Abstract
本发明公布了一种工业重油污清洁剂的制备方法,由该方法所制备的油污清洁剂由以下重量份的组分组成:焦磷酸钾12-18份、硼砂3-5份、十二烷基硫酸钠3-5份、钠盐2-5份、酒石酸氢钾1-3份、柠檬酸4-8份、抗氧剂2-7份、生物除菌剂8-12份、表面活性剂3-5份、乙酸芳樟酯3-7份、乙酸香叶酯3-7份以及去离子水30-40份。由本发明制备的油污清洁剂的去工业重油污能力强、无毒、无腐蚀性,清洁效果好,且具有良好的杀菌效果,不伤害皮肤;另外,该清洁剂的气味芳香,能够让使用者心情愉悦。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业重油污清洁剂的制备方法,属于清洁剂技术领域。
背景技术
在工业生产作业中,常常会遇到很多的工业重油污,而大多数的工人在身上或者手上沾到该类油污后,一般采用去油渍的洗涤剂进行清洗,一般的洗涤剂难以做到完全清洗且残留的清洗剂较难冲洗干净,如果清理不干净,就非常影响人们的身心健康。
传统去除油污的方法主要有三种。1)溶剂除油法:采用冷洗法和蒸汽脱脂,用于清洗的有机溶剂有石油系溶剂、氟化系溶剂和氟碳系溶剂三大类。其优点是去除油污效率高,缺点是有机溶剂一般都具有闪点低、毒性大、易燃、污染性强等缺点,清洗后的防腐蚀性能较差。2)强碱除油法:采用浸泡及喷射清洗,其优点是价格低,原料易得,但碱性物质腐蚀性较强,而且只有在较高的碱性条件下才会有好的除油能力。3)表面活性剂除油:依据表面活性剂的润湿、渗透、乳化的作用,将油污乳化分散成细小的粒子,然后靠机械(外力)作用使污垢脱落,而达到除油目的。虽然目前市面上的机械油污清洗剂种类繁多,但大都不能做到完全清洗干净,且除菌效果差。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种工业重油污清洁剂的制备方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种工业重油污清洁剂的制备方法,按照重量份数计,包括如下步骤:
1)、取30-40份的去离子水,放入到反应釜中,然后取4-8份的焦磷酸钾、2-6份的硼砂和6-9份的柠檬酸,并依次倒入到反应釜中进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为50-70转/分,搅拌温度为20-30度,搅拌时间为15-25分钟,得到混合液A;
2)、向反应釜中缓慢加入2-5份的十二烷基硫酸钠和3-7份的钠盐,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为30-50转/分,搅拌温度为25-35度,搅拌时间为10-15分钟,得到混合液B;
3)、向混合液B中加入2-5份的酒石酸氢钾、5-8份的生物除菌剂、3-7份的乙酸芳樟酯,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为45-55转/分,搅拌温度为32-40度,搅拌时间为5-10分钟,得到混合液C;
4)、最后向混合液C中加入3-5份的表面活性剂、2-5份的乙酸香叶酯、以及3-5份的抗氧剂,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为50-60转/分,搅拌温度为55-60度,搅拌时间为20-30分钟,然后常温静置2-3小时,并调节PH至6.5-7.5,最后制得本发明的油污清洁剂。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为TX-10、FMES、LAS、AEO-9、TX-10、OP-10、QYL-83C和Y-35中的任意三种的混合物。
进一步的,所述生物除菌剂由海藻酸纤维素制成。
本发明的有益效果:由本发明制备的重油污清洁剂的去工业重油污能力强、无毒、无腐蚀性,清洁效果好,且具有良好的杀菌效果,不伤害皮肤;另外,该清洁剂的气味芳香,能够让使用者心情愉悦。
具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种工业重油污清洁剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:焦磷酸钾4-8份、硼砂2-6份、十二烷基硫酸钠2-5份、钠盐3-7份、酒石酸氢钾2-5份、柠檬酸6-9份、抗氧剂3-5份、生物除菌剂5-8份、表面活性剂3-5份、乙酸芳樟酯3-7份、乙酸香叶酯2-5份以及去离子水30-40份。
其中,所述表面活性剂为TX-10、FMES、LAS、AEO-9、TX-10、OP-10、QYL-83C和Y-35中的任意三种的混合物。其中,所述生物除菌剂由海藻酸纤维素制成。
实施例1:
上述重油污清洁剂的制备方法,按照重量份数计,包括如下步骤:
1)、取30份的去离子水,放入到反应釜中,然后取4份的焦磷酸钾、2份的硼砂和6份的柠檬酸,并依次倒入到反应釜中进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为50转/分,搅拌温度为20度,搅拌时间为15分钟,得到混合液A;
2)、向反应釜中缓慢加入2份的十二烷基硫酸钠和3份的钠盐,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为30转/分,搅拌温度为25度,搅拌时间为10分钟,得到混合液B;
3)、向混合液B中加入2份的酒石酸氢钾、5份的生物除菌剂、3份的乙酸芳樟酯,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为45转/分,搅拌温度为32度,搅拌时间为5分钟,得到混合液C;
4)、最后向混合液C中加入3份的表面活性剂、2份的乙酸香叶酯、以及3份的抗氧剂,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为50转/分,搅拌温度为55度,搅拌时间为20分钟,然后常温静置2小时,并调节PH至6.5,最后制得本发明的油污清洁剂。
使用时,先将手打湿,然后取1ml左右的油污清洁剂置于手中清洗,工业油污去除率达90%以上,除菌率达92%以上。
实施例2:
上述重油污清洁剂的制备方法,按照重量份数计,包括如下步骤:
1)、取36份的去离子水,放入到反应釜中,然后取6份的焦磷酸钾、4份的硼砂和7的柠檬酸,并依次倒入到反应釜中进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为60转/分,搅拌温度为25度,搅拌时间为20分钟,得到混合液A;
2)、向反应釜中缓慢加入3份的十二烷基硫酸钠和5份的钠盐,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为40转/分,搅拌温度为30度,搅拌时间为12分钟,得到混合液B;
3)、向混合液B中加入4份的酒石酸氢钾、6份的生物除菌剂、5份的乙酸芳樟酯,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为50转/分,搅拌温度为37度,搅拌时间为8分钟,得到混合液C;
4)、最后向混合液C中加入4份的表面活性剂、4份的乙酸香叶酯、以及4份的抗氧剂,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为55转/分,搅拌温度为58度,搅拌时间为25分钟,然后常温静置2.5小时,并调节PH至7,最后制得本发明的油污清洁剂。
使用时,先将手打湿,然后取1ml左右的油污清洁剂置于手中清洗,工业油污去除率达96%以上,除菌率达97%以上。
实施例3:
上述重油污清洁剂的制备方法,按照重量份数计,包括如下步骤:
1)、取40份的去离子水,放入到反应釜中,然后取8份的焦磷酸钾、6份的硼砂和9份的柠檬酸,并依次倒入到反应釜中进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为70转/分,搅拌温度为30度,搅拌时间为25分钟,得到混合液A;
2)、向反应釜中缓慢加入5份的十二烷基硫酸钠和7份的钠盐,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为50转/分,搅拌温度为35度,搅拌时间为15分钟,得到混合液B;
3)、向混合液B中加入5份的酒石酸氢钾、8份的生物除菌剂、7份的乙酸芳樟酯,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为55转/分,搅拌温度为40度,搅拌时间为10分钟,得到混合液C;
4)、最后向混合液C中加入5份的表面活性剂、5份的乙酸香叶酯、以及5份的抗氧剂,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为60转/分,搅拌温度为60度,搅拌时间为30分钟,然后常温静置3小时,并调节PH至7.5,最后制得本发明的油污清洁剂。
使用时,先将手打湿,然后取1ml左右的油污清洁剂置于手中清洗,工业油污去除率达99%以上,除菌率达99%以上。

Claims (3)
1.一种工业重油污清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,包括如下步骤:
1)、取30-40份的去离子水,放入到反应釜中,然后取4-8份的焦磷酸钾、2-6份的硼砂和6-9份的柠檬酸,并依次倒入到反应釜中进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为50-70转/分,搅拌温度为20-30度,搅拌时间为15-25分钟,得到混合液A;
2)、向反应釜中缓慢加入2-5份的十二烷基硫酸钠和3-7份的钠盐,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为30-50转/分,搅拌温度为25-35度,搅拌时间为10-15分钟,得到混合液B;
3)、向混合液B中加入2-5份的酒石酸氢钾、5-8份的生物除菌剂、3-7份的乙酸芳樟酯,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为45-55转/分,搅拌温度为32-40度,搅拌时间为5-10分钟,得到混合液C;
4)、最后向混合液C中加入3-5份的表面活性剂、2-5份的乙酸香叶酯、以及3-5份的抗氧剂,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为50-60转/分,搅拌温度为55-60度,搅拌时间为20-30分钟,然后常温静置2-3小时,并调节PH至6.5-7.5,最后制得本发明的油污清洁剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种工业重油污清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为TX-10、FMES、LAS、AEO-9、TX-10、OP-10、QYL-83C和Y-35中的任意三种的混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种工业重油污清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述生物除菌剂由海藻酸纤维素制成。
