Description
本发明涉及一种用于放出电缆、尤其放出用于电动车辆或混合动力车辆的充电电缆的便携式设备。
在当前围绕全球变暖达成共识的背景下,减少二氧化碳(CO2)排放是汽车制造商面临的主要挑战,在此领域中标准的要求越来越高。
除了不断改善与减少CO2排放相关的常规热力发动机的输出水平外,电动车辆(“EV”)和混合动力车辆(“HEV”)当前被认为是最有前景的减少CO2排放的解决方案。
近年来已经测试了用于储存电能的不同技术以响应EV的需求。当前看来,锂离子(Li-ion)单元电池是能够在功率密度(尤其提高加速度方面的性能水平)与能量密度(提高自治性)之间提供最佳折衷的电池。然而,使用这种锂离子技术来生产用于EV的牵引用蓄电池还是有很多困难的,尤其是如果考虑到电池端子所需的电压水平为大约400伏(V),或者考虑到慢速充电几个小时所需的再充电功率水平为大约从2千瓦/小时到3千瓦/小时,快速充电几十分钟时,最高达数十千瓦/小时。在这样的充电功率水平下,充电电缆本身经受高水平的应力。

以上实施例仅通过说明的方式给出,本发明能够应用于需要定期地连接至电源插座的任何电气设备。
根据本发明的设备还具有的优点是,就设计而言非常轻且简单,因此可靠并且便宜。具体地讲,其所有元件可以由塑料材料制成(当然,除了电缆的导电元件之外)。有利地,根据本发明的设备使得电缆能够展开至期望的长度,并且因此能够防止电缆拖在车辆与充电插座之间的地面上。由于其手柄的使用,它也符合人体工程学,因为手柄的使用不需要弄脏手,并且该设备提供了有限的空间需求;可以容易地将其储存在车辆的后备箱中而不会影响行李的使用空间。最后,电缆其整个长度相对较好地通风,并且因此可以简单地由于自然对流而冷却。此外,支撑件和罩盖可以容易地是网格状的,以便通过电缆的自然对流优化冷却。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于放出电缆(13)的便携式设备(1),该电缆在其每个末端处包括连接元件(14,15),其特征在于,该设备包括:
-支撑件(12),形成扁平螺旋的凹槽(121)凹入该支撑件中,该凹槽能够至少部分地接纳该电缆,以及;
-罩盖(17),该罩盖与该支撑件一起封闭该电缆的被接纳在该凹槽中的部分,该罩盖包括开口(171),滑动构件(16)能够在该开口中沿径向方向(R)相对于该螺旋移动,该滑动构件包括用于引导该电缆穿过该开口的装置;
该支撑件、该罩盖、以及该滑动构件被安排成使得该罩盖和该滑动构件相对于该支撑件围绕该螺旋的轴线(A)的旋转使:
-朝一个旋转方向,该滑动构件沿着背离该螺旋的轴线的方向移动,所述移动经由用于引导电缆穿过该开口的该装置使该电缆插入该罩盖下方的该凹槽中;
-朝另一个旋转方向,该滑动构件沿着朝该螺旋的轴线的方向移动,所述移动经由用于引导穿过该开口的该装置使该电缆从该凹槽抽出并且处于该罩盖上方。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:
-该开口(171)包括两个边缘(1711,1712),这两个边缘相对于该螺旋与径向方向(R)平行;
-该滑动构件(16)包括两个滑轨(161,162),这两个滑轨分别能够沿所述两个边缘滑动。
3.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:
-该设备包括手柄(11),该手柄固定地连接至该支撑件(12);
-该滑动构件(16)包括抓握销(164);
使得该罩盖和该滑动构件能够经由该销旋转,同时能够经由该手柄固持该支撑件。
4.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,用于引导该电缆(13)穿过该开口(171)的该装置包括具有基本上盘状截面的导管(163)。
5.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,该支撑件(12)具有至少两个面,其中一个面承载该凹槽(121),在该支撑件中、靠近该凹槽的最靠近该螺旋的中心定位的末端处穿有孔(124),该电缆(13)穿过该孔、从该支撑件的一面到另一面。
6.如权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于,该支撑件(12)在其不承载该凹槽(121)的面上包括至少一个夹装元件(122),该至少一个夹装元件用于在那个位置阻挡该电缆(13)。
7.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:
-该支撑件(12)包括圆柱形枢轴(123),该圆柱形枢轴把轴线作为该螺旋的轴线(A),并且;
-该罩盖(17)包括盘状开口(172),该盘状开口也把轴线作为该螺旋的轴线;
该枢轴嵌套在该盘状开口中,使得该罩盖和该滑动构件(16)能够相对于该支撑件围绕该螺旋的轴线旋转。
8.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,该支撑件(12)和该罩盖(17)具有基本上盘状的形状。
9.如权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于,该支撑件(12)和该罩盖(17)具有基本上相同的直径。
10.一种便携式设备(1),用于放出如前述权利要求之一所述的用于给电动车辆或混合动力车辆充电的电缆(13)。
