Abstract

本发明公开了一种防震防浸水油箱,包括油箱、防水装置、防震装置和进油装置;防水装置包括密封箱,密封性内壁边缘处设置环形结构的第一凹型槽,第一凹型槽内设置第二凹型槽,密封箱外侧下端设置阀门,阀门与第二凹型槽连通;油箱安装在位于密封箱内的底架上,油箱通过固定架固定设置在密封箱内;进油装置包括外进油管和内进油管;外进油管竖直设置在油箱内,且上端高于密封箱上端口并设置密封盖、下端与油箱底部相邻,内进油管设置在外进油管内,内进油管和外进油管之间设置隔板组;防震装置包括缓冲层;缓冲层包裹设置在油箱外部。本防震防浸水油箱结构简单,不仅实现对油箱的防震,而且有效实现对油箱的防水,避免液体进入油箱。

技术领域
本发明涉及机车油箱领域,具体涉及一种防震防浸水油箱。
背景技术
油箱是车辆装燃料的容器,是液压系统中储存液压油或液压液的专用容器。
以摩托车油箱为例,普通摩托车,常作为运输货物的工具使用,尤其是偏远的山区,因山区道路狭窄,货车根本无法前行,摩托车成了唯一较快的运输设备,而摩托车在山路上行驶,由于山路凸凹不平,使得在行驶过程颠簸异常,容易造成油箱内的油飞出,从而引起安全事故,并且由于摩托车使用较为方便,往往雨水容易沿着缝隙进入放置腔内,浸湿油箱,存在较大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防震防浸水油箱,结构简单,不仅实现对油箱的防震,而且有效实现对油箱的防水,避免液体进入油箱。
为实现上述目的,本防震防浸水油箱包括油箱、防水装置、防震装置和进油装置;
所述防水装置包括密封箱,所述密封性内壁边缘处设置第一凹型槽,所述第一凹型槽为环形结构,所述第一凹型槽内设置第二凹型槽,所述密封箱外侧下端设置阀门,所述阀门与第二凹型槽连通;
所述油箱安装在位于密封箱内的底架上,所述油箱两侧设置固定架,并通过固定架固定设置在密封箱内;
所述进油装置包括外进油管和内进油管;
所述外进油管竖直设置在油箱内,且上端高于密封箱上端口并设置密封盖、下端与油箱底部相邻,所述内进油管设置在外进油管内,且上端低于外进油管上端,所述内进油管和外进油管之间设置隔板组;
所述防震装置包括缓冲层;所述缓冲层包裹设置在油箱外部。
进一步的,所述隔板组包括第一隔板和第二隔板,所述第一隔板位于内进油管上端,且设有第一通孔,所述第二隔板位于第一隔板下方,且设有第二通孔,所述第二隔板为多个,且上下均匀设置。
进一步的,所述第一隔板倾斜设置,且第一通孔位于倾斜向下处。
进一步的,所述油箱上端设置把手,所述把手位于密封箱5外侧。
进一步的,所述缓冲层采用弹性海绵,所述底架采用减震材料。
与现有技术相比,本防震防浸水油箱由于在油箱外侧设置防水装置,在密封箱边缘处设置第一凹形槽,避免液体在密封箱内堆积对油箱进行浸湿,设置第二凹形槽,有助于将液体排出;由于设置防震装置,通过在油箱外侧设置缓冲层,并且进油装置通过在外进油管内设置内进油管,因此不仅避免油从油口飞溅,而且实现良好的减震效果,实现油箱在的颠簸的环境下使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本防震防浸水油箱包括油箱1、防水装置、防震装置和进油装置;
所述防水装置包括密封箱5,所述密封性内壁边缘处设置第一凹型槽51,所述第一凹型槽51为环形结构,所述第一凹型槽51内设置第二凹型槽52,所述密封箱5外侧下端设置阀门53,所述阀门53与第二凹型槽52连通;
所述油箱1安装在位于密封箱5内的底架3上,所述油箱1两侧设置固定架11,并通过固定架11固定设置在密封箱5内,
所述进油装置包括外进油管41和内进油管42;
所述外进油管41竖直设置在油箱1内,且上端高于密封箱5上端口并设置密封盖45、下端与油箱1底部相邻,所述内进油管42设置在外进油管41内,且上端低于外进油管41上端,所述内进油管42和外进油管41之间设置隔板组;
所述防震装置包括缓冲层2;所述缓冲层2包裹设置在油箱1外部,
进一步的,所述隔板组包括第一隔板43和第二隔板44,所述第一隔板43位于内进油管42上端,且设有第一通孔,所述第二隔板44位于第一隔板43下方,且设有第二通孔,所述第二隔板44为多个,且上下均匀设置。
进一步的,所述第一隔板43倾斜设置,且第一通孔位于倾斜向下处。
进一步的,所述油箱1上端设置把手12,所述把手12位于密封箱5外侧。
进一步的,所述缓冲层2采用弹性海绵,所述底架3采用减震材料。
本一种防震防浸水油箱使用时,首先将加油管放入外进油管41内,大部分的油通过内进油管42进入,少部分的油位于外进油管41和内进油管42之间,并经过进入油箱1内,当车辆处于颠簸路况时,油箱1存在振幅,由于外进油管41和内进油管42之间设置隔板,并且内进油管42设置在外进油管41内,有效防止因震动,油从外进油管41泄露出去,并且设置防震装置,通过缓冲层2有效进行减震,避免震动过大造成油箱1内的油翻滚幅度过大,将油箱1设置在密封箱5内,避免因下雨等情况,造成水浸湿或进入油箱1内,并且雨水通过第一凹型槽51进行储存,通过打开阀门53实现将密封箱5内的水排出,并且设置第二凹型槽52,避免雨水在第一凹型槽51内无法完全排出。

1.一种防震防浸水油箱,其特征在于,包括油箱(1)、防水装置、防震装置和进油装置;
所述防水装置包括密封箱(5),所述密封性内壁边缘处设置第一凹型槽(51),所述第一凹型槽(51)为环形结构,所述第一凹型槽(51)内设置第二凹型槽(52),所述密封箱(5)外侧下端设置阀门(53),所述阀门(53)与第二凹型槽(52)连通;
所述油箱(1)安装在位于密封箱(5)内的底架(3)上,所述油箱(1)两侧设置固定架(11),并通过固定架(11)固定设置在密封箱(5)内;
所述进油装置包括外进油管(41)和内进油管(42);
所述外进油管(41)竖直设置在油箱(1)内,且上端高于密封箱(5)上端口并设置密封盖(45)、下端与油箱(1)底部相邻,所述内进油管(42)设置在外进油管(41)内,且上端低于外进油管(41)上端,所述内进油管(42)和外进油管(41)之间设置隔板组;
所述防震装置包括缓冲层(2);所述缓冲层(2)包裹设置在油箱(1)外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防震防浸水油箱,其特征在于,所述隔板组包括第一隔板(43)和第二隔板(44),所述第一隔板(43)位于内进油管(42)上端,且设有第一通孔,所述第二隔板(44)位于第一隔板(43)下方,且设有第二通孔,所述第二隔板(44)为多个,且上下均匀设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防震防浸水油箱,其特征在于,所述第一隔板(43)倾斜设置,且第一通孔位于倾斜向下处。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防震防浸水油箱,其特征在于,所述油箱(1)上端设置把手(12),所述把手(12)位于密封箱5外侧。
5.根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的防震防浸水油箱,其特征在于,所述缓冲层(2)采用弹性海绵,所述底架(3)采用减震材料。
