When the collector needs to be used by an operator, firstly, the operator can insert the four insert blocks 6 into the ditch to fix the collector, so that two thirds of the collector is positioned on the water surface, the lower part of the water conveying wheel 9 extends into the water, then the water flows from left to right to drive the water conveying wheel 9 to rotate anticlockwise, the water conveying wheel 9 rotates anticlockwise to drive the first belt pulley 10 below to rotate anticlockwise, the first belt pulley 10 below rotates anticlockwise to drive the first belt pulley 10 above to rotate anticlockwise through the second belt 11, the first belt pulley 10 above rotates anticlockwise to drive the gear 15 at left to rotate clockwise through the gear 15 at right, the gear 15 at left rotates clockwise to drive the conveying wheel 3 above to rotate clockwise, the conveying wheel 3 above rotates clockwise to drive the conveying wheel 3 below to rotate clockwise through the conveying net belt 4, and the conveying rod 5 moves clockwise along with the conveying net belt, when the floaters flow rightwards along with the water flow, the conveying net belt 4 can prevent the floaters such as leaves and weeds from passing through, the conveying rod 5 on the left side of the conveying net belt 4 can scoop up the floaters and drive the floaters to move upwards together, when the conveying rod 5 moves to the upper part of the right side of the conveying net belt 4, the floaters can automatically fall to the left part of the discharging hopper 13 under the action of gravity, the left part of the discharging hopper 13 slightly rotates downwards, the first spring 14 is slightly compressed along with the left part of the discharging hopper 13, the floaters can automatically slide downwards due to a certain inclination angle of the discharging hopper 13 and are finally conveyed to the rear part for collection, the right part of the discharging hopper 13 slightly rotates downwards along with the left part of the discharging hopper 14, the first spring 14 is slightly stretched along with the left part of the discharging hopper 14, after the floaters are collected and cleaned, the first spring 14 drives the discharging hopper 13 to reset, then the worker can pull out, so can reach the effect of automatic collection water surface floater, labour saving and time saving.
In the process of collecting the floating objects, the gear 15 on the right rotates counterclockwise to drive the rotary table 20 to rotate counterclockwise, the rotary table 20 rotates counterclockwise to drive the pulley 22 to rotate counterclockwise through the second fixing rod 21, when the top of the pulley 22 contacts with the left side of the bottom of the lifting rod 19, the pulley 22 rotates counterclockwise to drive the lifting rod 19 to rotate upward, the lifting rod 19 rotates upward to drive the left part of the discharging hopper 13 to rotate upward through the swinging rod 17, the right part of the discharging hopper 13 rotates downward along with the pulley, the first spring 14 is stretched along with the pulley, when the pulley 22 rotates counterclockwise no longer contacts with the lifting rod 19, the lifting rod 19 rotates downward under the action of gravity, the first spring 14 drives the left part of the discharging hopper 13 to rotate downward to reset, the right part of the discharging hopper 13 rotates upward along with the pulley to reset, the swinging rod 17 moves downward to reset along with the pulley, and the process is repeated, the discharging hopper 13 continuously swings upward and downward, so that the floating objects can be more rapidly conveyed, accelerate the speed of collection, improved work efficiency, the back of finishing collecting, the staff can pull out four inserted blocks 6 from the ditch to with the hand control conveying water wheels 9 stall, pulley 22 stall thereupon, go out hopper 13 stall thereupon.
When the floater flows rightwards along with the water flow, the water wheel 9 rotates anticlockwise to drive the cover 23 on the left side of the conveying net belt 4 to drag up the floater and move upwards together, when the cover 23 moves to the right side of the conveying net belt 4, the floater can automatically fall onto the discharge hopper 13, meanwhile, under the action of gravity, the cover 23 can rotate downwards, when the cover 23 continues to move downwards to the left side of the conveying net belt 4, the third fixing rod 24 can prevent the cover 23 from rotating downwards when moving upwards, the floater is further prevented from falling, the fishing cover 23 can increase the fishing area, the floater is cleaned more cleanly, the collecting efficiency is further improved, after the collection is finished, a worker can pull out the four insertion blocks 6 from a ditch, the conveying water wheel 9 is controlled to stop rotating by hand, and the fishing cover 23 stops moving along with the rotation.
Because the depths of the ditches are different, the height of the collector can be adjusted by a worker according to actual conditions, at the moment, the worker can firstly rotate the rotating rod 31 upwards to ensure that the rotating rod 31 does not abut against the sliding block 32 any more, then the second spring 29 drives the sliding block 32 to slide rightwards, so that the first groove 26 is not clamped at the left end of the sliding block 32, then the movable part of the telescopic rod 25 is moved upwards or downwards according to requirements, when the movable part of the telescopic rod 25 moves to a proper height, the worker can stop moving the movable part of the telescopic rod 25, then slide the sliding block 32 leftwards, ensure that the sliding block 32 is clamped and matched with the first groove 26 above or below, the second spring 29 is stretched accordingly, then rotate the rotating rod 31 downwards to ensure that the rotating rod 31 abuts against and fixes the position of the sliding block 32 again, then loosen the sliding block 32, and then repeat the steps described above to insert the inserting block 6 into the ditches to, therefore, the collector can be suitable for ditches with different depths so as to better collect floating objects.
