背景技术
祖国医学认为,葱味辛性温,入肺、胃二经,有通阳宣脾、发汗解毒功效,治风寒感冒、身热恶寒无汗、面目浮肿、疮痈肿痛、跌打损伤等症。葱的主要成分为蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素A、B族维生素和维生素C、矿物盐等。现代医学研究表明,葱所含挥发油中主要成分葱蒜辣素具有杀菌作用,尤其对痢疾杆菌及皮肤真菌抑制作用更好。从大葱中可提炼出一种葱素,用于心血管硬化治疗已初见成效。
