Abstract

本发明揭示了一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体的导电端子、柔性电路板以及外壳,所述绝缘本体定义有对接面及供所述柔性电路板一端放置的柔性电路板支撑面,所述导电端子包括裸露于所述对接面的接触部、焊接部及连接所述接触部与焊接部的连接部,所述柔性电路板的一端设置有若干穿孔,所述焊接部为针状且插入所述穿孔,所述外壳套设在绝缘本体外侧而限制柔性电路板的脱落。外壳对柔性电路板起到了限位作用,可以防止其大幅度晃动,另外,外壳也可以加强电连接器的强度和对柔性电路板的屏蔽作用。

电连接器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种可对柔性电路板进行限位的电连接器。
【背景技术】
现有技术请参考2014年7月30日公告的中国实用新型专利第CN203747082U号,其公开了一种电连接器,其用来与具有弹性探针的对接连接器对接。所述电连接器包括绝缘本体和设置于绝缘本体的若干导电端子。绝缘本体定义了用于配接的对接面及若干贯穿对接面的端子槽。所述导电端子收容在端子槽内,其包括连接部、保持于绝缘本体的平板状固定部及裸露于对接面的接触部,接触部的前端面平行于对接面。连接部可用于与柔性电路板电性相连,然而柔性电路板没有受到限位,而容易晃动。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种可对柔性电路板进行限位的电连接器。
为解决上述问题,本发明可采用如下技术方案:
一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体的导电端子、柔性电路板以及外壳,所述绝缘本体定义有对接面及供所述柔性电路板一端放置的柔性电路板支撑面,所述导电端子包括裸露于所述对接面的接触部、焊接部及连接所述接触部与焊接部的连接部,所述柔性电路板的一端设置有若干穿孔,所述焊接部为针状且插入所述穿孔,所述外壳套设在绝缘本体外侧而限制柔性电路板的脱落。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:所述外壳对柔性电路板进行限位,可以防止其大幅度晃动,另外,外壳也可以加强电连接器的强度和对柔性电路板的屏蔽作用。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:所述外壳对柔性电路板进行限位,可以防止其大幅度晃动,另外,外壳也可以加强电连接器的强度和对柔性电路板的屏蔽作用。
为解决上述问题,本发明可采用如下技术方案:
一种电连接器的制造方法,其包括:
提供一绝缘本体,所述绝缘本体包括本体部及自本体部向前并向下倾斜延伸的倾斜部,其中倾斜部的前端面形成对接面,所述本体部设有柔性电路板支撑面;
提供一排端子,所述端子包括接触部、焊接部及连接所述接触部与焊接部的连接部,所述焊接部自连接部直线延伸;将所述端子插入所述绝缘本体;
将所述端子的焊接部弯折,使得焊接部弯折延伸且穿过所述柔性电路板支撑面;
提供柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板的一端设有穿孔;自柔性电路板支撑面一侧将所述柔性电路板组装入所述本体部而其一端放置在柔性电路板支撑面;
提供一外壳,将外壳套入绝缘本体的本体部而进一步限制所述柔性电路板。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:所述外壳对柔性电路板进行限位,可以防止其大幅度晃动,另外,外壳也可以加强电连接器的强度和对柔性电路板的屏蔽作用。

【具体实施方式】
如图1至图7所示,一种电连接器10,其包括绝缘本体11、安装于绝缘本体11的若干导电端子12、柔性电路板20以及外壳13。
如图3至图4所示,所述绝缘本体11定义有对接面118及供所述柔性电路板20一端放置的柔性电路板支撑面119。所述绝缘本体11包括平板状的本体部111及自本体部111向前并向下倾斜延伸的倾斜部116。所述对接面118为所述倾斜部116的前端面,所述倾斜部116设有前后贯通的通孔117。所述本体部111包括若干上下贯通的端子收容槽113。所述端子收容槽113呈前宽后窄状。所述本体部111包括自其下表面向内凹陷形成的收容腔114及位于收容腔114纵向两端的两个腔壁115。所述柔性电路板支撑面119为所述收容腔114的底面。所述外壳13具有环形部131,环形部131套设在腔壁115上。所述本体部111的上表面设有卡持凸块112,所述环形部131设有缺口132,缺口132与卡持凸块112配合从而将外壳13固定至绝缘本体11。
所述导电端子12包括裸露于所述对接面118的接触部121、焊接部122及连接所述接触部121与焊接部122的连接部123。所述接触部121收容于通孔117并裸露于所述对接面118。所述连接部123呈弯折状,包括第一弯折部124及第二弯折部125。第一弯折部124收容于倾斜部116。第二弯折部125收容于本体部111。所述焊接部122收容于端子收容槽113并垂直延伸出所述柔性电路板支撑面119并进入所述收容腔114。所述柔性电路板20的一端设置有若干穿孔21,所述焊接部122为针状且插入所述穿孔21,所述外壳13套设在绝缘本体11外侧而限制柔性电路板20的脱落。另外,外壳13也可以加强电连接器10的强度和对柔性电路板20的屏蔽作用。
图7揭示了本发明电连接器100的组装过程,其包括:(1)提供一绝缘本体11,所述绝缘本体11包括本体部111及自本体部111向前并向下倾斜延伸的倾斜部116,其中倾斜部116的前端面形成对接面118,所述本体部111设有柔性电路板支撑面119;(2)提供一排端子12,所述端子12包括接触部121、焊接部122及连接所述接触部121与焊接部122的连接部123,所述焊接部122自连接部123直线延伸,将所述端子12插入所述绝缘本体11;(3)将所述端子12的焊接部122弯折,使得焊接部122弯折延伸且穿过所述柔性电路板支撑面119;(4)提供柔性电路板20,所述柔性电路板20的一端设有穿孔21,自柔性电路板支撑面119一侧将所述柔性电路板20组装入所述本体部111而其一端放置在柔性电路板支撑面119;(5)提供一外壳13,将外壳13套入绝缘本体11的本体部111而进一步限制所述柔性电路板20;(6)将裸露于所述本体部111后端的柔性线路板20进行弯折。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体的导电端子、柔性电路板以及外壳,所述绝缘本体定义有对接面及供所述柔性电路板一端放置的柔性电路板支撑面,所述导电端子包括裸露于所述对接面的接触部、焊接部及连接所述接触部与焊接部的连接部,其特征在于:所述柔性电路板的一端设置有若干穿孔,所述焊接部为针状且插入所述穿孔,所述外壳套设在绝缘本体外侧而限制柔性电路板的脱落。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括平板状的本体部及自本体部向前并向下倾斜延伸的倾斜部,所述对接面为所述倾斜部的前端面;所述倾斜部设有前后贯通的通孔,所述接触部收容于通孔并裸露于所述对接面。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述本体部包括自其下表面向上凹陷形成的收容腔及位于收容腔纵向两端的两个腔壁,所述柔性电路板支撑面为所述收容腔的底面;所述外壳具有环形部,所述环形部套设在腔壁。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述本体部的上表面设有卡持凸块,所述环形部设有缺口,所述卡持凸块卡持于所述缺口。
5.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述焊接部垂直延伸出所述柔性电路板支撑面并进入所述收容腔。
6.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述连接部呈弯折状,所述连接部包括第一弯折部及第二弯折部,所述第一弯折部收容于所述倾斜部,所述第二弯折部收容于所述本体部。
7.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体以及安装于所述绝缘本体的导电端子与外壳,所述绝缘本体设有位于前端的对接面及位于后端的柔性电路板支撑面,所述导电端子包括裸露于所述对接面的接触部、焊接部及连接接触部与焊接部的连接部,其特征在于:所述焊接部垂直延伸而穿过所述柔性电路板支撑面,所述外壳围设在绝缘本体的外侧且直接面对所述柔性电路板支撑面。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括平板状的主体部及自主体部向前向下倾斜延伸的倾斜部,所述对接面为所述倾斜部的前端面,所述柔性电路板支撑面朝下设置。
9.一种电连接器的制造方法,其特征在于:
提供一绝缘本体,所述绝缘本体包括本体部及自本体部向前并向下倾斜延伸的倾斜部,其中倾斜部的前端面形成对接面,所述本体部设有柔性电路板支撑面;
提供一排端子,所述端子包括接触部、焊接部及连接所述接触部与焊接部的连接部,所述焊接部自连接部直线延伸;将所述端子插入所述绝缘本体;
将所述端子的焊接部弯折,使得焊接部弯折延伸且穿过所述柔性电路板支撑面;
提供柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板的一端设有穿孔;自柔性电路板支撑面一侧将所述柔性电路板组装入所述本体部而其一端放置在柔性电路板支撑面;
提供一外壳,将外壳套入绝缘本体的本体部而进一步限制所述柔性电路板。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器的制造方法,其特征在于:将裸露于所述本体部后端的柔性线路板进行弯折。
