本发明公开了一种耐老化电缆保护套,由以下重量份数的原料组成:氯化聚乙烯42-52份、环氧化天然橡胶8-12份、三氧化二锑1-3份、次磺酰胺类硫化促进剂1-4份、纳米碳酸钙15-20份、氧化锌3-5份、硬脂酸1-4份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2-5份、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆0.5-1份、交联剂2-4份、纳米二氧化硅2-5份、季戊四醇0.5-1份、炭黑2-5份、滑石粉3-7份。本发明耐热性优异,抗撕裂强度和回弹力性能提高,具有良好的耐热、耐燃、耐日光、耐酸碱性能。

技术领域
本发明属于电缆领域,具体涉及一种耐老化电缆保护套。
背景技术
电缆通常是由一根或多根相互绝缘的导体外包绝缘和保护层制成,传统电线电缆的绝缘层或护套不能承受高温,传统电缆的橡胶护套材料在长期贮存及使用过程中受到热能、机械能、光能和辐射能的作用,加上氧、臭氧、水分与变价金属、金属离子参与的化学反应,逐渐出现变软发粘、变硬变脆或龟裂的老化现象,使其物理机械性能变坏,甚至失去其原有的性能导致电缆在使用过程出现故障。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种耐老化电缆保护套。
本发明的技术方案是:一种耐老化电缆保护套,由以下重量份数的原料组成:氯化聚乙烯42-52份、环氧化天然橡胶8-12份、三氧化二锑1-3份、次磺酰胺类硫化促进剂1-4份、纳米碳酸钙15-20份、氧化锌3-5份、硬脂酸1-4份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2-5份、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆0.5-1份、交联剂2-4份、纳米二氧化硅2-5份、季戊四醇0.5-1份、炭黑2-5份、滑石粉3-7份。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:耐热性优异;抗撕裂强度和回弹力性能提高;具有良好的耐热、耐燃、耐日光、耐酸碱性能。

一种耐老化电缆保护套,由以下重量份数的原料组成:氯化聚乙烯42份、环氧化天然橡胶8份、三氧化二锑1份、次磺酰胺类硫化促进剂1份、纳米碳酸钙15份、氧化锌3份、硬脂酸1份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2份、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆0.5份、交联剂2份、纳米二氧化硅2份、季戊四醇0.5份、炭黑2份、滑石粉3份。

一种耐老化电缆保护套,由以下重量份数的原料组成:氯化聚乙烯48份、环氧化天然橡胶10份、三氧化二锑2份、次磺酰胺类硫化促进剂3份、纳米碳酸钙17份、氧化锌4份、硬脂酸3份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺3份、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆0.7份、交联剂3份、纳米二氧化硅3份、季戊四醇0.7份、炭黑3份、滑石粉5份。
实施例3
一种耐老化电缆保护套,由以下重量份数的原料组成:氯化聚乙烯52份、环氧化天然橡胶12份、三氧化二锑3份、次磺酰胺类硫化促进剂4份、纳米碳酸钙20份、氧化锌5份、硬脂酸4份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺5份、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆1份、交联剂4份、纳米二氧化硅5份、季戊四醇1份、炭黑5份、滑石粉7份。
