其中S:绳捻距;S′:股捻距;D′:绳径;d:股径;δ:丝径;λ:结构系数。结构系数λ的取值在1.2~1.3之间为最佳范围。该产品的重要特点是旋转程度小,在受力情况下有轻度的旋转,而不能破坏钢丝绳的结构。该产品适用于自由端荷重。

Description

本发明是和单层股结构形式防捻钢丝绳有关的技术领域。这种钢丝绳是为高压张力架线用绳,矿山建井用绳和大型汽车吊用绳而研制的。
普通用的6圆股钢丝绳在受力的情况下旋转程度严重,不能用在钢丝绳自由端荷重的场合,只能用在绳两端固定的场合;并且由于旋转股的结构破坏,降低其寿命。同时这种钢丝绳表面的接触面积小,使其接触应力高,因此也降低了它的寿命。
目前,对于送变电方面用绳,建井用绳或其他要求不旋转方面用绳的用户愈来愈多。多层股钢丝绳就是一种防捻钢丝绳。其结构为18×(1+6),18×(1+6+12)。这种钢丝绳产生的防捻原理为:此钢丝绳是有两层或两层以上的多层股组成,绳的内外层捻向不同。因此,当钢丝绳受力时,自由端将向与外层股捻向相反的方向旋转,钢丝绳的内层股捻距将减少(即扭紧)。从而使钢丝绳的内层股在原有反驳力矩的作用下,又增加了一部分由外层股作用而产生力矩,起到了相互平衡的作用。但是这种钢丝绳有个很大的弱点,即钢丝绳的自由端荷重时,若有一定角度的偏转,使得外层股有相应地伸长,内层股将相应地缩短。这就引起钢丝绳在内层股的作用下,外层股将有“凸”起现象(所谓的“起灯笼”),从而使得荷重大部分由内层股承担,这样就破坏了钢丝绳的结构,导致钢丝绳的承载能力显著降低,安全系数和使用寿命大大缩短。加拿大单层防捻钢丝绳由于其结构本身所决定,纵向可挠性较小,在牵引时,容易发生钢丝绳从滑轮中跳出等现象,从而导致停工停产。
该发明的“防捻钢丝绳”是单层股结构形式的钢丝绳。其结构为3DX〔(0+12)+18+18〕。其中D:点接触;X:西鲁结构。这种钢丝绳产生的防捻的原理为:钢丝绳是由三个股组成,股内的所有钢丝为同一捻向,但与绳的捻向是不同的。绳捻距,股捻距及直径差之间的函数关系 S = S ′ λ ( D ′ - d d - δ ) 。其中S:绳捻距,S′:股捻距,D′:绳径,d:股径,δ:丝径,λ:结构系数,结构系数λ的取值在1.2~1.3之间为最佳范围。使得股的旋转力矩与绳的旋转力矩方向相反,大小相平衡。因此,钢丝绳在受力情况下实现防捻。图1示出这种防捻钢丝绳的结构图。图中1是呈西鲁关系的两层钢丝,2是独立捻制的单层钢丝,3是起填充作用的含油纤维,4是含油纤维绳芯。
该产品的重要特点是旋转程度小,在受力情况下有轻度的旋转,而不能破坏钢丝绳的结构,该产品是用于自由端荷重。钢丝绳中各股的断面呈扇形,钢丝绳表面呈圆滑状态,使用时有较大接触面,降低了高应力点,从而改善使用环境,提高使用寿命。钢丝绳结构有很高的稳定性,即不起“灯笼”,这一点是多层股钢丝绳不易克服的弊病,也是该产品的重要特点之一。并且这种钢丝绳还具有良好的伸展性和插接方便等优点。
图1示出这种防捻钢丝绳的结构图。其中1-呈西鲁关系的两层钢丝;2-独立捻制的单层钢丝;3-起填充作用的含油纤维;4-含油纤维绳芯。

1、一种防捻单层结构形式钢丝绳,其特征在于钢丝结构是3DX[(0+12)+18+18],其中D:点接触;X1西鲁结构。还要满足绳捻距、股捻距及直径差之间的函数关系 S = S ′ λ ( D ′ - d d - δ ) 。其中S1绳捻距;S′2股捻距;D′:绳径;δ:丝径;λ:结构系数。
2、根据权项要求1所述的防捻钢丝绳,其特征在于结构系数λ的取值在1.2~1.3之间为最佳范围。
