背景技术
橡塑绝热制品是采用丁腈橡胶、聚氯乙烯为主要原料,配以各种辅助材料,经发泡而成的闭孔弹性材料。但是,现有橡塑绝热制品对紫外线的耐受程度较差,容易因为紫外线照射而发生老化。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种防老化抗紫外线的橡塑绝热制品及其制备方法,本发明提供的橡塑绝热制品耐受紫外线,不易发生老化,具有良好的绝热性能和压缩回弹性能。

具体实施方式
实施例1~6
按照表1所示的配方制备防老化抗紫外线的橡塑绝热制品,制备过程如下:
1、配料:按表1配方要求精确称重所需原料。
2、密炼、开炼:原料分别进行密炼和开炼,轧成原料胶片备用。
(1)称取总量十分之八的三元乙丙胶、全部乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物、全部聚氯乙烯、全部氯化聚乙烯、全部氢氧化铝、全部陶土、全部偶氮二甲酰胺、总量百分之八十五的耐高温石蜡基油、全部大豆油、全部炭黑、全部石蜡、全部硬脂酸、全部硬脂酸钙、全部乙掌双硬脂酰胺、全部十溴二苯乙烷、全部三氧化二锑、全部防老剂和全部氯化聚乙烯蜡混合,放入密炼机密炼室密炼后出料。经开炼机混料切片为1号料。密炼机密炼室温度至130℃出料。
1号料厚度10mm,宽度600mm,长度800mm,冷却后码放,存放48小时后使用。

3号料厚度10mm,宽度600mm,长度800mm,冷却后码放。
(4)分别将1号料、2号料、3号料在开炼机混轧均匀,时间控制在15分钟,切成宽120mm;厚10mm的胶条。
3、挤出:将步骤2的胶条喂入挤出机。控制挤出机温度为:喂料段30℃;塑化段35℃;机头段40℃。挤出机压力为:喂料段压力为0.2MPa,塑化段压力为0.4MPa,机头压力为0.5MPa。挤出机转速为15~25转/分。
4、硫化发泡:经机头模具挤出成型的待发泡胶料连续进入发泡炉发泡。
调节发炮炉炉内料棒传输速度在1.5~5m/min范围。发泡炉按温度分成7区控制,各区温度分别为:一区110±2℃,二区123±2℃,三区130±2℃,四区138±2℃,五区145±2℃,六区155±2℃,七区165±2℃,各区料棒线速度通过各区视孔观察发泡情况进行调节。
5、制品冷却:将发泡炉内发泡成型的制品经传输网带进行风冷降温。冷却距离80米。
6、裁断包装:冷却后的制品送至裁断机裁切,调整裁断机的速度,使其与冷却传送带速度一致,调整自动计米器,按产品所需尺寸裁断,包装入库。

其中,防老剂为防老剂264;促进剂包括质量比为20wt%的促进剂DPTT和80wt%的促进剂PZ。
所得产品为防老化抗紫外线的橡塑绝热制品,产品检测数据参见表2,表2为本发明实施例制备的防老化抗紫外线的橡塑绝热制品的性能数据。

对实施例1~6制备的橡塑绝热制品进行抗紫外光检测:按0.9J/m2紫外光强度及温度为75℃的条件下72小时后检测,结果参见表3。
对实施例1~6制备的橡塑绝热制品在阳光下暴晒3个月后进行检测,结果参加表3。

由表3可知,本发明提供的防老化抗紫外线的橡塑绝热制品具有良好的抗紫外线防老化性能,经过紫外光照射或者日光暴晒,外观无变化,且压缩回弹率也无明显降低。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种防老化抗紫外线的橡塑绝热制品,其特征在于,包括以下组分:
三元乙丙胶:14wt%~17wt%;
乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物:1wt%~3wt%;
聚氯乙烯:4.2wt%~7.2wt%;
氯化聚乙烯:1.4wt%~4.4wt%;
氢氧化铝:15wt%~18wt%;
陶土:9.5wt%~12.5wt%;
偶氮二甲酰胺:11wt%~14wt%;
耐高温石蜡基油:17wt%~20wt%;
大豆油:0.1wt%~0.4wt%;
炭黑:2wt%~4.6wt%;
石蜡:0.3wt%~0.5wt%;
硬脂酸:0.3wt%~0.5wt%;
硬脂酸钙:0.1wt%~0.3wt%;
乙掌双硬脂酰胺:0.3wt%~0.6wt%;
十溴二苯乙烷:3.1wt%~6.1wt%;
三氧化二锑:0.6wt%~2.6wt%;
防老剂:0.1wt%~0.4wt%;
氯化聚乙烯蜡:1wt%~3.3wt%;
硫磺:0.5wt%~1.5wt%;
氧化锌:0.15wt%~0.6wt%;
促进剂:0.3wt%~0.6wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防老化抗紫外线的橡塑绝热制品,其特征在于,包括15wt%~16wt%的三元乙丙胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防老化抗紫外线的橡塑绝热制品,其特征在于,包括18wt%~19wt%的耐高温石蜡基油。
4.一种权利要求1所述的防老化抗紫外线的橡塑绝热制品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a)将第一质量份的三元乙丙胶、全部乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物、全部聚氯乙烯、全部氯化聚乙烯、全部氢氧化铝、全部陶土、全部偶氮二甲酰胺、第一质量份耐高温石蜡基油、全部大豆油、全部炭黑、全部石蜡、全部硬脂酸、全部硬脂酸钙、全部乙掌双硬脂酰胺、全部十溴二苯乙烷、全部三氧化二锑、全部防老剂和全部氯化聚乙烯蜡混合,密炼、开炼后得到1号料;
将第二质量份的三元乙丙胶、第二质量份耐高温石蜡基油、全部硫磺和全部氧化锌混合,密炼、开炼得到2号料;
将第三质量份的三元乙丙胶、第三质量份耐高温石蜡基油和全部促进剂混合,密炼,开炼后得到3号料;
b)将1号料、2号料和3号料在开炼机混轧,切成胶条;
c)将所述胶条在挤出机中挤出成型,然后硫化发泡,冷却后得到防老化抗紫外线的橡塑绝热制品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c)中,挤出机参数如下:
控制挤出机通常温度为20~40℃,具体为:喂料段20~30℃;塑化段30~35℃;机头段35~40℃;
挤出机压力通常为0.1MPa~0.5MPa,具体为:喂料段压力为0.1~0.3MPa,塑化段压力为0.4~0.5MPa,机头压力为0.4~0.5MPa;
挤出机转速为15~25转/分。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c)中,所述硫化发泡的参数为:
发泡炉炉内料棒传输速度为1.5~5m/min;
发泡炉发泡温度控制在入炉温度100~120℃,出口温度160~170℃。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述发泡炉按温度分成7区控制,发泡炉各区温度分别为:一区110±2℃,二区123±2℃,三区130±2℃,四区138±2℃,五区145±2℃,六区155±2℃,七区165±2℃。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一质量份的三元乙丙胶、第二质量份的三元乙丙胶、第三质量份的三元乙丙胶的质量比为7~9∶0.5~1.5∶0.5~1.5;
所述第一质量份耐高温石蜡基油、第二质量份耐高温石蜡基油和第三质量份耐高温石蜡基油的质量比为8~9∶0.5~1∶0.5~1。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一质量份的三元乙丙胶、第二质量份的三元乙丙胶、第三质量份的三元乙丙胶的质量比为8∶1∶1。
