技术领域
本发明涉及用于卷绕电缆线、具体地卷绕用于电动或混合动力车辆的充电缆线的便携式装置。
背景技术
在目前关于全球变暖的共识背景下,随着在这方面的标准变得越来越苛刻,减少二氧化碳(CO2)排放是机动车辆制造商必须面对的主要挑战。
除了常规热机性能的不断提高(这伴随着CO2排放的减少)之外,电动车辆(EV)和混合动力电动车辆(HEV)现在被认为是用于减少CO2排放的最有希望的解决方案。
为了符合EV要求,近年来已经测试了用于储存电能的不同技术。现在看来,具有锂离子(Li-ion)电池单元的电池是可能提供具体地有助于加速性能的功率密度和有助于自主性的能量密度之间的最佳折衷方案的电池。然而,具体地如果考虑到电池端子所需要的电压水平为大约400V,或者所需要的再充电功率水平为在几个小时的慢速充电状态下的大约2至3千瓦时,在几十分钟的快速充电状态下的高达几十千瓦时,则将该锂离子技术用于构成用于EV的牵引用电池面临许多困难。在这种类型的充电功率水平下,充电缆线本身经受相当大的压力。
最著名也最简单的解决方案是提供“跨接”充电缆线,该缆线具有适用于设想的最大充电功率的宽横截面,该缆线在车辆的行李箱中运送。该解决方案的主要缺点是在充电阶段期间缆线在地面上拖拽并且变脏。因此,用户在将它储存在他的行李箱中之前将它整齐地折叠(考虑到其大的横截面,这可为复杂的)并且将他的手弄脏,或将它松散地放在行李箱中并且当他再次需要它时存在将必须解开它的显著风险。因此,将手弄脏似乎是不可避免的,并且这是本发明提出要解决的缺点。

Claims (6)
