Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of female daily necessities, and particularly relates to a female pudendum sterilization care solution.
Background
The vaginal environment of women is very complex, and is very easy to be infected by pathogenic bacteria and cause related diseases. Research shows that when pathogenic bacteria invade the vaginal environment, the bacteria can rapidly propagate to destroy the acidic microenvironment in the vaginal environment, and symptoms are produced. The female pudendum care solution is a female daily application maintenance solution, and has the main functions of inhibiting pathogenic bacteria, cleaning vaginal environment and adjusting pH.
Most of the commonly used vaginal care solutions at present contain plant extracts or animal extracts, such as chitosan and the like. These antibacterial agents act as "foreign molecules" that can irritate the vagina and disrupt the vaginal microenvironment. The antibacterial polypeptide is an antibacterial molecule consisting of amino acids, has a molecular weight of about 1000-7000 and consists of 20-60 amino acid residues. The antibacterial polypeptide widely exists in human bodies, has the advantages of broad-spectrum antibacterial property, low drug resistance, non-toxic and side-stimulating effect and the like as an antibacterial agent, and is concerned by researchers. However, reports of the antibacterial polypeptide used as an antibacterial component of female pudendum care solution are not seen.
Therefore, the female pudendum sterilization care solution is developed based on the antibacterial polypeptide, so that the pathogenic bacteria of the female pudendum can be effectively inhibited, the irritation and the toxic and side effects of the care solution are reduced, and the application prospect is wide.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a female pudendum sterilization care solution based on antibacterial polypeptide, which can effectively inhibit pathogenic bacteria of female pudendum and reduce irritation and toxic and side effects of the care solution.
The invention provides a female pudendum sterilization care solution, which comprises the following components: antibacterial polypeptide, antiseptic, deionized water, and pH regulator.
Preferably, the antibacterial polypeptide sequence is LRKSKEKIGKEFKRRKDFLRNLV.
Preferably, the preservative is glyceryl monocaprylate.
Preferably, the pH regulator is 10% hydrochloric acid aqueous solution in volume percentage
Preferably, the composition comprises, in mass percent: 1 to 3 percent of antibacterial polypeptide, 0.3 to 0.8 percent of preservative, 94.7 to 98.2 percent of deionized water, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of pH regulator and 2.0 to 5.2 percent of pH.
Preferably, the composition comprises, in mass percent: 2.1 percent of antibacterial polypeptide, 0.5 percent of preservative, 96.6 percent of deionized water, 0.8 percent of pH regulator and 3.4 percent of pH.
The invention also provides application of the composition in the field of female pudendum sterilization.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the female pudendum sterilization care solution, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 1-3% of antibacterial polypeptide, 0.3-0.8% of preservative, 0.5-1.5% of pH regulator and the balance of deionized water according to mass percentage.
(2) And (2) mixing the antibacterial polypeptide, the preservative and part of the pH regulator in the step (1) with deionized water, and uniformly stirring.
(3) Further adjusting the pH of the mixed solution to 2.0-5.2 by using a pH regulator.
(4) Stirring to be clear, and obtaining the female pudendum sterilization care solution.
In summary, the present invention provides a composition comprising: antibacterial polypeptide, antiseptic, deionized water and pH regulator. The antibacterial polypeptide is used as an antibacterial agent, so that the problem of biostimulation of the traditional antibacterial agent is solved while the excellent antibacterial property is maintained, pudendum bacteria can be effectively killed, and the internal environment stability of the pudendum is maintained. Meanwhile, the invention has simple formula and low cost.
