一种电缆保护套制备配方,由以下重量份数的原料组成:氯化聚乙烯42‑52份、环氧化天然橡胶8‑12份、三氧化二锑1‑3份、次磺酰胺类硫化促进剂1‑4份、纳米碳酸钙15‑20份、氧化锌3‑5份、硬脂酸1‑4份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2‑5份、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆0.5‑1份、交联剂2‑4份、纳米二氧化硅2‑5份、季戊四醇0.5‑1份、炭黑2‑5份、滑石粉3‑7份;该保护套具有耐热性优异,抗撕裂强度和回弹力性能提高的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于一种电缆保护套制备配方。
背景技术
电缆主要由以下四部分组成。导电线心:用高电导率材料(铜或铝)制成。根据敷设使用条件对电缆柔软程度的要求,每根线心可能由单根导线或多根导线绞合而成;绝缘层:用作电缆的绝缘材料应当具有高的绝缘电阻,高的击穿电场强度,低的介质损耗和低的介电常数。密封护套:保护绝缘线心免受机械、水分、潮气、化学物品、光等的损伤。对于易受潮的绝缘,一般采用铅或铝挤压密封护套;保护覆盖层:用以保护密封护套免受机械损伤。
现有的密封护套虽然能够满足现有的需求,但是在高温条件下,密封护套极易老化,进而使得密封护套难以起到保护电缆的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提供一种电缆保护套制备配方,该保护套具有耐热性优异,抗撕裂强度和回弹力性能提高的特点。
本发明是一种电缆保护套制备配方,由以下重量份数的原料组成:氯化聚乙烯42-52份、环氧化天然橡胶8-12份、三氧化二锑1-3份、次磺酰胺类硫化促进剂1-4份、纳米碳酸钙15-20份、氧化锌3-5份、硬脂酸1-4份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2-5份、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆0.5-1份、交联剂2-4份、纳米二氧化硅2-5份、季戊四醇0.5-1份、炭黑2-5份、滑石粉3-7份。
优选的,氯化聚乙烯42份、环氧化天然橡胶12份、三氧化二锑1份、次磺酰胺类硫化促进剂3份、纳米碳酸钙16份、氧化锌4份、硬脂酸3份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺3份、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆1份、交联剂2份、纳米二氧化硅3份、季戊四醇0.5份、炭黑3份、滑石粉6份。

该保护套相比原有技术,耐热性优异,抗撕裂和回弹性能提高,具有良好的耐热,耐燃,耐日光,耐酸碱的性能。

一种电缆保护套制备配方,由以下重量份组成,氯化聚乙烯47份、环氧化天然橡胶9份、三氧化二锑2份、次磺酰胺类硫化促进剂4份、纳米碳酸钙17份、氧化锌3份、硬脂酸1份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2份、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆1份、交联剂3份、纳米二氧化硅3份、季戊四醇1份、炭黑3份、滑石粉3份。
