Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种处理织物的方法。其特别涉及一种用清洗产品处理织物的方法,所述清洗产品降低污垢粘着并且进一步保证织物在随后的洗涤之后更加清洁。
背景技术
传统上已经使用洗涤剂配制料清洁织物。洗涤剂配制料通常包括表面活性剂和助洗剂。表面活性剂据信是通过降低水的表面张力来起作用,由此保证来自织物表面的污垢优先分散进入洗涤水中。助洗剂据信是通过降低水的硬度来起作用,由此保证表面活性剂的有效利用。各种其它有益助剂已经包括在洗涤剂配制料中,例如芳香剂、光学增亮剂、电解质、自由流动剂、污垢释放聚合物(SRP)、抗再沉积剂(ARD)、酶、漂白剂、颜料和防腐剂。其中,向洗涤剂配制料中添加SRP和ARD剂以通过作用于污垢来增进清洁效果。

SRP剂通过使污垢更易于从织物表面剥离的机理起作用。一些试剂已经用来产生污垢剥离好处。例如,当喷涂或轧染到沾污之前的聚酯或聚酰胺织物上时,淀粉、改性淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙二醇、马来酸酐共聚物和阴离子表面活性剂提供改善的污垢剥离效果。此外,丙烯酸酯基共聚物已经由酸性漂洗或包含较高浓度多价金属离子或水溶性胺盐的漂洗成功地沉淀在织物上,产生临时污垢剥离覆面(finishes)。氟化污垢剥离剂也可以以漂洗方式施加。聚酯基共聚(对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)(聚氧乙烯对苯二酸酯)(PET-POET污垢剥离剂)已经特别用于聚酯织物。这些聚合物以Permalose、Cirrasol、PTG、Cirrasol PTN和Milease T的商品名销售。

本发明的另一个目的为提供一种在织物清洁方法的漂洗步骤期间处理织物的方法,其降低在消费者使用期间织物的随后沾污。
发明内容
本发明提供一种处理织物的方法,其包括以下步骤:
(a) 在7至11的pH下使织物与包括以下成分的水溶液接触:(i)水溶性锌化合物,(ii)选自胺化合物或氨基酸的沉积助剂和(iii)皂,和
(b) 干燥所述织物。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供一种织物处理组合物,其包括:
(i) 20至90%的水溶性锌化合物;
(ii) 5至50%的选自胺化合物或氨基酸的沉积助剂;和
(iii) 5至50%的皂。
发明详述
本发明提供一种方法,其包括在洗涤方法的漂洗步骤期间向水中添加一组化合物。因此水与溶解/分散在其中的化合物一起形成处理介质。该组化合物为:
(i) 水溶性锌化合物
(ii) 选自胺化合物或氨基酸的沉积助剂,和
(iii) 皂。
水溶液的pH为7至11。优选的是水溶液的pH为8至11。当处理介质包含该介质的必要成分时,该pH可以为处理介质的固有pH。另外,处理介质可以包括碱性化合物。优选的碱性化合物为碱金属碳酸盐或氢氧化物。最优选的碱性化合物为碳酸钠或氢氧化钠。碱性化合物优选以处理介质的0.01至0.5 wt%,更优选0.05至0.2 wt%存在。
用上述化合物组处理织物的步骤优选进行约15分钟至约90分钟,优选20分钟至1小时。这种处理步骤可以在不搅拌处理介质或者可以搅拌处理介质的基础上,将织物浸泡在处理介质中。
如在此使用的,术语“水溶性”表示材料在25℃的温度下具有每100 g水大于0.1 g的溶解性。
用于本发明的优选的水溶性锌化合物为氯化锌、硫酸锌、硝酸锌或乙酸锌,其中硝酸锌是优选的。锌化合物优选以处理介质的0.01至1 wt%,更优选0.05至0.5 wt%存在。
沉积助剂为胺化合物或者氨基酸。适合的胺化合物为三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺或者单乙醇胺;三乙醇胺是更优选的。适合的氨基酸为丙氨酸、丙氨酸的衍生物,例如苯基丙氨酸,3,4-二羟基-L-苯基丙氨酸或组氨酸。沉积助剂优选以处理介质的0.01至0.5 wt%,更优选0.05至0.3 wt%存在。
处理介质还包括皂。皂为脂肪酸盐。优选的皂为C8-C24皂,优选为C10-C20皂,和更优选为C12-C18皂。皂可以具有或可以不具有一个或多个碳-碳双键或三键。皂的碘值是不饱和度的指示,优选低于20,更优选低于10,和最优选低于5。不具有碳-碳双键或三键的饱和皂是特别优选的。皂可以是水溶性或水不溶性的。根据优选的方面,皂是水溶性的。根据本发明可以使用的水溶性皂的非限制实例包括月桂酸钠、辛酸钠和肉豆蔻酸钠。处理介质优选包括至少0.01至0.5 wt%,更优选0.05至0.3 wt%的皂,基于处理介质的重量。
本发明的方法在7至11,更优选8至11,和最优选8至9的处理介质的pH下进行。
本发明的织物处理方法可以在没有任何加热或冷却下,即在例如15至40℃的正常室温下进行。
如在此使用的,术语“溶液-织物比率”或L/C比率表示与织物接触的处理介质的质量对织物质量的比率。优选的是处理步骤中的溶液-织物比率优选为2至100,更优选为5至50,最优选为5至20。
处理步骤之后,织物可以进一步加以漂洗,但是进一步的漂洗步骤对获得本发明优点而言不是必不可少的。处理之后,织物可以在干燥之前任选进行挤压,虽然这不是必须的。织物然后被干燥。织物可以空气干燥、日光干燥或在干燥机中干燥。优选的是对干燥之后的织物进行熨烫。
本发明处理织物的方法可以在手洗织物之后的漂洗步骤中进行,或者漂洗可以在机器中进行。
本发明的方法具有处理过的织物具有抗菌性的额外优点。因此,存储和使用过程中从大气转移至织物的细菌被杀灭或不能生长。处理过的纤维的抗菌性的优点之一为其为织物提供恶臭控制。锌化合物对处理过的基材产生抗菌性是公知的。传统上这一点通过用氧化锌涂布基材来实现。本发明提供与用氧化锌处理织物的现有技术方法相比更高的抗菌效果。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供一种织物处理组合物,其包括:
(i) 20至90%的水溶性锌化合物;
(ii) 5至50%的选自胺化合物或氨基酸的沉积助剂;和
(iii) 5至50%的皂。
水溶性锌化合物优选以织物处理组合物的30至80 wt%,更优选55至70 wt%存在。沉积助剂以织物处理组合物的5-40 wt%,更优选10-25 wt%存在。皂优选以织物处理组合物的5-40 wt%,更优选15-25 wt%存在。
该组合物优选包括水溶液形式的选自碱金属碳酸盐或氢氧化物的碱性化合物。碱性化合物优选以织物处理组合物的5至30 wt%存在。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供本发明组合物用于处理织物的用途,使得织物疏水性达到与水的接触角高于90°的程度。接触角优选为90°-180°,更优选为120°-180°。接触角在添加液滴之后立即使用拉伸液滴法测量。
本发明的组合物优选处于固态。适合的固体形式为粉末或颗粒。
附图说明
图1显示实施例18 (本发明实施例,表示为E-18)和实施例19 (对比例,表示为E-19)的比较数据。图1的曲线显示5个沾污洗涤循环过程中清洁的效果(借助于460 nm下光的反射率,称为R460值)。AW表示洗涤之后的值,BW表示洗涤之前的值;和1、2、3、4和5分别表示第一、第二、第三、第四和第五个洗涤循环。
实施例
用如下所述的处理A、B或C的任何一个处理织物:
处理规程
处理A:(根据本发明)
向1升去离子水中添加1 g月桂酸钠,0.8 g碳酸钠,并完全溶解。向其中添加1.1 g三乙醇胺,最后添加2.97 g的Zn(NO3)2.6H2O。
将每件1 g (100 cm2)的40件织物浸泡在1升上述溶液中1小时。浸泡之后,将织物在1升去离子水中漂洗一次,空气干燥并熨烫。
处理B:(根据过去建议的方法)
向1升去离子水中添加1 g月桂酸钠,0.8 g碳酸钠,并完全溶解。向其中添加并溶解2.97g的Zn(NO3)2.6H2O。
将每件1 g (100 cm2)的40件织物浸泡在1升上述组合物中1小时。浸泡之后,将织物在1升去离子水中漂洗一次,空气干燥并熨烫。
处理C:不处理
将每件1 g (100 cm2)的40件织物浸泡在1升去离子水中1小时。浸泡之后,将织物在1升去离子水中漂洗一次,空气干燥并熨烫。
处理D:(根据本发明的处理)
向1升去离子水中添加1 g月桂酸钠,0.8 g碳酸钠,并完全溶解。向其中添加0.5 g二羟基-L-苯基丙氨酸,最后添加2.97 g的Zn(NO3)2.6H2O。
将每件1 g (100 cm2)的40件织物浸泡在1升上述溶液中1小时。浸泡之后,将织物在1升去离子水中漂洗一次,空气干燥并熨烫。
处理E:(根据本发明的处理)
向1升去离子水中添加1 g月桂酸钠,0.8 g碳酸钠,并完全溶解。向其中添加0.5 g组氨酸,最后添加2.97 g的Zn(NO3)2.6H2O。
将每件1 g (100 cm2)的40件织物浸泡在1升上述溶液中1小时。浸泡之后,将织物在1升去离子水中清洗一次,空气干燥并熨烫。
处理F:(根据本发明的处理)
向1升48 FH水(Ca2+:Mg2+)中添加1 g月桂酸钠,0.8 g碳酸钠,并完全溶解。向其中添加1.1 g三乙醇胺,最后添加2.97 g的Zn(NO3)2.6H2O。
将每件1 g (100 cm2)的40件织物浸泡在1升上述溶液中1小时。浸泡之后,将织物在1升48 FH水中漂洗一次,空气干燥并熨烫。
沾污规程
炭黑沾污:
在1升去离子水中使用15 mg炭黑(Cabot India)和50 mg直链烷基苯磺酸钠(NaLAS)。在超声波仪浴中将分散体超声处理2小时。
将10件织物(每件1 g)浸泡在80 ml上述分散体中并搅拌5分钟。将沾污的织物在空气中晾一夜。
炭黑沾污规程-2
在1升48 FH水(Ca:Mg=2:1摩尔比率)中使用150 mg炭黑(Cabot India)。在超声波仪浴中将分散体超声处理2小时。
将9件织物(每件1 g)浸泡在100 ml上述分散体中并搅拌2分钟。将沾污的织物在空气中晾一夜。
红泥沾污:
向1升去离子水中添加1.5 g红泥(购自HURC,已过筛,粒度<150 μ)并在超声波仪浴中超声处理2小时。
将10件织物(每件1 g)在100 ml上述料浆中浸泡2分钟。将沾污的织物在空气中晾一夜。
脏发动机油沾污:
在50 ml三油精中稀释2 ml浓缩的脏发动机油(即收集自行驶5000 km之后的汽车的部分氧化发动机油)。然后使用微量移液管将200 μl上述稀释的污垢施加于1 g织物,并将沾污的织物干燥一夜。
复合污垢沾污:
混合50 mL三油精和4 mg氧化铁和4 mg炭黑,并使用超声波仪浴超声处理两个半小时。使用微量移液管将300 μl该污垢施加于1 g织物,并将沾污的织物干燥一夜。
柴油机污垢箱沾污
使用挂钩将织物悬挂在柴油机污垢箱室中。通过施加4500W载荷3小时使其沾污。柴油机废气主要包括悬浮在空气和二氧化碳中的炭黑颗粒以及少量不完全燃烧的矿物油。
洗涤规程
典型的洗涤规程包括将20 g织物在包含3 g的Surf Excel (来自Hindustan Unilever Limited)的1升去离子水中浸泡15分钟。在环境温度下将它们在Tergotometer中以90 rpm洗涤30分钟。洗涤之后,将织物漂洗三次,每次在Tergotometer中以90 rpm用450 ml水漂洗2分钟,并且在空气中干燥。
洗涤规程-2
典型的洗涤规程包括将20 g织物在包含3 g的Surf Excel (来自Hindustan Unilever Limited)的1升48 FH (Ca2+:Mg2+=2:1摩尔比率)水中浸泡15分钟。在环境温度下将它们在Tergotometer中以90 rpm洗涤30分钟。洗涤之后,将织物漂洗三次,每次在Tergotometer中以90 rpm用450 ml的48 FH水漂洗2分钟,并且在空气中干燥。
反射率测量
使用Macbeth反射计,以460 nm波长,排除UV,使用大口径的SCI,测量洗涤前后的所有织物的反射率。
实验1至6:本发明的处理方法对污垢粘着的影响。
对根据处理方法A、B或C处理过的不同织物(初始反射率为85)进行实验。处理过的织物用如上所述的红泥沾污方法沾污。测量沾污之后的织物反射率,值在表-1中总结。

表-2中的数据显示对于相同的织物种类和相同的沾污规程而言,与根据过去建议的方法处理的织物相比,和与未处理的织物相比,根据本发明方法(实施例7、10-12、14、16)处理的织物通常倾向于吸收更少的污垢。此外,当使用标准洗涤规程洗涤时,与未处理的织物或根据过去建议的方法处理的织物相比,在沾污之后,根据本发明方法处理的织物也倾向于更清洁。
实施例18和19:在若干处理-沾污-洗涤循环之后,本发明的方法对织物清洁效果的影响。
使织物经过若干循环,每个循环由以下组成:(i)根据处理方法A或处理C的处理,(ii)使用柴油机污垢箱沾污规程的织物沾污,随后是(iii)洗涤规程。实施例18为使用根据处理A处理的棉织物的实验,而实施例19为使用根据处理C处理的棉织物的实验。在5个循环过程中的反射率的数据在图1中给出。图1中的数据显示根据本发明(实施例18)处理的织物在整个若干洗涤循环中产生改善的清洁效果。
实施例20至23:抗菌效果
将根据本发明处理的基材的抗菌效果与用现有技术方法处理,即用相当量的氧化锌处理的基材的抗菌效果进行比较。
改进已知的抗菌分析试验,以便能够研究处理过的织物。已知方法如下:
刃天青(resazurin),一种蓝色染料,在活细菌存在下发生还原,形成在590 nm发射荧光的荧光粉红色染料试卤灵(resorufin)。培养若干小时之后通过分光光度法或荧光测定法测量试卤灵,显示细菌活性,由此显示用于处理的化合物的抗微生物活性。
改进的抗菌分析试验如下:
在37℃在CY琼脂板上继代培养Staphylococcus spp.细菌(其为脂肪酸代谢细菌)。收集代谢活性细胞,其在610 nm处产生0.2的光密度。将其进一步在BHI (脑心浸液)液体培养基-Bacto 237500介质中稀释(1:10)。测定该浓度下的细菌数为107个细胞/ml。将四个1 cm×1 cm织物样本(处理和未处理的)无菌引入24井板中。在每个井中加入约1 ml培养物(在BHI中稀释)和0.5 μl的1%刃天青。板在37℃下培养。经5小时检查各井的颜色变化。使用fluorimeter测量颜色。在530EX/620EM下进行fluro扫描。数据在表-3中给出。

用如以下表-4中所示的方法沾污处理过的织物。测量沾污之后和其后洗涤之后的织物的反射率,值在表-4中总结。

表-4中的数据显示当在硬水中进行处理时,与未处理的织物相比,根据本发明方法(实施例24、26、28)处理的织物通常倾向于吸收更少的污垢。此外当在硬水中洗涤时,与使用相同规程洗涤的未处理的织物相比,根据本发明方法处理的织物在沾污之后也倾向于更清洁。
Claims (9)
1.一种处理织物的方法,其包括以下步骤:
a) 在7至11的pH下使织物与包括以下成分的水溶液接触:(i)水溶性锌化合物,(ii)选自胺化合物或氨基酸的沉积助剂和(iii)皂,和
b) 干燥所述织物。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其中所述水溶液包括0.01至1%的水溶性锌化合物。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2的方法,其中所述水溶性锌化合物为氯化锌、硫酸锌、硝酸锌或乙酸锌。
4.根据在前权利要求任一项的方法,其中所述水溶液包括0.01至0.5%的沉积助剂。
5.根据在前权利要求任一项的方法,其中所述水溶液包括0.01至0.5%的皂。
6.根据在前权利要求任一项的方法,其中所述皂是水溶性的。
7.根据在前权利要求任一项的方法,其中通过在所述水溶液中包含选自碱金属碳酸盐或氢氧化物的碱性化合物获得所需pH。
8.根据在前权利要求任一项的方法,其中所述织物在干燥步骤之后加以熨烫。
9.一种织物处理组合物,其包括
(i) 20至90%的水溶性锌化合物;
(ii) 5至50%的选自胺化合物或氨基酸的沉积助剂;和
(iii) 5至50%的皂。
