Abstract

本发明涉及一种防腐皮带运输机钢丝绳的生产方法,在钢丝绳各绳股的中心钢丝与内层钢丝之间填充与内层钢丝数量相等的浸满油的麻纱,具体:1)根据绳股的内层钢丝根数n及中心钢丝直径d确定确定填充麻纱直径d;2)按计算的麻纱直径制备麻纱,对麻纱重浸油,使麻纱含油率达到30~45%;3)将钢丝与浸油后的麻纱捻合成绳股;4)采用含有麻纱的绳股制绳。本发明的方法,保证在绳股中心钢丝与内层钢丝之间满填充麻纱,达到最佳皮带运输机钢丝绳防腐性能。延长皮带运输机钢丝绳使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢绳绳生产,特别涉及一种防腐皮带运输机钢丝绳的生产方法。
背景技术
现有的皮带运输机钢丝绳的绳股数量为6股,表面不涂油,仅在绳芯涂油,股中心钢丝在使用过程中极易出现因腐蚀变细而造成的支撑不足,导致整个绳股结构破坏。同时,皮带运输机的使用环境大部分较恶劣,极易造成钢丝绳股内钢丝的锈蚀,影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防腐皮带运输机钢丝绳的生产方法,解决在钢丝绳使用过程中股结构不稳定、不耐腐蚀等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种防腐皮带运输机钢丝绳的生产方法,在钢丝绳各绳股的中心钢丝与内层钢丝之间填充与内层钢丝数量相等的浸满油的麻纱,具体步骤如下:
1)根据绳股的内层钢丝根数n及中心钢丝直径d确定确定填充麻纱直径d
内层钢丝根数n为5时,麻纱直径d为中心钢丝直径d的0.37~0.47倍;
内层钢丝根数n为6时,麻纱直径d为中心钢丝直径d的0.32~0.42倍;
内层钢丝根数n为7时,麻纱直径d为中心钢丝直径d的0.25~0.35倍;
2)按计算的麻纱直径制备麻纱,对麻纱重浸油,使麻纱含油率达到30~45%;
3)将钢丝与浸油后的麻纱捻合成绳股;
4)采用含有麻纱的绳股制绳。
所述的步骤1)中,麻纱直径d的倍数取值区间按钢丝绳直径D具体确定:
n=5时,D≥50mm,d=0.44~0.47d
35mm<D<50mm,d=0.40~0.43d
D≤35mm,d=0.37~0.39d
n=6时,D≥50mm,d=0.39~0.42d
35mm<D<50mm,d=0.35~0.38d
D≤35mm,d=0.32~0.34d
n=7时,D≥50mm,d=0.32~0.35d
35mm<D<50mm,d=0.28~0.31d
D≤35mm,d=0.25~0.27d
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的方法,保证在绳股中心钢丝与内层钢丝之间满填充麻纱,达到最佳皮带运输机钢丝绳防腐性能。将浸油后的麻纱与钢丝捻合成股,对股中内层钢丝起到较好的防腐作用,特别是对股内中心钢丝的防腐保护,可以有效防止中心钢丝因腐蚀造成的直径减少而导致的支撑不足,对股结构造成的破坏,从而减少断丝等使用问题的发生,提高钢丝绳使用寿命。因麻纱在股中丝间隙间受力小,使麻纱能保证长时间以含油状态存在于股中,并保证油脂不被挤出股表面,中层钢丝间因无填充物可对挤出的油脂进行保存作用,而不产生挤出股面现象。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进一步说明:
如图1,一种防腐皮带运输机钢丝绳的生产方法,在钢丝绳各绳股的中心钢丝与内层钢丝之间填充与内层钢丝数量相等的浸满油的麻纱,具体步骤如下:
1)根据钢丝绳直径D、绳股的内层钢丝根数n及中心钢丝直径d确定确定填充麻纱直径d
内层钢丝根数n为5时,麻纱直径d为中心钢丝直径d的0.37~0.47倍;
内层钢丝根数n为6时,麻纱直径d为中心钢丝直径d的0.32~0.42倍;
内层钢丝根数n为7时,麻纱直径d为中心钢丝直径d的0.25~0.35倍;
当钢丝绳直径在50mm及以上时取倍数上限区间4个数值,当钢丝绳直径在35mm~50mm之间时取倍数中间4个数值,当钢丝绳直径在35mm及以下时取倍数下限区间3个数值,如下表所示;

2)按计算的麻纱直径制备麻纱,对麻纱重浸油,使麻纱含油率达到30~45%;
3)将钢丝与浸油后的麻纱捻合成绳股;
4)采用含有麻纱的绳股制绳。
实施例1
钢丝绳直径30mm,结构6×31WS,股中心钢丝直径1.45mm,股内填充麻纱直径系数取0.33,股内填充麻纱直径0.48mm。
实施例2
钢丝绳直径40mm,结构6×26WS,股中心钢丝直径1.30mm,股内填充麻纱直径系数取0.42,股内填充麻纱直径0.55mm。
实施例3
钢丝绳直径46mm,结构6×36WS,股中心钢丝直径2.85mm,股内填充麻纱直径系数取0.30,股内填充麻纱直径0.86mm。

1.一种防腐皮带运输机钢丝绳的生产方法,其特征在于,在钢丝绳各绳股的中心钢丝与内层钢丝之间填充与内层钢丝数量相等的浸满油的麻纱,浸油后的麻纱与钢丝捻合成股,对股中内层钢丝起到防腐,
具体步骤如下:
1)根据绳股的内层钢丝根数n及中心钢丝直径d确定填充麻纱直径d
内层钢丝根数n为5时,麻纱直径d为中心钢丝直径d的0.37~0.47倍;
内层钢丝根数n为6时,麻纱直径d为中心钢丝直径d的0.32~0.42倍;
内层钢丝根数n为7时,麻纱直径d为中心钢丝直径d的0.25~0.35倍;
麻纱直径d纱的倍数取值区间按钢丝绳直径D具体确定:n内=5时,D≥50mm,d纱=0.44~0.47d中;35mm<D<50mm,d纱=0.40~0.43d中;D≤35mm,d纱=0.37~0.39d中;n内=6时,D≥50mm,d纱=0.39~0.42d中;35mm<D<50mm,d纱=0.35~0.38d中;D≤35mm,d纱=0.32~0.34d中;n内=7时,D≥50mm,d纱=0.32~0.35d中;35mm<D<50mm,d纱=0.28~0.31d中;D≤35mm,d纱=0.25~0.27d中;
2)按计算的麻纱直径制备麻纱,对麻纱重浸油,使麻纱含油率达到30~45%;
