本发明公开了一种中性清洁剂及其制备方法,包括如下重量的组份:非离子表面活性剂5‑10份、电解水20‑75份、烷基醇酰胺1‑3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7‑10份、稳定剂2‑5份、阴离子性表面活性剂2‑8份、小苏打5~15份、海盐2~5份、柠檬酸1~6份、增溶剂3‑8份、苯甲酸钠0.2‑1份、植物精油0.1‑0.6份、葡萄糖酸钠4‑6份、十二烷基硫酸钠1‑3份、丙酮2‑6份、除色剂2‑10份、椰子油起泡剂1‑2份、泡沬稳定剂0.1‑1.5份。本发明属于石材清洁技术领域,具体是提供了一种高效清洁、快速去除石材表面污渍、快速起泡的中性清洁剂。

技术领域
本发明属于石材清洁技术领域,具体是指一种中性清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市面上所有的清洁产品基本分类为酸性清洁剂、碱性清洁剂、油性清洁剂和中性清洁剂,酸性清洁剂以强酸为主,通常PH值<6,例如氢氟酸、盐酸、双氧水等,主要是去色、清洁用途,碱性清洁剂以强碱为主,通常PH值>8,例如洗衣粉、洗洁精等,主要用于漂白、除油渍;油性清洁剂以溶剂类为主,通常PH值在6-7,例如柴油、尘推油等,用于清洗机械和静电灰尘;中性清洁剂以水剂为主,PH值在6~8,例如工程用中性清洁剂,主要用于做表面清洁。
石材作为一种常用的装饰材料,已广泛运用于各种场所,比如家庭装修、酒店装修、饭店装修等,都会用石材来装饰空间。但石材清洁是一个难题,石材的主要成分是碳酸钙,为避免发生化学反应,酸性清洁剂和碱性清洁剂则尽量不与石材家具接触,现有的中性清洁剂除污效果差,石材表面易残留污渍。
发明内容
为解决上述现有难题,本发明提供一种高效清洁、快速去除石材表面污渍、快速起泡的中性清洁剂。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种中性清洁剂,包括如下重量的组份:非离子表面活性剂5-10份、电解水20-75份、烷基醇酰胺1-3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7-10份、稳定剂2-5份、阴离子性表面活性剂2-8份、小苏打5~15份、海盐2~5份、柠檬酸1~6份、增溶剂3-8份、苯甲酸钠0.2-1份、植物精油0.1-0.6份、葡萄糖酸钠4-6份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-3份、丙酮2-6份、除色剂2-10份、椰子油起泡剂1-2份、泡沬稳定剂0.1-1.5份。
进一步地,所述增溶剂为乙醇,稳定剂为亚磷酸二苯一癸酯、亚磷酸一苯二癸酯、环氧硬脂酸丁酯、辛酯乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述非离子表面活性剂为乙二醇、甘油季戊四醇、聚氧乙烯烷胺、聚氧乙烯烷基胺、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、聚氧乙烯烷基酰胺的一种或多种,非离子表面活性剂具有很高的表面活性,良好的增溶、洗涤、抗静电、钙皂分散等性能,刺激性小,还有优异的润湿和洗涤功能,非离子表面活性剂有良好的耐硬水能力,有低起泡性的特点,因此适合作特殊洗涤剂,有分散、乳化、泡沫、润湿、增溶多种性能。
本发明还公开了一种中性清洁剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1) 按如下质量份配比称取原料,取电解水20-75份、小苏打5~15份、海盐2~5份,将电解水加热至60~70℃后,再依次将小苏打、海盐加入电解水中,搅拌均匀完全溶解好过滤得过滤溶液;
2)将步骤1)所述的过滤溶液的温度降至35-55℃后依次加入非离子表面活性剂5-10份、烷基醇酰胺1-3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7-10份、稳定剂2-5份、阴离子性表面活性剂2-8份、增溶剂3-8份、苯甲酸钠0.2-1份、葡萄糖酸钠4-6份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-3份、丙酮2-6份、除色剂2-10份、椰子油起泡剂1-2份、泡沬稳定剂0.1-1.5份搅拌均匀至各组份完全溶解呈乳化状时得到乳化溶液;
3)测量步骤2)所述的乳化溶液的pH值并根据测量结果向乳化溶液加入柠檬酸1~6份调节乳化溶液的pH值至6-7,并向乳化溶液内加入植物精油0.1-0.6份后搅拌均匀降至常温得清洁剂。
采用上述方案本发明取得有益效果如下:本发明一种中性清洁剂,设计新颖,组合合理,通过椰子油起泡剂和泡沫稳定剂使得清洁剂快速起泡,泡沫与石材空隙接触最大程度去除石材表面及空隙内的污渍,通过加入植物精油,使得清洁剂散发植物清香且对人体无伤害,通过中性的电解水与除色剂高效去污且对石材无损害。

实施例1:
一种中性清洁剂,包括如下重量的组份:非离子表面活性剂5份、电解水40份、烷基醇酰胺1份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7份、稳定剂2份、阴离子性表面活性剂3份、小苏打5份、海盐2份、柠檬酸2份、增溶剂3份、苯甲酸钠0.3份、植物精油0.1份、葡萄糖酸钠4份、十二烷基硫酸钠1份、丙酮2份、除色剂3份、椰子油起泡剂1份、泡沬稳定剂0.4份。
一种中性清洁剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1) 按如下质量份配比称取原料,:取电解水40份、小苏打5份、海盐2份,将电解水加热至60~70℃后,再依次将小苏打、海盐加入电解水中,搅拌均匀完全溶解好过滤得过滤溶液。
2)将步骤1)所述的过滤溶液的温度降至35-55℃后依次加入非离子表面活性剂5份、基醇酰胺1份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7份、稳定剂2份、阴离子性表面活性剂3份、增溶剂3份、苯甲酸钠0.3份、葡萄糖酸钠4份、十二烷基硫酸钠1份、丙酮2份、除色剂3份、椰子油起泡剂1份、泡沬稳定剂0.4份搅拌均匀至各组份完全溶解呈乳化状时得到乳化溶液,
3)测量步骤2)所述的乳化溶液的pH值并根据测量结果向乳化溶液加入柠檬酸2份调节乳化溶液的pH值至6-7,并向乳化溶液内加入植物精油0.1份后搅拌均匀降至常温得清洁剂。
实施例2:
一种中性清洁剂,包括如下重量的组份:非离子表面活性剂8份、电解水60份、烷基醇酰胺2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠9份、稳定剂3份、阴离子性表面活性剂5份、小苏打10份、海盐4份、柠檬酸4份、增溶剂5份、苯甲酸钠0.6份、植物精油0.3份、葡萄糖酸钠5份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、丙酮4份、除色剂7份、椰子油起泡剂1.5份、泡沬稳定剂0.9份。
一种中性清洁剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1) 按如下质量份配比称取原料,取电解水60份、小苏打10份、海盐4份,将电解水加热至60~70℃后,再依次将小苏打、海盐加入电解水中,搅拌均匀完全溶解好过滤得过滤溶液。
2)将步骤1)所述的过滤溶液的温度降至35-55℃后依次加入非离子表面活性剂8份、烷基醇酰胺2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠9份、稳定剂3份、阴离子性表面活性剂5份、增溶剂5份、苯甲酸钠0.6份、葡萄糖酸钠5份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、丙酮4份、除色剂7份、椰子油起泡剂1.5份、泡沬稳定剂0.9份搅拌均匀至各组份完全溶解呈乳化状时得到乳化溶液,
3)测量步骤2)所述的乳化溶液的pH值并根据测量结果向乳化溶液加入柠檬酸4份调节乳化溶液的pH值至6-7,并向乳化溶液内加入植物精油0.3份后搅拌均匀降至常温得清洁剂。
实施例3:
一种中性清洁剂,包括如下重量的组份:非离子表面活性剂10份、电解水75份、烷基醇酰胺3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10份、稳定剂5份、阴离子性表面活性剂8份、小苏打15份、海盐5份、柠檬酸6份、增溶剂8份、苯甲酸钠1份、植物精油0.6份、葡萄糖酸钠6份、十二烷基硫酸钠3份、丙酮5份、除色剂9份、椰子油起泡剂2份、泡沬稳定剂1.5份。
一种中性清洁剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1) 按如下质量份配比称取原料,取电解水75份、小苏打15份、海盐5份,将电解水加热至60~70℃后,再依次将小苏打、海盐加入电解水中,搅拌均匀完全溶解好过滤得过滤溶液。
2)将步骤1)所述的过滤溶液的温度降至35-55℃后依次加入非离子表面活性剂10份、烷基醇酰胺3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10份、稳定剂5份、阴离子性表面活性剂8份、增溶剂8份、苯甲酸钠1份、葡萄糖酸钠6份、十二烷基硫酸钠3份、丙酮5份、除色剂9份、椰子油起泡剂2份、泡沬稳定剂1.5份搅拌均匀至各组份完全溶解呈乳化状时得到乳化溶液,
3)测量步骤2)所述的乳化溶液的pH值并根据测量结果向乳化溶液加入柠檬酸6份调节乳化溶液的pH值至6-7,并向乳化溶液内加入植物精油0.6份后搅拌均匀降至常温得清洁剂。

1.一种中性清洁剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量的组份:非离子表面活性剂5-10份、电解水20-75份、烷基醇酰胺1-3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7-10份、稳定剂2-5份、阴离子性表面活性剂2-8份、小苏打5~15份、海盐2~5份、柠檬酸1~6份、增溶剂3-8份、苯甲酸钠0.2-1份、植物精油 0.1-0.6份、葡萄糖酸钠4-6份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-3份、丙酮2-6份、除色剂2-10份、椰子油起泡剂1-2份、泡沬稳定剂0.1-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中性清洁剂,其特征在于,所述增溶剂为乙醇,稳定剂为亚磷酸二苯一癸酯、亚磷酸一苯二癸酯、环氧硬脂酸丁酯、辛酯乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种中性清洁剂,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为乙二醇、甘油季戊四醇、聚氧乙烯烷胺、聚氧乙烯烷基胺、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、聚氧乙烯烷基酰胺的一种或多种。
4.一种中性清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1) 按如下质量份配比称取原料,取电解水20-75份、小苏打5~15份、海盐2~5份,将电解水加热至60~70℃后,再依次将小苏打、海盐加入电解水中,搅拌均匀完全溶解好过滤得过滤溶液;
2)将步骤1)所述的过滤溶液的温度降至35-55℃后依次加入非离子表面活性剂5-10份、烷基醇酰胺1-3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7-10份、稳定剂2-5份、阴离子性表面活性剂2-8份、增溶剂3-8份、苯甲酸钠0.2-1份、葡萄糖酸钠4-6份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-3份、丙酮2-6份、除色剂2-10份、椰子油起泡剂1-2份、泡沬稳定剂0.1-1.5份搅拌均匀至各组份完全溶解呈乳化状时得到乳化溶液;
3)测量步骤2)所述的乳化溶液的pH值并根据测量结果向乳化溶液加入柠檬酸1~6份调节乳化溶液的pH值至6-7,并向乳化溶液内加入植物精油 0.1-0.6份后搅拌均匀降至常温得清洁剂。
