本发明涉及一种环保洗衣液,包括香精、纳米二氧化硅、聚乙烯醇、松节油、烷基多苷、羟乙基纤维素、水,各组分的质量份数为:香精2‑3、纳米二氧化硅1.5‑2、聚乙烯醇3‑3.9、松节油4‑5、烷基多苷2.3‑3.5、羟乙基纤维素1.5‑1.8、水20‑27。本发明涉及的环保洗衣液去污能力强,能有效清洗衣物的顽固油渍、黄斑、锈渍、污渍等,去污能力强、对衣物没有损伤、衣物色泽鲜艳不掉色。不在清洗对象表面残留下不溶物,不影响清洗对象的质量。

本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种环保洗衣液。
背景技术
现有的洗涤剂品种繁多,根据需要洗涤的种类不同,配方也略有差异,但是它的组成成分均可分为烷基多苷、助溶剂和其它添加剂。现有的洗衣粉有的去污能力不够好,如果不用力搓洗的话,污点很难去除。综上所述,开发一种清洗效果优良且对人体和环境友好的清洗剂已成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的环保洗衣液。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种环保洗衣液,包括香精、纳米二氧化硅、聚乙烯醇、松节油、烷基多苷、羟乙基纤维素、水,各组分的质量份数为:香精2-3、纳米二氧化硅1.5-2、聚乙烯醇3-3.9、松节油4-5、烷基多苷2.3-3.5、羟乙基纤维素1.5-1.8、水20-27。
作为优选,所述的环保洗衣液,其特征在于:所述清洗剂各组分质量份数为:香精3、纳米二氧化硅2、聚乙烯醇3.9、松节油5、烷基多苷3.5、羟乙基纤维素1.8、水27。
作为优选,所述的环保洗衣液,其特征在于:所述香精为柑橘提取液。
作为优选,所述的环保洗衣液,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯醇的浓度为35%,采用电解法制造。
作为优选,所述的环保洗衣液,其特征在于所述洗衣液的制备方法为先将纳米二氧化硅、聚乙烯醇、松节油、羟乙基纤维素放入乳化釜中,升温至60℃,关闭蒸汽阀门,加入烷基多苷搅拌,30分钟后加入香精和水,升温至80℃,关闭热水阀,充分搅拌后打开放料阀,冷却后计量包装。
本发明涉及的环保洗衣液去污能力强,能有效清洗衣物的顽固油渍、黄斑、锈渍、污渍等,去污能力强、对衣物没有损伤、衣物色泽鲜艳不掉色。不在清洗对象表面残留下不溶物,不影响清洗对象的质量。

本发明提供的一种环保洗衣液,包括香精、纳米二氧化硅、聚乙烯醇、松节油、烷基多苷、羟乙基纤维素、水,各组分的质量份数为:香精2-3、纳米二氧化硅1.5-2、聚乙烯醇3-3.9、松节油4-5、烷基多苷2.3-3.5、羟乙基纤维素1.5-1.8、水20-27。
作为优选,所述的环保洗衣液,其特征在于:所述清洗剂各组分质量份数为:香精3、纳米二氧化硅2、聚乙烯醇3.9、松节油5、烷基多苷3.5、羟乙基纤维素1.8、水27。
作为优选,所述的环保洗衣液,其特征在于:所述香精为柑橘提取液。

1.一种环保洗衣液,其特征在于:包括香精、纳米二氧化硅、聚乙烯醇、松节油、烷基多苷、羟乙基纤维素、水,各组分的质量份数为:香精2-3、纳米二氧化硅1.5-2、聚乙烯醇3-3.9、松节油4-5、烷基多苷2.3-3.5、羟乙基纤维素1.5-1.8、水20-27。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保洗衣液,其特征在于:所述清洗剂各组分质量份数为:香精3、纳米二氧化硅2、聚乙烯醇3.9、松节油5、烷基多苷3.5、羟乙基纤维素1.8、水27。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的环保洗衣液,其特征在于:所述香精为柑橘提取液。
4.根据权利要求1-2所述的环保洗衣液,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯醇的浓度为35%,采用电解法制造。
