Abstract
本发明提供了一种基于棉织物的油水分离筛的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:(1)配制7%wt氢氧化钠/12%wt尿素水溶液,并将该溶液冷却至‑12℃;(2)将棉织物在步骤(1)所得的溶液中浸渍2h,然后用轧车压轧织物,使织物上的带液率为50%‑70%;(3)将浸轧后的棉织物浸入50%‑65%wt氯化锌水溶液中5s后取出;(4)将步骤(3)处理后的棉织物在120℃汽蒸箱中汽蒸10min;(5)将汽蒸后的棉织物浸渍于5%wt硫酸/10%硫酸钠水溶液中凝固,15min,然后水洗、烘干;(6)最后将处理后的棉织物在160℃下焙烘10min。本制备技术简单易行,成本低廉,制备的网膜具备水下超疏油性能;片状氧化锌纳米粒子在棉织物上具有良好的牢度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及油水分离筛的制备方法,特别涉及一种基于棉织物的水下超疏油的油水分离筛的制备方法。
背景技术
化学制备过程中往往会产生油相和水相,采用分液漏斗可以实现油水分离,但分离过程需要较长时间静置等待油水相的自然分层,且分离过程需要有人值守。因此,开发一种环境友好、油水分离效率高、价格低廉的油水分离筛成为当前研究领域关注的焦点。
具有水下超疏油的油水分离筛由于其水下超疏油的特性可以使水透过网膜,而让油一直留在表面,从而达到油水分离的目的。
发明内容
基于此,本发明公开了一种基于棉织物的水下超疏油的油水分离筛的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)配制7%wt 氢氧化钠/12%wt 尿素水溶液,并将该溶液冷却至-12℃;
(2)将棉织物在步骤(1)所得的溶液中浸渍2h,然后用轧车压轧织物,使织物上的带液率为50%-70%;
(3)将浸轧后的棉织物浸入50%-65% wt 氯化锌水溶液中5s后取出;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的棉织物在120℃汽蒸箱中汽蒸10min;
(5)将汽蒸后的棉织物浸渍于5% wt 硫酸/10% 硫酸钠水溶液中凝固,15min,然后水洗、烘干;
(6)最后将处理后的棉织物在160℃下焙烘10min。
具体实施方式
下文将结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)配制7%wt 氢氧化钠/12%wt 尿素水溶液,并将该溶液冷却至-12℃;
(2)将棉织物在步骤(1)所得的溶液中浸渍2h,然后用轧车压轧织物,使织物上的带液率为50%;
(3)将浸轧后的棉织物浸入50%wt 氯化锌水溶液中5s后取出;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的棉织物在120℃汽蒸箱中汽蒸10min;
(5)将汽蒸后的棉织物浸渍于5% wt 硫酸/10% 硫酸钠水溶液中凝固,15min,然后水洗、烘干;
(6)最后将处理后的棉织物在160℃下焙烘10min。
实施例2
(1)配制7%wt 氢氧化钠/12%wt 尿素水溶液,并将该溶液冷却至-12℃;

(3)将浸轧后的棉织物浸入65% wt 氯化锌水溶液中5s后取出;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的棉织物在120℃汽蒸箱中汽蒸10min;
(5)将汽蒸后的棉织物浸渍于5% wt 硫酸/10% 硫酸钠水溶液中凝固,15min,然后水洗、烘干;
(6)最后将处理后的棉织物在160℃下焙烘10min。

1.一种基于棉织物的油水分离筛的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)配制7%wt 氢氧化钠/12%wt 尿素水溶液,并将该溶液冷却至-12℃;
(2)将棉织物在步骤(1)所得的溶液中浸渍2h,然后用轧车压轧织物,使织物上的带液率为50%-70%;
(3)将浸轧后的棉织物浸入50%-65% wt 氯化锌水溶液中5s后取出;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的棉织物在120℃汽蒸箱中汽蒸10min;
(5)将汽蒸后的棉织物浸渍于5% wt 硫酸/10% 硫酸钠水溶液中凝固,15min,然后水洗、烘干;
(6)最后将处理后的棉织物在160℃下焙烘10min。
