本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种内衣清洗液。
背景技术
现有的洗涤剂品种繁多,根据需要洗涤的种类不同,配方也略有差异,但是它的组成成分均可分为纳米银、助溶剂和其它添加剂。现有的洗衣粉有的去污能力不够好,如果不用力搓洗的话,污点很难去除。综上所述,开发一种清洗效果优良且对人体和环境友好的清洗剂已成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的内衣清洗液。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种内衣清洗液,包括香精、椰油糖酯、椰油酰二乙醇胺、纳米银、柠檬酸钠、烷基多苷、水,各组分的质量份数为:香精2-4、椰油糖酯10-15、椰油酰二乙醇胺8-20、纳米银2-5.3、柠檬酸钠3-5.6、烷基多苷4-7、水20-27。
作为优选,所述的内衣清洗液,其特征在于:所述清洗剂各组分质量份数为:香精2、椰油糖酯10、椰油酰二乙醇胺8、纳米银2、柠檬酸钠3、烷基多苷4、水20。
作为优选,所述的内衣清洗液,其特征在于:所述香精为椰子提取液。
作为优选,所述的内衣清洗液,其特征在于:所述烷基多苷为月桂三甲基。
作为优选,所述的内衣清洗液,其特征在于所述洗衣液的制备方法为先将椰油糖酯、椰油酰二乙醇胺、纳米银放入乳化釜中,升温至60℃,关闭蒸汽阀门,加入柠檬酸钠、烷基多苷搅拌,30分钟后加入香精和水,升温至80℃,关闭热水阀,充分搅拌后打开放料阀,冷却后计量包装。

2.根据权利要求1所述的内衣清洗液,其特征在于:所述清洗剂各组分质量份数为:香精2、椰油糖酯10、椰油酰二乙醇胺8、纳米银2、柠檬酸钠3、烷基多苷4、水20。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的内衣清洗液,其特征在于:所述香精为椰子提取液。
4.根据权利要求1-2所述的内衣清洗液,其特征在于:所述烷基多苷为月桂三甲基。
5.根据权利要求1-5所述的内衣清洗液,其特征在于所述洗衣液的制备方法为先将椰油糖酯、椰油酰二乙醇胺、纳米银放入乳化釜中,升温至60℃,关闭蒸汽阀门,加入柠檬酸钠、烷基多苷搅拌,30分钟后加入香精和水,升温至80℃,关闭热水阀,充分搅拌后打开放料阀,冷却后计量包装。
