Abstract

본 발명은 회로기판의 관통공들(34)에 삽입할 수 있는 다수의 포스트부(44,50,52)를 갖는 적어도 하나의 접지버스(40)를 구비한 회로기판(20)의 패드들에 표면 설치할 수 있는 신호콘택트들(22)을 가진 타입의 전기콘넥터(10)를 개시한다. 적어도 두개의 포스트부(50,52)는 포스트부의 생크들(62,64)의 반대방향으로의 변형을 위해 그 안에 삽입시 각 관통공들의 측벽들에 대해 지탱하기에 적합한 자유종단들 부근의 돌출부들(54,56)을 포함한다. 적어도 두개의 포스트부들의 각각의 돌출부는 포스트들의 열을 따라 반대방향으로 연장하며, 따라서 연합하여 콘택트 납땜전기판에 콘넥터를 보유하는 적절한 힘의 클램프로서 작용하게 된다. 변형가능한 생크(62,64)는 특히 소성영역에서의 변형이 용이하도록 뿌리(66,68)에 작은 단면적을 가진다.

제1도는 접지버스를 가지며 본 발명을 포함하는 타입의 콘넥터의 부분단면도,
제2도는 표면설치용 신호콘택트들과 접지버스의 관통공설치용 포스트부들의 열들을 도시하는 제1도의 2-2선에 따라 취한 콘넥터의 단면도,
제3도는 회로기판으로부터 이격된 콘넥터의 접지버스의 정면도,
제16도는 콘넥터의 지지부재가 공통의 관통구멍에 삽입될 수 있으며 변형을 용이하게 하는 감소된 크기의 뿌리부를 포함하는 한쌍의 인접해 함께 연장하는 포스트를 포함하는 추가의 실시예.

Claims (10)

  1. 절연하우징, 하우징에 고정된 회로기판에 접속하기 위한 전기콘넥트 및 하우징에 고정된 긴 전도부재를 가지며, 상기 전도부재가 회로기판의 관통공들로 연장하는 다수의 포스트들을 가지는 회로기판용 전기콘넥터에 있어서, 적어도 두개의 상기 포스트들이 상기 관통공들이 벽들과 결합하기 위한 돌출부들을 가지며, 돌출부들의 상기 벽들과 접촉할 때 상기 포스트들이 상기 벽들로부터 멀어지도록 변형되어, 상기 포스트들의 변형이 탄성바이어스가 납땜전에 콘넥터를 회로기판에 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 콘넥터.
  2. 상기 돌출부들을 구비한 모든 다른 포스트가 변형력들을 균등하게 분배하도록 상기 포스트의 대향된 측면들에 상기 돌출부들을 가진 제1항의 전기콘넥터.
  3. 상기 전도부재가 접지버스이며 상부부분을 가진 몸체부 및 상기 포스트들이 연장하는 베이스부를 포함하며, 상기 절연 하우징은 상기 베이스부를 강제끼움으로 수용하기 위한 통로들을 포함하는 제1항의 전기콘넥터.
  4. 상기 포스트들이 콘넥터가 완전히 장착되었을 때 상기 회로기판의 바닥면 넘어로 연장하는 제1항의 전기콘넥터.
  5. 상기 포스트들이 콘넥터가 완전히 장착되었을 때 상기 회로기판의 상기 구멍들내에 완전히 수용되는 제1항의 전기콘넥터.
  6. 상기 돌출부들을 구비한 상기 포스트들이 상기 돌출부들이 설치된 빔부재들을 형성하는 제3항의 전기콘넥터.
  7. 상기 빔부재가 삽입중 변형을 용이하게 하도록 상기 돌출부들로부터 상기 베이스부로 경사져 있는 제6항의 전기콘넥터.
  8. 상기 베이스부들이 삽입중 변형에 대한 저항을 제공하는 상기 베이스부와 상기 포스트들 사이의 완만하게 둥근 코너들을 가진 제3항의 전기콘넥터.
  9. 삽입중 변형에 대해 작은 저항을 제공하도록 상기 베이스부와 상기 포스트 사이에 놋치들이 배치된 제3항의 전기콘넥터.
  10. 상기 전도부재가 몸체부 및 베이스부를 가지며, 상기 각 베이스부가 관통공의 하나에 수용될 두개의 상기 포스트들을 포함하며, 상기 포스트는 각기 상기 관통공의 대향된 위치들에서 결합하는 제1항의 전기콘넥터.
