Abstract

技术领域
本公开涉及涉及样本取出装置。更确切地说,本公开涉及用于将样本取出袋可拆卸地紧固到样本取出装置的展开装置的设备和方法。
背景技术
用于例如阑尾、异位妊娠、胆囊、胆结石、淋巴结、卵巢、小肠切片和其它组织结构等样本的内窥镜取出的手术装置是已知的,且通常包含样本取出袋和用于展开样本取出袋的展开装置。展开装置通常包含插入管和延伸通过插入管的展开轴。样本取出袋可拆卸地紧固到展开轴的近端上的展开手柄且包含用于收紧样本取出袋的袋状物的密封线或绳。一些样本取出袋的密封线附接到环,而所述环附接到展开手柄。参见例如第5,647,372号美国专利(“'372专利”),其内容以全文引用的方式并入本文中。替代地,密封线可缠绕在展开手柄周围,或插入管的远端未附接地延伸。

发明内容
因此,提供一种样本取出装置。一种样本取出装置包含展开组合件和由所述展开组合件支撑的样本取出袋。展开组合件包含插入管、能够通过插入管可滑动地收纳的且限定纵向轴线的轴、安置在轴的近端部分上的手柄,以及安置在轴的远端部分上的支撑组合件。所述样本取出袋包含由所述支撑组合件支撑的袋状部分、从所述袋状部分延伸且紧固到所述手柄的尾部部分,以及延伸通过所述袋状部分用于收紧所述袋状部分的密封绳。
在实施例中,展开组合件的手柄包含用于接合样本取出袋的尾部部分的柱。柱可包含蘑菇形状。柱可包含防损伤自由端。柱可限定用于收纳样本取出袋的尾部部分的一部分的槽口。样本取出袋的尾部部分可限定配置成围绕柱收纳的开口。将样本取出袋的尾部部分与柱分离所需的力可为大约2lbf。手柄可限定切口,而柱安置于所述切口内。
在实施例中,样本取出袋紧固到展开组合件,直到样本取出袋的尾部部分与手柄分离为止。
还提供展开组合件。展开组合件包含插入管、能够通过插入管可滑动地收纳的且限定纵向轴线的轴、安置在轴的近端部分上的手柄、包含用于紧固样本取出袋的尾部部分的柱的手柄,以及安置在轴的远端部分上的支撑组合件。

具体实施方式
现将参考图式详细描述本发明所公开的样本取出装置的实施例,在图式中,相同参考标号指代若干视图中的每个视图中的相同或对应元件。如本领域中常见的,术语“近侧”是指较接近临床医生或操作员(例如外科医生或临床医生)的那一部件或组件,而术语“远侧”是指较远离临床医生的那一部件或组件。
首先参考图1,根据本公开的实施例的样本取出装置大体上示出为样本取出装置10。样本取出装置10包含展开组合件100和可拆卸地紧固到展开组合件100的样本取出袋200。如将在下文详细描述,展开组合件100配置成使得样本取出袋200的尾部部分210紧固到展开组合件100的展开手柄150,以防止过早收紧和/或使样本取出袋与展开组合件100分离。
转向图2和3,样本取出装置10(图1)的展开组合件100包含手柄组合件110和紧固到手柄组合件110且从手柄组合件110向远侧延伸的插入管或套管120。如所示出,手柄组合件110是由第一半区部110a和第二半区部110b形成的管体。手柄组合件110可包含任何合适的结构,且可以是滚花的(未示出),涂布有防滑材料(未示出)和/或另外配置成有助于临床医生可操作接合。
继续参考图2和3,展开组合件100的插入管120配置成用于直接通过切口或借助于进入端口、套针或其它进入装置(未示出)收纳在患者体内。在实施例中,展开组合件100的插入管120配置成通过10mm和/或12mm进入装置(未示出)收纳。套管(未示出)可围绕插入管120收纳以适应通过具有较大大小的开口的进入装置使用样本取出装置10。
另外参考图4,样本取出装置10的展开组合件100进一步包含具有支撑于展开轴130的远侧部分132上的支撑组合件140的展开轴130,和安置在展开轴130的近侧部分134上的展开手柄150。支撑组合件140和展开轴130配置成可滑动地收纳于展开组合件100的插入管120(图2)内。
展开组合件100的支撑组合件140包含用于可拆卸地支撑样本取出袋200的柔性叉142。柔性叉142配置成在展开组合件100处于前移或展开位置(图1)时维持样本取出袋200的袋状部分220处于打开位置中。与用于支撑样本取出袋200的环圈相反,展开组合件100的柔性叉142的敞开叉配置允许样本取出袋200的更大开口。
继续参考图4,且额外参考图5和6,展开组合件100的展开手柄150配置成有助于临床医生进行接合。更确切地说,展开组合件100的展开手柄150配置成促使展开轴140分别如图8中所示出的箭头“A”和“B”所指示相对于手柄组合件110回缩和前移。如所示出,展开手柄150包含基本上T形主体,但设想其它合适的配置,例如环形手柄。
仍参考图5和6,展开组合件100的展开手柄150限定用于收纳样本取出袋200(图7)的尾部部分210(图7)的槽口或切口151。柱152安置于展开手柄150的槽口151内,且配置成接合样本取出袋200的尾部部分210。柱152包含圆化或防损伤自由端154,以准许围绕柱152收纳样本取出袋200的尾部部分210,而不损坏样本取出袋200。柱152限定槽口153,其用于紧固地收纳样本取出袋200的尾部部分210且维持尾部部分210围绕柱152。如图6中所见,展开手柄150的柱152包含基本上蘑菇形主体,但设想柱152可包含任何合适的形状。
在实施例中,将样本取出袋200的尾部部分210与展开组合件100的展开手柄150的柱152分离所需的力是2磅力(lbf)。设想分离力可大于或小于2lbf。
特别参考图5,展开组合件100的展开手柄150包含用于促进在展开期间展开手柄150的定向的标志156。更确切地说,且如所示出,标志156读出“TOP”以向临床医生指示在标志156的情况下展开手柄150应面向上方或朝向临床医生定向。设想展开手柄150可包含其它标志,或无标志。
现参考图7,样本取出装置10(图1)的样本取出袋200配置成由展开组合件100(图2)支撑和展开。样本取出袋200包含尾部部分210和尾部部分210从其延伸的袋状部分220。样本取出袋200的袋状部分220可至少部分地由防刮尼龙或其它合适材料形成。样本取出袋200的尾部部分210和袋状部分220可由相同或不同材料构成。在实施例中,尾部部分210和袋状部分220一体成型。替代地,尾部部分210和袋状部分220可以例如焊接、缝合、粘合等任何合适的方式紧固到一起。
如上文所提及,样本取出袋200的尾部部分210配置成接合展开组合件100的展开手柄150,以将样本取出袋200可拆卸地固定到展开组合件100。更确切地说,样本取出袋200的尾部部分210限定开口211,其配置成收纳展开组合件100(图9)的展开手柄150的柱152。可围绕开口211加强样本袋200的尾部部分210以防当围绕展开手柄150的柱152收纳尾部部分210时且当尾部部分210与展开手柄150分离时尾部部分210撕裂。
样本取出袋200的袋状部分220包含通道(未示出),其用于收纳安置在展开轴130(图4)的远端132(图4)上的支撑组合件140(图4)的柔性叉142(图4)。在展开组合件100的柔性叉142收纳于样本取出袋200的袋状部分220中的开口内且样本取出袋200的尾部部分210紧固到展开手柄150的柱152时,样本取出袋200紧固到展开组合件100。以此方式,临床医生不会偶然地和/或过早地收紧样本取出袋200和/或将样本取出袋与展开组合件100分离。
样本取出装置10(图1)的样本取出袋200可如所示出配置具有基本上三角形配置,或可代替地具有替代配置,例如圆柱形。在实施例中,样本取出袋200可配置用于与切除器一起使用。样本取出袋200可包含具有任何大小容量的袋状部分220。在实施例中,袋状部分220的容量介于275ml到1200ml之间。
密封绳230在样本取出袋200的纵向通道201内延伸样本取出袋200的长度。在将组织收纳在袋状部分220内切从袋状部分220内抽出支撑组合件140(图4)之后,密封绳230用以通过相对于袋状部分220和/或展开轴130向近侧拉动密封绳230而收紧样本取出袋200的袋状部分220。在密封后,在需要进入袋状部分220的情况下,可使用抓取器或其它合适的器械手动打开袋状部分220,例如以在从患者的体腔中移除样本取出袋200时从袋状部分220内移除空气。为了详细描述的示例性密封绳,请参考'372专利,其内容先前以引用方式并入。
如图1所示,样本取出装置10可向临床医生提供紧固到展开组合件100的样本取出袋200和处于前移或展开状态的展开组合件100。替代地,临床医生可能需要将样本取出袋200固定到展开组合件100。设想样本取出装置10可作为包含展开组合件100和具有相同或不同配置的一个或多个样本取出袋200的套件提供给临床医生。
在样本取出袋200紧固到展开组合件100之后,展开组合件100的初始操作要求展开手柄150如由图8中的箭头“A”所指示相对于手柄组合件110回缩,以使得样本取出袋200的袋状部分220收纳于展开组合件100的插入管120内。
在样本取出袋200的袋状部分220收纳于展开组合件100的插入管120内后,插入管120在或不在例如套针、进入端口等进入装置的帮助下通过切口插入到患者体内。展开组合件100的展开手柄150可接着如由图8中的箭头“B”所指示相对于手柄组合件110前移,以展开样本取出袋200的袋状部分220。如上文所提及,形成用于样本取出袋200的支撑组合件140的柔性叉142打开样本取出袋200的袋状部分220以准许将组织收纳在袋状部分220内。
在将组织放置在样本取出袋200的袋状部分220内之后移除样本取出装置10的样本取出袋200是多步过程。参考图10,首先样本取出袋200的尾部部分210与展开组合件100的展开手柄152的柱152分离。如上文所提及,在实施例中,分离力是大约2lbf。在将样本取出袋200的尾部部分210与展开手柄150分离后,可通过相对于手柄组合件110回缩展开手柄150以使展开轴130和支撑组合件140完全从插入管120抽出来使支撑组合件140的柔性叉142从样本取出袋200的袋状部分220内回缩。
在展开组合件100的展开手柄150和附接的展开轴130以及支撑组合件140从展开组合件100的插入管110抽出后,相对于尾部部分210拉动样本取出袋200的密封绳230,以使得密封样本取出袋200的袋状部分220。如上文所提及,样本取出袋200的袋状部分220可在任何时间使用抓取器或其它合适的装置(未示出)再次打开。
在收紧样本取出袋200的袋状部分220之后,从样本取出袋200的尾部部分210周围移除展开组合件100的插入管120。接着使用样本取出袋200的尾部部分210和/或密封绳230以通过患者(未示出)中的切口(未示出)回缩具有捕获的组织的样本取出袋200。可通过重新打开袋状部分220来释放样本取出袋200的袋状部分220中所捕获的任何空气。接着可通过相对于样本取出袋200的尾部部分210拉动密封绳230来重新密封样本取出袋200的袋状部分220。
设想在手术程序期间可不止一次使用展开组合件100。进一步设想,可对展开组合件100进行除菌并重复使用。

Claims (15)
1.一种样本取出装置,其包括:
展开组合件,其包含,
插入管;
轴,其能够通过所述插入管可滑动地收纳;
手柄,其安置在所述轴的近端部分上;以及
支撑组合件,其安置在所述轴的远端部分上;以及
样本取出袋,其由所述展开组合件支撑,所述样本取出袋包含,
袋状部分,其由所述支撑组合件支撑;
尾部部分,其从所述袋状部分延伸且紧固到所述手柄;以及
密封绳,其延伸通过所述袋状部分以用于收紧所述袋状部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的样本取出装置,其中所述展开组合件的所述手柄包含用于接合所述样本取出袋的所述尾部部分的柱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的样本取出装置,其中所述柱包含蘑菇形状。
