Abstract

一种治疗皮肤病的中药制剂及其制备方法，包括基础药材和调配药材，基础药材包括苦参、野菊花、白鲜皮、甘草、大黄、黄芩、防风、黄连、白蔹、土槿皮、艾叶、蛇床子、野三七、救心菜、羊奶子、独角莲、接骨草、老鹤草、白牛胆、泡桐花、黄柏、五倍子、荆芥、地肤子、环留行、青黛、木鳖子、甘遂、当归、常春藤、桑叶、黄芪、马齿苋；调配药材包括冰片、薄荷脑、雄黄，蓖麻油，并将冰片、薄荷脑、雄黄碾成粉末，基础药材浸泡后煎煮，经浓缩后制得清膏，将蓖麻油和碾成粉末的冰片、薄荷脑、雄黄投入清膏，混合搅拌至粘稠糊状，得到中药制剂。本发明疗效显著、不易复发，且能治疗多种皮肤病。

本发明涉及中药领域，尤其是一种治疗皮肤病的中药制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在人民生活水平逐渐提高，与此同时，皮肤病的发病率也逐年增高，在不同环境下，不同的年龄阶段，由于饮食习惯，生活压力，激素、化妆品、海鲜、花粉等过敏，造成的皮肤病，如接触性皮炎、湿疹、荨麻疹、疱疹、疥疮、瘙痒、牛皮癣、体癣等。市场中现有多种药物，但效果并不理想，大多见效慢，疗程长，不能根除，易复发，还存在副作用，给患者在身心和工作上都造成很大的心里压力。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于针对现有技术的不足提供一种疗效显著、不易复发，且能治疗多种皮肤病的中药制剂。
本发明所要解决的另一个技术问题是提供一种上述中药制剂的制备方法。
本发明要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现的，本发明是一种治疗皮肤病的中药制剂，其特点是，各原料药材的重量配比为：苦参2~4份，野菊花4~7份，白鲜皮3~6份，甘草3~6份，大黄3~7份，黄芩2~4份，防风18~20份，黄连20~25份，白蔹12~16份，土槿皮13~16份，艾叶18~26份，蛇床子14~17份，野三七13~16份，救心菜17~23份，羊奶子12~14份，独角莲12~15份，接骨草14~16份，老鹤草18~20份，白牛胆12~18份，泡桐花14~17份，黄柏12~13份，五倍子11~14份，荆芥11~14份，地肤子16~18份，环留行14~17份，青黛11~13份，木鳖子12~15份，甘遂11~14份，当归12~16份，常春藤13~17份，桑叶15~20份，黄芪12~16份，马齿苋18~30份，冰片40~50份，薄荷脑45~65份，雄黄12~14份，蓖麻油50~70份。
一种上述的中药制剂的制备方法，其特点是，其步骤如下：
（1）取材：按所述重量配比称取基础药材和调配药材，基础药材包括：苦参、野菊花、白鲜皮、甘草、大黄、黄芩、防风、黄连、白蔹、土槿皮、艾叶、蛇床子、野三七、救心菜、羊奶子、独角莲、接骨草、老鹤草、白牛胆、泡桐花、黄柏、五倍子、荆芥、地肤子、环留行、青黛、木鳖子、甘遂、当归、常春藤、桑叶、黄芪、马齿苋；调配药材包括：冰片、薄荷脑、雄黄，蓖麻油，并将冰片、薄荷脑、雄黄碾成粉末备用；
（2）浸泡：将基础药材置于锅内，加入纯净水浸润，使基础药材充分吸水膨胀，稍后再加纯净水以高出药面10~15mm，浸泡6~12小时；
（3）煎煮：对浸泡后的基础药材加火煎煮，煎煮完后，过滤掉药渣，滤净后制得药汁；
（4）浓缩：将药汁置于锅内继续加热浓缩制成清膏；
（5）调和：待清膏冷却后加入蓖麻油和碾成粉末的冰片、薄荷脑、雄黄，混合搅拌至粘稠糊状，制得中药膏剂；使用方法为外用，在皮肤患处涂抹。
本发明要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一步实现，以上所述的制备方法中：步骤（2）的浸泡过程中，基础药材先进行切碎、混合后再加入纯净水浸泡；切碎细度：10~20目。
本发明要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一步实现，以上所述的制备方法中：步骤（3）中煎煮的方法为，先以大火煮沸，再用小火熬至1~2小时，改微火熬至2~3小时；用纱布滤出头道药汁后，将药渣加清水，重复煎煮2~3次，将前后滤出的药汁混合。
本发明要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一步实现，以上所述的制备方法中：步骤（4）的浓缩过程中，大火煎熬时，随时撇去浮沫，待药汁变的稠厚，再改用小火进一步浓缩，并不断搅拌，防止药汁转厚时粘底烧焦。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是，本发明的中药成分天然，作用温和不刺激，其中，添加蓖麻油可以增加中药制剂的稳定性和润滑性，且增加中药制剂的收敛作用，配重精准恰当，能够快速杀菌止痒，疏风散热，清热燥湿，消肿解毒，化腐生肌；其制备方法中，煎煮中通过对不同火候和时间的掌握，可以尽可能多的提取药料的有效成分；此法制得的中药膏剂质地均匀细腻，易于涂抹，黏着皮肤，不易干燥，作用持久而深入，具有见效快，不易复发，无副作用并且能治疗多种常见皮肤病的优点。

将以上中药采用上述的制备方法制得中药膏剂。
【实施例3】
一种治疗皮肤病的中药制剂，各原料药材的重量配比为：苦参4份，野菊花7份，白鲜皮6份，甘草6份，大黄7份，黄芩4份，防风18~20份，黄连25份，白蔹16份，土槿皮16份，艾叶26份，蛇床子17份，野三七16份，救心菜23份，羊奶子14份，独角莲15份，接骨草16份，老鹤草20份，白牛胆18份，泡桐花17份，黄柏13份，五倍子14份，荆芥14份，地肤子18份，环留行17份，青黛13份，木鳖子15份，甘遂14份，当归16份，常春藤17份，桑叶20份，黄芪16份，马齿苋30份，冰片50份，薄荷脑65份，雄黄14份，蓖麻油70份。
将以上中药采用上述的制备方法制得中药膏剂。
临床治疗效果验证：
试验对象：患有接触性皮炎、湿疹、荨麻疹、疱疹、疥疮、瘙痒、牛皮癣、体癣的病人；
治疗周期：3个疗程；
治疗方法：
实验组：使用实施例1~实施例3中药配比制得的药剂涂抹患处；
对照组1：使用药店售卖的含有化学成分的达克宁软膏涂抹患处；
对照组2：使用药店售卖的含有中药成分的癣肤王涂抹患处；
试验结果如下：

其中，病种分类中，每一类别，每一治疗小组的实验对象为50人，相同病种，不同治疗小组的实验对象的病症情况相同；
痊愈：患者病症消除且无复发；
有效：患者病症改善，未完全消除，需继续用药；
无效：患者症状无明显改善；
有效率：（有效+痊愈）/实验数量；
从对比实验数据中可以看出，采用本发明提出的中药按相应组分、配重及制备方法制得的药剂，实施例1、实施例2、实施例3对多种常见的皮肤病的治疗有显著效果，其中实施例2的治疗效果略突出，有效率达到98.7%以上，且治愈患者无复发情况；对照组1仅对某一类别的皮肤病的治疗有效，且病症不得根治，容易复发；对照组2对多种常见皮肤病有治疗效果，但效果不佳，仍有多数患者治疗无效，且病症不得根治，容易复发。

1.一种治疗皮肤病的中药制剂，其特征在于：各原料药材的重量配比为：苦参2~4份，野菊花4~7份，白鲜皮3~6份，甘草3~6份，大黄3~7份，黄芩2~4份，防风18~20份，黄连20~25份，白蔹12~16份，土槿皮13~16份，艾叶18~26份，蛇床子14~17份，野三七13~16份，救心菜17~23份，羊奶子12~14份，独角莲12~15份，接骨草14~16份，老鹤草18~20份，白牛胆12~18份，泡桐花14~17份，黄柏12~13份，五倍子11~14份，荆芥11~14份，地肤子16~18份，环留行14~17份，青黛11~13份，木鳖子12~15份，甘遂11~14份，当归12~16份，常春藤13~17份，桑叶15~20份，黄芪12~16份，马齿苋18~30份，冰片40~50份，薄荷脑45~65份，雄黄12~14份，蓖麻油50~70份。
2.一种权利要求1中所述的治疗皮肤病的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于，其步骤如下：
