Uniformly mixing the sea cucumber saponin substances and the dendrobium polysaccharide substances according to the mass ratio of 1:1 to obtain the health-care product. Animal experiments prove that the health care product has the functions of reducing blood sugar and improving the immunity of the organism.

Claims (5)

1. A preparation method of a health product is characterized in that holothurian saponin substances and dendrobium polysaccharide substances are uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: 1-3;
the holothurian saponin substance is prepared by the following method: pulverizing dried sea cucumber or removing intestine from fresh sea cucumber, cleaning, drying, and pulverizing; adding 70-80% ethanol aqueous solution by volume fraction according to 5-15 times of the mass of the sea cucumber, carrying out reflux extraction at 50-90 ℃ for 5-10 hours, carrying out solid-liquid separation on the extract, carrying out reduced pressure concentration on the supernatant to remove ethanol to obtain an extract, dispersing the extract in water, sequentially extracting with petroleum ether and n-butanol, and carrying out reduced pressure concentration and drying on the n-butanol extract to obtain the sea cucumber saponins;
the dendrobium polysaccharide substance is prepared by the following method: pulverizing dried stem of herba Dendrobii or cleaning fresh stem of herba Dendrobii, drying, and pulverizing; adding water which is 8-15 times of the mass of dendrobium, performing reflux extraction at 60-95 ℃ for 1-8 hours, performing solid-liquid separation on the extracting solution, performing reduced pressure concentration on the supernatant to 1/5-1/10 of the original volume, adding ethanol until the volume fraction of the ethanol is 70-85%, standing for 12-24 hours, centrifuging to remove the supernatant, and drying the precipitate to obtain the dendrobium polysaccharide substance.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sea cucumber is Stichopus japonicus selenka, Thelenota ananas, Holothuria scabra, Pachyrhizus hainanensis, Panax quinquefolium or Panax japonicus selenka.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the dendrobium is dendrobium officinale.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the ethanol is absolute ethanol.
5. A health product prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
