本发明公开了一种采用生物提取物消除钙离子沉淀的洗涤剂,在洗涤过程中可清除沉积在纤维上的钙离子,从而使衣物重新变得鲜艳,具有返新增艳的显著效果,延长服装的使用寿命。通过生物提取螯合降解因子STB、螯合剂的螯合作用将水中、衣物表面以及污垢中的钙镁离子溶解消除,并结合生物提取螯合降解因子STB、高分子抗污渍再沉积剂的悬浮分散作用、抗再沉积作用,避免再次沉积于织物表面;本发明组合物与表面活性剂相结合,通过渗透、降解并在液体搅拌流的作用下清除纤维表面的钙离子沉淀,从而达到超洁净的洗涤效果及柔顺效果;本发明可消除钙镁离子的沉淀对织物的影响,提高了织物洗涤剂的洗涤效果,解决了衣物经多次洗涤后发黄、褪色以及织物变硬的问题,大大延长了服装的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于干洗剂技术领域,具体涉及一种采用生物提取物消除钙离子沉淀的洗涤剂。
背景技术
使用洗涤剂进行织物洗涤时,大部分是水洗的方式,即以水为溶剂介质进行洗涤,去除污垢。洗涤最理想的水质是软水,自然界软水极少,通常使用的自来水也是硬水。普通水中,含有大量的钙、镁、铁等金属离子。自来水大约是100mg/L左右,地下水一般是250mg/L~800mg/L之间(不同地区差异很大)。从洗涤角度来看,钙镁之类的杂质对洗涤的危害性最大,在洗涤时必须像清除污垢一样清除这些杂质。
硬水会对洗涤会造成不良的后果。硬水中的钙、镁离子在织物上沉积,使白色织物产生发灰现象,影响白度和手感,使颜色织物的色彩变暗,失去鲜艳感,而且手感粗糙;还有的白色棉洁白度逐渐降低,面料的纤维变硬发脆。
针对水洗中出现的这些状况,可以采取增加洗涤剂量、加大洗涤力度、延长洗涤时间等措施,但是织物的洗涤效果仍然不好。钙镁离子在织物上沉积,与纤维的粘附是相当牢固的,要把织物上粘附的钙、镁离子洗除,使发灰的白色织物变白,在目前的情况来讲,是相当困难的。要使白色织物在硬水条件下洗涤不产生或少产生发灰现象,最好的办法是洗涤过程中采取预防措施(使用软化水)。但在实际操作中成分很高,不可行。
传统织物洗涤剂在水洗的过程中,织物纤维接触到水中大量的钙镁离子。由于钙离子的沉淀作用,使得洗涤剂中较多洗涤表面活性剂失去洗涤作用;且钙离子与纤维表面、以及纤维表面的污渍结合后较难清除,从而给洗涤带来困难,同时残留在织物纤维上的钙离子会引起织物纤维变硬。
传统洗涤剂只能去除尚未钙化的污垢,而对已经钙化的混合污垢无能为力。为了避免衣物变硬,需再次使用柔顺剂,增加洗涤成本,加大用水量。同时织物经多次洗涤后,由于钙镁离子的沉淀,会使衣物表面的光反射形成散射,造成衣物发黄变旧。

进一步地,所述的生物提取螯合降解因子STB为海藻酸钠、淀粉—聚丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物中的一种或两种。
进一步地,所述的螯合剂选自柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸钠、羟基亚乙基二膦酸(HEDP)、乙二胺而琥珀酸(或其三钠盐)、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钾中的一种。
进一步地,所述的所述高分子抗再沉积剂为聚丙烯酸钠和/或丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物(PMA),且其分子量在3000至30000之间。
所述的水为软化水、去离子水或蒸馏水。
进一步地,所述的pH值调节剂选自氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、异丙醇胺及柠檬酸中的一种或几种,控制和调整衣物预洗剂的pH值在7至11之间。
进一步地,所述的水溶助长剂选自二甲苯磺酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠、异丙苯磺酸钠中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述的防腐剂选自1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、氯甲基异噻唑啉酮和甲基异噻唑啉酮、三氯羟基二苯醚、三氯均二苯脲、4-氯-3,5-二甲酚、4-氯-间甲苯酚的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述的香精为任何可赋予产品良好香气的物质。
海藻酸钠(Sodium Alginate,SA)又名褐藻酸钠,是从海洋生物褐藻类的海带或马尾藻中提取的一种聚阴离子多糖(海藻酸)的钠盐。海藻酸钠的分子式为[C5H7O4COONa]N,是一种白色或淡黄色粉末,无味,几乎不溶于乙醇、乙醚等有机溶剂。海藻酸钠具有良好的絮凝性和螯合性。由于海藻酸钠与钙离子、铁离子等形成凝胶沉淀,及其较强的吸附性的特点。
淀粉—聚丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物来源于天然植物淀粉,并与聚丙烯酰胺接枝共聚,是一类有良好应用前景的、价廉物美的新型絮凝剂,具有絮凝能力强、分子链稳定性增加、适应范围广等特点。
为了消除织物洗涤过程中钙镁离子的沉淀,本发明采用新材料生物提取螯合降解因子STB(海藻酸钠、淀粉—聚丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物),并配合特定的螯合剂与高分子抗污渍再沉积剂,从而达到消除钙离子沉淀问题。
通过生物提取螯合降解因子STB、螯合剂的螯合作用将水中、衣物表面以及污垢中的钙镁离子溶解消除,并结合生物提取螯合降解因子STB、高分子抗污渍再沉积剂的悬浮分散作用、抗再沉积作用,避免再次沉积于织物表面。该发明组合物与表面活性剂相结合,通过渗透、降解并在液体搅拌流的作用下清除纤维表面的钙离子沉淀,从而达到超洁净的洗涤效果及柔顺效果,本发明可消除钙镁离子的沉淀对织物的影响,提高了织物洗涤剂的洗涤效果,解决了衣物经多次洗涤后发黄、褪色以及织物变硬的问题,大大延长了服装的使用寿命。结合衣物洗涤水质状况,生物提取螯合降解因子STB确定添加比例应不小于0.2%以上。

1.一种可消除钙离子沉淀的洗涤剂,其特征在于,按质量份数计所述的洗涤剂由以下组分组成:
2.根据权利要求1所述的可消除钙离子沉淀的洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的阴离子表面活性剂为:直链烷基苯磺酸或其钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠、烷基硫酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪酸盐中的一种或几种;
其中,直链烷基苯磺酸或其钠盐具有化学结构:
CnH2n+1-C6H5-SO3M,其中M为H或Na,CnH2n+1为n=10-16的直链烷基;
其中,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠具有化学结构:
CnH2n+1O-(CH2CH2O)2-3-SO3Na,其中CnH2n+1为n=10-16的直链烷基;
其中,仲烷基磺酸钠具有化学结构:
R1-CH(R2)-SO3Na,其中R1+R2=C10-16烷基;
其中,烷基硫酸钠具有化学结构:
CnH2n+1OSO3Na,其中CnH2n+1为n=10-16的直链烷基;
其中,α-烯基磺酸钠具有化学结构:
RCH=CH(CH2)nSO3Na及RCHOH(CH2)n-SO3Na,其中R=C10-16直链烷基;
其中,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠具有化学结构:
RCH(SO3Na)COCH3,其中R=C10-16烷基;
其中,脂肪酸盐具有化学结构:
CnH2n+1-COONa(或-K+,-NH4 +盐),其中n=9-15。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可消除钙离子沉淀的洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的非离子表面活性剂为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基葡萄糖苷、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、烷基二甲基氧化胺、月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺、失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯聚氧乙烯醚(20)中的一种或几种;
其中,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚具有化学结构:
CnH2n+1O(CH2CH2O)7-10H,其中n=10-16。
其中,烷基葡萄糖苷具有化学结构:
其中R=C10-16直链烷基,n=1-3;
其中,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺具有化学结构:
R-CON(CH2CH2O)2,R=C9-15直链烷基;
其中,烷基二甲基氧化胺具有化学结构:
R-N(CH3)2O,R=C10-16直链烷基;
其中,月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺具有化学结构:
C11H23CO-NH(CH2)3-N(CH3)2O
其中,失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯聚氧乙烯醚(20)具有化学结构:
C11H25COOC6H11O4(CH2CH2O)20H。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可消除钙离子沉淀的洗涤剂,其特征在于所述的生物提取螯合降解因子STB为海藻酸钠、淀粉—聚丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可消除钙离子沉淀的洗涤剂,其特征在于所述的螯合剂选自柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸钠、羟基亚乙基二膦酸(HEDP)、乙二胺而琥珀酸(或其三钠盐)、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钾中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可消除钙离子沉淀的洗涤剂,其特征在于所述的所述高分子抗再沉积剂为聚丙烯酸钠和/或丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物(PMA),且其分子量在3000至30000之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可消除钙离子沉淀的洗涤剂,其特征在于所述的水为软化水、去离子水或蒸馏水。
8.根据权利要求1所述的可消除钙离子沉淀的洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的pH值调节剂选自氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、异丙醇胺及柠檬酸中的一种或几种,控制和调整衣物预洗剂的pH值在7至11之间。
9.根据权利要求1所述的可消除钙离子沉淀的洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的水溶助长剂选自二甲苯磺酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠、异丙苯磺酸钠中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的可消除钙离子沉淀的洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂选自1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、氯甲基异噻唑啉酮和甲基异噻唑啉酮、三氯羟基二苯醚、三氯均二苯脲、4-氯-3,5-二甲酚、4-氯-间甲苯酚的一种或几种。
