Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a composition for repairing skin, in particular to a skin-care matrix for quickly repairing skin, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The skin covers the whole body, being the largest organ of the human body, and protects various tissues and organs in the body from physical, mechanical, chemical and pathogenic microbial attacks. The wound surface is the damage of normal skin (tissue) caused by external injury factors such as surgery, external force, heat, current, chemical substances, low temperature and internal factors of the body such as local blood supply disorder, and is often accompanied by the damage of the integrity of the skin and the loss of a certain amount of normal tissue, and at the same time, the normal function of the skin is damaged. The ultimate goal of skin damage is to promote wound healing and reestablish or restore skin barrier function. The basic processes of wound healing include hemostasis, inflammatory response, cell proliferation, wound contraction, and tissue remodeling, which all require a microenvironment consistent with cell growth, and any factors affecting these processes and the environment affect the healing of the wound.
Traditional skin repair typically employs: transplanting autologous tissues; transplantation of variant tissues; and applying artificial substitute. Although good repairing effect is achieved in autologous tissue or organ transplantation, the autologous tissue or organ transplantation is limited by conditions such as lack of donor sources and need of secondary operations. Allogenic and xenogenic transplantation not only faces the limitation of few donor sources, but also has the risks of causing immune rejection, spreading pathogen and the like. Artificial substitutes can only serve to repair or fill limited tissues or organs. According to the research results of follow-up survey, the cure rate of all ulcers in half a year reaches 85%, but the recurrence rate reaches 1.7%, and the recurrence rate reaches 4.6% in 5 years. This suggests that the long-term prognosis of conventional therapies is not ideal and does not accelerate the healing process by these mechanisms.
The biological dressing with excellent performance can temporarily play a part of the role of skin barrier function, protect wounds, prevent moisture and body fluid from evaporating and losing from the wound surface, prevent pollution, accelerate the regeneration epithelization process formed by skin accessories, effectively relieve the pain of patients and provide an environment which is favorable for wound healing for the growth of new skin. Therefore, finding and manufacturing an ideal biological dressing is one of the important tasks for wound repair research. The polysaccharide is a long-chain saccharide, and various mushrooms and hypha thereof are rich in the polysaccharide, are important components of cells, have good affinity, can repair damaged cells, activate cells and vegetative cells, have good effects of eliminating inflammation and stopping bleeding, and are extremely beneficial to the immune system of a human body. Therefore, if the polysaccharide can be effectively applied to the field of skin wound repair, the polysaccharide has a very good market prospect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a skin-care matrix for quickly repairing skin and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a skin care base comprising the following components: tremella polysaccharide, melissa officinalis extract, taxus chinensis stem cell extract and aloe extract.
Tremella (Tremella) is rich in Tremella polysaccharide, and belongs to acidic heterogeneous polysaccharide. Animal experiment research shows that the polysaccharide in tremella can lower blood sugar and low density cholesterol content, resist inflammation, promote lymphocyte proliferation, promote platelet cell activity, etc. and raise the immunity of body. The tremella polysaccharide has the characteristics of moisture retention, reduction of skin moisture loss, deep water supplement and capability of keeping skin glossy and elastic.
The Melissa officinalis extract is whole plant extract of Melissa officinalis (Melissa officinalis) belonging to Labiatae, and the Hierochloes Adoratae oil is active ingredient thereof, and has effects of tranquilizing, relieving, resisting anxiety, dispelling pathogenic wind, relieving spasm, resisting bacteria, resisting virus, resisting fungi, resisting tumor, resisting inflammation, resisting oxidation, resisting fat tissue formation, and improving blood sugar tolerance level. Meanwhile, the melissa officinalis extract is proved to have very obvious antibacterial and antiseptic effects, and has synergistic antibacterial effects with sodium nitrite, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and the like. Other components of melissa officinalis extracts such as rosmarinic acid, caffeic acid, flavonoids and the like are known to have antibacterial activity against the following bacteria: bacillus subtilis, Bacillus bifidus, Corynebacterium, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, acidophilus, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Listeria, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enteritidis, Shigella, Staphylococcus aureus, etc., and fungi such as Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger, etc.
Taxus chinensis (Pilger) Rehd.) also known as Taxus chinensis is a plant of the genus Taxus. Taxol contained in taxus chinensis can block cell division, and can also influence a series of important cellular immunity and inflammation activities, including migration, chemotaxis, adhesion and intracellular transportation of cells, and can influence excessive cell proliferation existing in wound surfaces. The taxus chinensis stem cell extract can effectively prevent the generation of superficial scars in the healing process of skin wounds.
The Aloe extract is an extract of leaf of Aloe (Aloe vera L. ver. chinensis (Haw.) Berger) belonging to Liliaceae, and is a colorless transparent brown slightly viscous liquid, and is dried to give yellow fine powder. The anthrone compounds in Aloe have antibacterial, antiinflammatory, toxic materials clearing away, and wound healing effects. Researches show that the aloesin and the aloe-emodin glycoside have the functions of sterilization and inflammation diminishing. Aloin and aloesin have skin beautifying effects, and have certain effects in keeping moisture, relieving inflammation, inhibiting bacteria, relieving itching, resisting allergy, softening skin, preventing acne, inhibiting sweat, and deodorizing.

The results in the table show that the skin care matrix prepared in the example can obviously reduce the red swelling and exudation in the wound recovery period and the skin pigmentation and scar symptoms after the wound recovery period, so that the wound can be rapidly repaired, and the effect is better than that of the comparative example. Comparing the example 3 with the comparative examples 1 to 4, it can be seen that the effect of the skin care matrix is reduced when any one of the four effective components, namely the tremella polysaccharide, the melissa officinalis extract, the taxus chinensis stem cell extract and the aloe extract is absent, and the skin repair effect of the skin care matrix can be further provided when the four effective components are used together. In addition, the effect of the skin care base is gradually improved with the increase of the dosage of the four effective components of the tremella polysaccharide, the melissa officinalis extract, the taxus chinensis stem cell extract and the aloe vera extract, but the results of the examples 3, 4 and 5 are not greatly different, and the example 3 is preferred in consideration of the effect and the cost. According to statistics, patients using the skin care matrix of the embodiment have no adverse reaction.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
