本发明公开了一种电缆线芯导体材料,所述线芯导体的原料按重量份的组分为:铜120份、铝45份、铁15分、锰0.2‑0.6份、钼0.1‑0.3份、铬0.1‑0.5份、镉0.2‑0.7份、钪0.5‑0.7份、锶0.2‑0.4份、纳米陶瓷粉末3‑5份、硫酸钡0.2‑0.8份、硅酸钙3‑5份、蒙脱土4‑6份、氧化锑0.3‑0.7份、氢氧化镁0.5‑0.7份。本发明制得的电缆线芯导电性能好,抗机械损伤,防断线,能够广泛运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域,降低了制造成本,实用性好。

技术领域
本发明属于电缆材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种电缆线芯导体材料。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线[每组至少两根]绞合而成的,电缆中常用的绝缘材料有油浸纸、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、交联聚乙烯、橡皮等。电缆常以绝缘材料分类,例如油浸纸绝缘电缆、聚氯乙烯电缆、交联聚乙烯电缆等。出于对安全的考虑,人们逐步意识到使用耐高温材料制作的电缆。目前,应用于该领域的电缆一般使用无卤阻燃电缆和硅烷交联电缆。在无卤阻燃电缆、半导体屏蔽电缆和二步法硅烷交联电缆中使用最多的材料是乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物。
目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,特别是井下使用的电缆要求更高,对电缆的线芯要求具备较高的耐疲劳性、耐高低温性能、抗断线能力、抗干扰能力、耐机械损伤等性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供了一种电缆线芯导体材料。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种电缆线芯导体材料,所述线芯导体的原料按重量份的组分为:铜120份、铝45份、铁15分、锰0.2-0.6份、钼0.1-0.3份、铬0.1-0.5份、镉0.2-0.7份、钪0.5-0.7份、锶0.2-0.4份、纳米陶瓷粉末3-5份、硫酸钡0.2-0.8份、硅酸钙3-5份、蒙脱土4-6份、氧化锑0.3-0.7份、氢氧化镁0.5-0.7份。
进一步地,所述线芯导体的原料按重量份的组分为:铜120份、铝45份、铁15分、锰0.2份、钼0.3份、铬0.1份、镉0.7份、钪0.5份、锶0.4份、纳米陶瓷粉末3份、硫酸钡0.8份、硅酸钙3份、蒙脱土6份、氧化锑0.3份、氢氧化镁0.7份。
进一步地,所述线芯导体的原料按重量份的组分为:铜120份、铝45份、铁15分、锰0.4份、钼0.2份、铬0.3份、镉0.4份、钪0.6份、锶0.3份、纳米陶瓷粉末4份、硫酸钡0.5份、硅酸钙4份、蒙脱土5份、氧化锑0.5份、氢氧化镁0.6份。
进一步地,所述线芯导体的原料按重量份的组分为:铜120份、铝45份、铁15分、锰0.6份、钼0.1份、铬0.5份、镉0.2份、钪0.7份、锶0.2份、纳米陶瓷粉末5份、硫酸钡0.2份、硅酸钙5份、蒙脱土4份、氧化锑0.7份、氢氧化镁0.5份。
