Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊及其制备方法,该胶囊由亚麻籽油、南瓜籽油、核桃油、大蒜精油、玉米淀粉、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、大米蛋白、维生素C组成,该胶囊口感好、易吸收、不易氧化,该制备方法生产效率高,操作简单。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及亚麻籽油微胶囊,特别是一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊及其制备方法。
背景技术
抗氧化是指抗氧化自由基的简称,人体因为与外界的持续接触,包括呼吸(氧化反应)、外界污染、放射线照射等因素不断的在人体体内产生自由基。科学研究表明,癌症、衰老或其它疾病大都与过量自由基的产生有关联,人体的抗氧化物质有自身合成的,也有由食物供给的。
亚麻籽油是亚麻籽榨取的油类,亚麻籽( flaxseed 或linseed) 又称胡麻籽, 是亚麻科、亚麻属的一年生或多年生草本植物亚麻的种子。亚麻籽油中还含有VE, VE 是一种强有效的自由基清除剂, 有延缓衰老和抗氧化的作用;亚麻籽中含有类黄酮23 mg/ 100 g,类黄酮化合物有降血脂, 抗动脉粥样硬化的良好作用;亚麻籽蛋白质中氨基酸种类齐全,必需氨基酸含量高达5. 16%,是一种营养价值较高的植物蛋白质。亚麻籽油中α-亚麻酸含量为53%,α-亚麻酸是人体必需脂肪酸,在人体内可转化为二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸[ 4] 。
现有的亚麻籽油微胶囊含α-亚麻酸,含α-亚麻酸的亚麻籽油易氧化变质,既影响口感,也不易保存,若短期内大量服用亚麻籽油又不易被人体吸收。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊,该胶囊口感好、易吸收、不易氧化,该制备方法生产效率高,操作简单。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的:
一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊,由以下质量份数的原料组成:亚麻籽油30-60份、南瓜籽油10-30份、核桃油10-25份、大蒜精油8-16份、稳定剂2-10份、乳化剂20-40份、壁材30-60份、玉米淀粉5-15份、抗氧化剂2-16份、防腐剂2-8份、大米蛋白3-8份、维生素C 5-15份;
进一步的,所述抗氧化剂选自抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、丁基羟基茴香醚、特丁基对苯二酚或生育酚中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述防腐剂选自对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、苯甲酸钠中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述稳定剂选自硬脂酰乳酸钙、硬脂酰乳酸钠、磷酸氢钙、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)、中的一种或是几种。
一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)将配方量的壁材、玉米淀粉、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、稳定剂依次倒入搅拌机中,加入50-90质量份数的水,加热至温度60℃~80℃,保温且高速搅拌20~60min使之完全溶解,制得混合物A;
(2)将配方量的亚麻籽油、南瓜籽油、核桃油、大蒜精油、乳化剂、大米蛋白、维生素C混合均匀,加热至45-60℃,保温持续搅拌20-50分钟,制得混合物B;
(3)将混合物B缓慢倒入到混合物A中得到混合物C,采用剪切机对混合物C高速剪切,剪切速度为15000rpm~21000rpm,剪切时间是20-40分钟,得到乳液;
(4)采用均质机对步骤(3)所得乳液进行二次均质,均质压力为40-75Mpa,均质时间为30- 60min;
(5)将步骤(4)所得乳液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥进风温度175-185℃,出风温度65-75℃,得到亚麻籽油微胶囊颗粒。
有益效果
本发明抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊主要由亚麻籽油、南瓜籽油、核桃油、大蒜精油、玉米淀粉、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、大米蛋白、维生素C组成;南瓜籽油含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,如亚麻酸、亚油酸等。此外,南瓜籽油还含有植物甾醇、氨基酸、维生素、矿物质等多种生物活性物质,尤其是锌、镁、钙、磷含量极高;核桃油含有欧咪伽(ω)-3脂肪酸、欧咪伽(ω)-6脂肪酸(亚油酸)、叶酸、天然维生素E、硒元素等营养丰富;大蒜精油是一种抗菌杀菌的药物,对多种球菌和大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、百日咳菌及霉菌、病毒、阿米巴虫、烧虫等都有良好的抑制和杀灭的作用,还有降低血胆固醇、三酸甘油酯脂蛋白和抗氧化的功能;微胶囊中加入抗氧化剂、防腐剂、大米蛋白、维生素C,提高了胶囊口感好、易吸收、不易氧化,该制备方法生产效率高,操作简单。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施方案叙述本发明,除非特别说明,本发明中所用的技术手段均为本领域技术人员所公知的方法。另外,实施方案应理解为说明性的,而非限制本发明的范围,本发明的实质和范围仅由权利要求书所限定。对于本领域技术人员而言,在不背离本发明实质和范围的前提下,对这些实施方案中的物料成分和用量进行的各种改变或改动也属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊,由以下质量份数的原料组成:亚麻籽油30份、南瓜籽油10份、核桃油10份、大蒜精油8份、稳定剂2份、乳化剂20份、壁材30份、玉米淀粉5份、抗氧化剂2份、防腐剂2份、大米蛋白3份、维生素C 5份;所述抗氧化剂选自抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯;所述防腐剂选自对羟基苯甲酸乙酯;
所述稳定剂选自硬脂酰乳酸钙。
一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)将配方量的壁材、玉米淀粉、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、稳定剂依次倒入搅拌机中,加入50质量份数的水,加热至温度60℃,保温且高速搅拌20min使之完全溶解,制得混合物A;
(2)将配方量的亚麻籽油、南瓜籽油、核桃油、大蒜精油、乳化剂、大米蛋白、维生素C混合均匀,加热至45℃,保温持续搅拌20分钟,制得混合物B;
(3)将混合物B缓慢倒入到混合物A中得到混合物C,采用剪切机对混合物C高速剪切,剪切速度为15000rpm,剪切时间是20分钟,得到乳液;
(4)采用均质机对步骤(3)所得乳液进行二次均质,均质压力为40Mpa,均质时间为30min;
(5)将步骤(4)所得乳液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥进风温度175℃,出风温度65℃,得到亚麻籽油微胶囊颗粒。
将实施例1中的亚麻籽油微胶囊在68℃的恒温箱中放置10d,相当于在室温下贮藏10个月,亚麻籽油微胶囊品质保持良好,见图1。
实施例2
一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊,由以下质量份数的原料组成:亚麻籽油60份、南瓜籽油30份、核桃油25份、大蒜精油16份、稳定剂10份、乳化剂40份、壁材60份、玉米淀粉15份、抗氧化剂16份、防腐剂8份、大米蛋白8份、维生素C 15份;所述抗氧化剂选自抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯2份、丁基羟基茴香醚3份;所述防腐剂选自对羟基苯甲酸乙酯4份、苯甲酸钠2份;所述稳定剂选自硬脂酰乳酸钠。一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)将配方量的壁材、玉米淀粉、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、稳定剂依次倒入搅拌机中,加入90质量份数的水,加热至温度80℃,保温且高速搅拌60min使之完全溶解,制得混合物A;
(2)将配方量的亚麻籽油、南瓜籽油、核桃油、大蒜精油、乳化剂、大米蛋白、维生素C混合均匀,加热至60℃,保温持续搅拌50分钟,制得混合物B;
(3)将混合物B缓慢倒入到混合物A中得到混合物C,采用剪切机对混合物C高速剪切,剪切速度为21000rpm,剪切时间是40分钟,得到乳液;
(4)采用均质机对步骤(3)所得乳液进行二次均质,均质压力为75Mpa,均质时间为60min;
(5)将步骤(4)所得乳液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥进风温度185℃,出风温度75 ℃,得到亚麻籽油微胶囊颗粒。
将实施例2中的亚麻籽油微胶囊在68℃的恒温箱中放置10d,相当于在室温下贮藏10个月,亚麻籽油微胶囊品质保持良好,见图2。
实施例3
一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊,由以下质量份数的原料组成:亚麻籽油40份、南瓜籽油20份、核桃油20份、大蒜精油12份、稳定剂8份、乳化剂30份、壁材40份、玉米淀粉12份、抗氧化剂14份、防腐剂6份、大米蛋白5份、维生素C 10份;所述抗氧化剂选自特丁基对苯二酚;所述防腐剂选自对羟基苯甲酸2份、乙酯1份、苯甲酸钠1份;所述稳定剂由硬脂酰乳酸钙2份、硬脂酰乳酸钠1份、磷酸氢钙2份、海藻酸钠2份、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)1份、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)2份组成。
一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)将配方量的壁材、玉米淀粉、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、稳定剂依次倒入搅拌机中,加入80质量份数的水,加热至温度70℃,保温且高速搅拌50min使之完全溶解,制得混合物A;
(2)将配方量的亚麻籽油、南瓜籽油、核桃油、大蒜精油、乳化剂、大米蛋白、维生素C混合均匀,加热至55℃,保温持续搅拌40分钟,制得混合物B;
(3)将混合物B缓慢倒入到混合物A中得到混合物C,采用剪切机对混合物C高速剪切,剪切速度为21000rpm,剪切时间是30分钟,得到乳液;
(4)采用均质机对步骤(3)所得乳液进行二次均质,均质压力为75Mpa,均质时间为60min;
(5)将步骤(4)所得乳液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥进风温度175℃,出风温度65℃,得到亚麻籽油微胶囊颗粒。
将实施例3中的亚麻籽油微胶囊在68℃的恒温箱中放置10d,相当于在室温下贮藏10个月,亚麻籽油微胶囊品质保持良好,见图3。
实施例4
一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊,由以下质量份数的原料组成:亚麻籽油30份、南瓜籽油30份、核桃油10份、大蒜精油16份、稳定剂10份、乳化剂20份、壁材60份、玉米淀粉10份、抗氧化剂10份、防腐剂6份、大米蛋白5份、维生素C 10份、蔗糖10份、天然胡萝卜素2份、;所述抗氧化剂选自生育酚;所述防腐剂选自苯甲酸钠;所述稳定剂选自磷酸氢钙。
一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)将配方量的壁材、玉米淀粉、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、稳定剂依次倒入搅拌机中,加入50-90质量份数的水,加热至温度60℃~80℃,保温且高速搅拌20~60min使之完全溶解,制得混合物A;
(2)将配方量的亚麻籽油、南瓜籽油、核桃油、大蒜精油、乳化剂、大米蛋白、维生素C、蔗糖、天然胡萝卜素混合均匀,加热至45-60℃,保温持续搅拌20-50分钟,制得混合物B;
(3)将混合物B缓慢倒入到混合物A中得到混合物C,采用剪切机对混合物C高速剪切,剪切速度为15000rpm~21000rpm,剪切时间是20-40分钟,得到乳液;
(4)采用均质机对步骤(3)所得乳液进行二次均质,均质压力为40-75Mpa,均质时间为30- 60min;
(5)将步骤(4)所得乳液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥进风温度175-185℃,出风温度65-75℃,得到亚麻籽油微胶囊颗粒。
将实施例4中的亚麻籽油微胶囊在68℃的恒温箱中放置10d,相当于在室温下贮藏10个月,亚麻籽油微胶囊品质保持良好,见图4。

Claims (5)
1.一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的原料组成:亚麻籽油30-60份、南瓜籽油10-30份、核桃油10-25份、大蒜精油8-16份、稳定剂2-10份、乳化剂20-40份、壁材30-60份、玉米淀粉5-15份、抗氧化剂2-16份、防腐剂2-8份、大米蛋白3-8份、维生素C 5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂选自抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、丁基羟基茴香醚、特丁基对苯二酚或生育酚中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊,其特征在于,所述防腐剂选自对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、苯甲酸钠中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊,其特征在于,所述稳定剂选自硬脂酰乳酸钙、硬脂酰乳酸钠、磷酸氢钙、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)、中的一种或是几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化亚麻籽油微胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于,制备步骤如下:
(1)将配方量的壁材、玉米淀粉、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、稳定剂依次倒入搅拌机中,加入50-90质量份数的水,加热至温度60℃~80℃,保温且高速搅拌20~60min使之完全溶解,制得混合物A;
(2)将配方量的亚麻籽油、南瓜籽油、核桃油、大蒜精油、乳化剂、大米蛋白、维生素C混合均匀,加热至45-60℃,保温持续搅拌20-50分钟,制得混合物B;

(4)采用均质机对步骤(3)所得乳液进行二次均质,均质压力为40-75Mpa,均质时间为30- 60min;
(5)将步骤(4)所得乳液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥进风温度175-185℃,出风温度65-75℃,得到亚麻籽油微胶囊颗粒。
