接触区设置在基板(14)的表面上,该表面面向插件板所述的连接器包括:
一个绝缘支撑件(20),在该支撑件上形成有规律地间隔的通道;以及
电信号接触件(22),每个接触件用来把一个接触区连到一个印制线上,上述接触件分布在至少一些通道之中。
其中,至少一些接触件(22)由一金属薄板的切割部分一个个构成,所述的每个接触件具有一个硬的紧固支腿(20),用来把接触件紧固到支撑件上,还具有一个S形弹性支腿,它的邻近端部与硬支腿合并,它的末端部突出伸过支撑件的上端面,弹性支腿以这样的方式被弯曲,即在静放置下它的末端部与硬支腿偏移开,接收接触件的通道有这样的尺寸,以致于使接触件插进支撑件过程中使弹性支腿变形,使末端部分与硬支腿接触,藉此构成短路。
其特征在于,由可滑动地收纳所述的硬支腿并具有接合肩部的分隔部界定通道,肩部以一个预定的间隔(eo)隔开,最靠近第一端面的接合肩部位于从上述端面计起的第一预定高度(ho);
其中沿通道伸延的硬的紧固支腿包括两个面对的接合肩部,所述的肩部以比间隔(eo)大的预定间隔(e)隔开,以及
其中从最靠近第二端面的肩部上接触件伸出的整个距离(h)小于距离(ho)。
2、根据权利要求1的连接器,其特征在于,最靠近支撑件第一端面的接合肩部在一个短柱(29)上形成,该短柱横向伸到硬支腿(28)的方向,该硬支腿的另一个肩部由该接触件的端头隆起部的初始处构成。
3、根据权利要求1的连接器,其特征在于,在止推隆起部(32)的近处,弹性支腿与硬的紧固支腿(28)合并。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3的连接器,其特征在于,在硬支腿的两个接合肩部之间的间隔e位于1.1到1.4倍间隔eo的范围上。
5、根据权利要求1、2或3的连接器,其特征在于,凸起的量(h)位于0.6到0.9倍所述的预定高度(ho)的范围上。
