技术领域
本发明涉及保健品领域,具体是一种有助于减肥的三种口味营养代餐粉及其制备方法。
技术背景
肥胖症(adiposity)是一组常见的,古老的代谢症群。当人体进食热量多于消耗热量时,多余热量以脂肪形式储存于体内,其量超过正常生理需要量,且达一定值时遂演变为肥胖症。因体脂增加使体重超过标准体重20%或体重指数[BMI=体重(k)/身高(m)2]大于24者称为肥胖症。如无明显病因可寻者称单纯性肥胖症,具有明确病因者称为继发性肥胖症。
当今社会,随着经济水平和人民生活质量的提高,肥胖这种“富贵病”越发常见,越来越多的普通人也开始发福。目前中国人约有43.6%的人肥胖或超重,即6亿人存在体重问题,已成为全国的一大难题。天津市作为超大型城市,这一问题尤为突出。据天津市卫生防病中心的数据显示肥胖和超重人群高于全国平均水平,接近50%,特别是腹型肥胖比率尤高,达69.3%。
肥胖不仅影响形体美,而且给生活带来不便,更重要是容易引起多种并发症,加速衰老和死亡。难怪有人说肥胖是疾病的先兆、衰老的信号。
1、是健康长寿之大敌
据统计肥胖者并发脑栓塞与心衰的发病率比正常体重者高一倍,患冠心病比正常体重者多二倍,高血压发病率比正常体重者多二~六倍,合并糖尿病者较正常人约增高4倍,合并胆石症者较正常人高四~六倍,更为严重的是肥胖者的寿命将明显缩短。据报导超重10%的45岁男性,其寿命比正常体重者要缩短4年,具日本统计资料表明标准死亡率为百分100%,肥胖者死亡率为127.9%。
2、影响劳动力,易遭受外伤
身体肥胖的人往往怕热、多汗、易疲劳、下肢浮肿、静脉曲张、皮肤皱折处患皮炎等,严重肥胖的人,行动迟缓,行走活动都有困难,稍微活动就心慌气短,以致影响正常生活,严重的甚至导致劳动力丧失。
3、易发冠心病及高血压
肥胖者脂肪组织增多,耗氧量加大,心脏做功量大,使心肌肥厚,尤其左心室负担加重,久之易诱发高血压。脂质沉积在动脉壁内,致使管腔狭窄,硬化,易发生冠心病、心绞痛、中风和猝死。
4、易患内分泌及代谢性疾病
伴随肥胖所致的代谢、内分泌异常,常可引起多种疾病。糖代谢异常可引起糖尿病,脂肪代谢异常可引起高脂血症,核酸代谢异常可引起高尿酸血症等。肥胖女性因卵巢机能障碍可引起月经不调。
5、对肺功能有不良影响
肺功能的作用是向全身供应氧及排出二氧化碳。肥胖者因体重增加需要更多的氧,但肺不能随之而增加功能,同时肥胖者腹部脂肪堆积又限制了肺的呼吸运动,故可造成缺氧和呼吸困难,最后导致心肺功能衰竭。
6、易引起肝胆病变
由于肥胖者的高胰岛素血症使其内因性甘油三酯合成亢进,就会造成在肝脏中合成的甘油三酯蓄积从而形成脂肪肝。肥胖者与正常人相比,胆汁酸中的胆固醇含量增多,超过了胆汁中的溶解度,因此肥胖者容易并发高比例的胆固醇结石,有报道患胆石症的女性50~80%是肥胖者。在外科手术时,约由30%左右的高度肥胖者合并有胆结石。胆石症在以下情况下发病的较多:肥胖妇女,40岁以上,肥胖症者与正常体重的妇女相比其胆结石的发病率约高六倍。
7、会增加手术难度、术后易感染
肥胖者会增加麻醉时的危险,手术后伤口易裂开,感染坠积性肺炎等并发症的机会均较不胖者为多。
8、可引起关节病变
体重的增加能使许多关节(如脊椎、肩、肘、髋、足关节)磨损或撕裂而致疼痛。
9、并发疝气
肥胖者可并发许多疝,其中以胃上部易位至胸腔中的食道裂孔疝最为常见。
当前,我国食品安全隐患很多,环境问题严重,添加剂和非法添加物在日常生活中无处不在。同时,随着人们生活节奏的加快和生活水平的提高,安全、营养、健康、绿色的代餐食品日受人们关注与重视,然而当前的代餐食品质量问题十分常见,夸大宣传、配伍不合理的代餐食品十分严重,人们的身体健康面临着一种无奈的“保健”伤害。
营养减肥代餐粉,是一种新的减肥理念,越来越被追求高生活品质人群所认可和接受,它将成为健康饮食生活的一种流趋势式。营养减肥代餐粉特点在于:科学全面的营养配比,大量的维生素,微量元素,谷物纤维,胶原蛋白,双蛋白等营养物质可以满足人体的日常所需,即使是长期食用也不会出现营养不良。重要的是从营养元素的配比上非常符合减肥人群的营养所需,有满足营养的同时促进减肥效果的辅助作用。

本发明的制备方法主要包括以下步骤:
(1)将香芋、紫薯烘干,粉碎成80-100目粉末,得到混合粉A。
(2)将草莓打浆、烘干,粉碎成80-100目粉末,得到混合粉B。
(3)将芒果打浆、烘干,粉碎成80-100目粉末,得到粉末C。
(4)将上述混合粉分别与其它原料混合,分袋包装、杀菌即得到成品。
本发明的一种有助于减肥的三种口味营养代餐粉,蛋白质含量丰富,含矿物质、维生素等营养成分。不但可以使食用者达到饱腹,代替主食。而且可以有效的补充身体所需要的必要营养元素。
本发明提供一种用于减肥的三种口味营养代餐粉及其制备方法,营养代餐粉是根据营养均衡营养原理,针对普通肥胖人群,在满足人们每餐营养需求的基础上,增加饱腹感,帮助人们更好地控制体重。

实施例1香芋味营养代餐粉
产品制备:将上述所得的粉碎过筛后的混合粉A与上述其它原料重量比例混合,过筛后充分混匀,制成固体粉末,服用方便。
实施例2草莓味营养代餐粉
胶原蛋白3
产品制备:将上述所得的粉碎过筛后的混合粉B与上述其它原料重量比例混合,过筛后充分混匀,制成固体粉末,服用方便。
实施例3芒果味营养代餐粉
胶原蛋白3
产品制备:将上述所得的粉碎过筛后的混合粉C与上述其它原料重量比例混合,过筛后充分混匀,制成固体粉末,服用方便。
实施例4性能测试
实施例1至实施例3食用效果实验:
1、实验样品:取上述实施例1~3所得的营养代餐粉为实验品,以20g/包封包,按照1∶10比例60℃温开水冲调,适口时饮用代替晚餐。
2、实验对象:有意愿减肥的120名志愿者(男女各60名)为研究对象,平均年龄30.04±5.20岁,按照体重分布分为10组,分别服用实施例1~3的产品。
3、实验方法
志愿者食用本发明中的代餐粉30日。分别在食用的第1日、第15日、第30日进行体重测试和体脂肪率测定。
4、数据统计
数据采用Excel进行处理统计,采用t检验为测试数据进行统计学分析,以‘平均数±标准差’表示,P>0.05表示差异不显著,P<0.05表示差异显著,P<0.01表示差异极显著。
5、实验结果:检测的数据结果见下表。
