本发明公开了一种新型耐超高温柔性电缆,包括绝缘线芯,所述绝缘线芯包括镀锡铜导体、耐高温无机矿物质绝缘绕包层、玻璃纤维编织层;所述绝缘线芯的外侧依次设置耐高温无机矿物质绕包加强层和玻璃纤维编织加强层;所述玻璃纤维编织加强层外侧设置耐高温漆。本发明的材料选用、线缆结构及合适的工艺设计保证了电缆具备优异的耐弯曲性和柔软性,具有阻燃和耐火双重效果,电缆耐温等级可达500℃。

一种新型耐超高温柔性电缆
技术领域
本发明属于电气工程技术领域,涉及电气装备用电线电缆,具体设计一种新型耐超高温柔性电缆。
背景技术
耐高温电缆是指在额定高温下能够正常稳定地工作,电力传输或信号传输性能不受影响,具有较长的使用寿命的电缆。耐高温电缆适用于石油、化工、发电、冶金、钢铁等工矿企业,尤其适用于防火报警装置、自动消防设备及其它应急设备的控制及动力的传输线路。目前市场上耐高温电缆主要包括氟塑料耐高温电缆、硅橡胶耐高温电缆和特种工程塑料耐高温电缆(聚酰亚胺或聚醚醚酮等)。但上述三种耐高温电缆耐温等级有限,硅橡胶耐高温电缆耐温200℃,特种工程塑料和氟塑料耐高温电缆耐温250-300℃。当应用于对耐温等级更高要求的场所时(500℃),如化工、冶金、钢铁等超高温场所,传统耐高温电缆绝缘和护套材料老化速度加剧,电缆很容易被击穿而造成短路起火,从而造成更大的损失甚至悲剧发生;除此之外,氟塑料及耐高温特种工程塑料挤出温度高,耗能大产量低,而且由于国内挤出机和氟塑料挤出工艺和材料本身挤出性能的限制,氟硅材料耐高温电缆适用于小截面电缆。为了既能保证满足更高耐温等级的技术指标(500℃),又可以大幅度提高生产效率降低电缆成本,本发明通过材质、结构和工艺的选择制造出既具有耐超高温又具有极高性价比的耐超高温电缆具有广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对上述问题,通过材质、结构和工艺的选择提供一种新型耐超高温柔性电缆,是一种无机矿物绝缘绕包镀锡铜芯耐超高温电缆,不仅可以提高生产效率,同时可有效降低材料成本。。
一种新型耐超高温柔性电缆,它包括绝缘线芯,所述绝缘线芯包括镀锡铜导体,耐高温无机矿物质绝缘绕包层,玻璃纤维编织层;所述绝缘线芯的外侧依次设置耐高温无机矿物质绕包加强层和玻璃纤维编织加强层,所述玻璃纤维编织加强层外侧设置耐高温漆。
前述的一种新型耐超高温柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述耐高温无机矿物质绝缘绕包层为煅烧云母带,厚度为0.14mm,可耐1000℃高温。
前述的一种新型耐超高温柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维编织层由工作温度可达600℃玻璃纤维绳编织而成,编织密度为80%,主要起加强作用。
前述的一种新型耐超高温柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘线芯外侧设置的耐高温无机矿物质绕包加强层为煅烧云母带,厚度为0.14mm,可耐1000℃高温。
前述的一种新型耐超高温柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述耐高温无机矿物质绕包加强层外侧的玻璃纤维编织加强层,由工作温度可达600℃玻璃纤维绳编织而成,编织密度为80%。
前述的一种新型耐超高温柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维编织加强层外侧设置耐高温漆,涂漆厚度为0.2mm。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有结构设计合理、耐高温性能优越、方便生产和性价比高等优点,通过材质、结构和工艺的选择,使本发明的电缆具有如下优势:
1、所述导体采用多股镀锡铜线绞合而成,提高了电缆整体的耐弯曲性和柔软性,镀锡铜导体能显著提高铜导体耐热性和抗氧化性;
2、所述煅烧云母带绕包层材质为无机矿物质铝硅酸盐,具有优异的耐高温性能和耐火性能,煅烧云母带柔软性好,有效地提高了电缆的柔软度;
3、所述玻璃纤维编织层采用耐高温高强型玻璃纤维,具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、高强度、防火不燃等主要性能;
4、所述耐高温漆材质为有机硅耐高温漆,能经受高温氧化和其它介质腐蚀,具有很好的电绝缘性质,耐高温、防水、防油、耐化学品等性能优异。
上述的一种新型耐超高温柔性电缆以绕包耐高温矿物质层代替传统的高温挤出工艺,降低对生产设备的要求,提高生产效率,同时可有效降低材料成本。所述的一种新型耐超高温柔性电缆通过上述材质、结构选择,提高了电缆整体的耐弯曲性和柔软性,方便电缆的安装和敷设,电缆长期额定工作温度可达500℃。

下面结合说明书附图对本发明进行进一步说明。以下仅为本发明的较佳实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不以上述实施方式为限,但凡本领域普通技术人员根据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。
本发明一种耐超高温柔性电缆如说明书附图所示,包括镀锡铜导体1、耐高温无机矿物质绝缘绕包层2、玻璃纤维编织层3、耐高温无机矿物质绕包加强层4、玻璃纤维编织加强层5、耐高温漆6。
镀锡铜导体1为5类镀锡软铜导体通过束丝工序绞合而成,束丝节距控制在20-25倍节径比之间,使得导体具有较好的圆整度和柔软性,镀锡层提高导体耐热性和抗氧化性。
耐高温无机矿物质绝缘绕包层2采用绕包工艺替代高耗能的挤出工艺,煅烧云母带厚度为0.14 mm,双层重叠绕包,搭盖率为20%,包带平整、紧实、无皱折。采用绝缘绕包结构可降低电缆生产工艺的难度,可有效降低能耗和提高生产效率。
玻璃纤维编织层3所用材质为工作温度可耐800℃高温的玻璃纤维,编织密度为80%。
耐高温无机矿物质绕包加强层4为煅烧云母带,双层重叠绕包,搭盖率为15%,玻璃纤维编织加强层5编织密度为80%。采用双层煅烧云母带绕包和玻璃纤维耐高温编织结构较好地实现了电性能、耐高温性能、柔软性、防火阻燃和高强度性能的有机统一。
耐高温漆6有机硅耐高温漆,涂漆厚度为0.2 mm,能经受高温氧化和其它介质腐蚀,具有很好的电绝缘性质,耐高温、防水、防油、耐化学品等性能优异。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种新型耐超高温柔性电缆,通过材料选用、线缆结构及合适的工艺设计,提高了电缆整体的耐弯曲性和柔软性,方便电缆的安装和敷设,使得电缆耐温等级可达500℃,具有阻燃和耐火双重效果。

1.一种新型耐超高温柔性电缆,其特征在于:包括绝缘线芯,所述绝缘线芯包括镀锡铜导体1,耐高温无机矿物质绝缘绕包层2,玻璃纤维编织层3;所述绝缘线芯的外侧依次设置耐高温无机矿物质绕包加强层4和玻璃纤维编织加强层5,所述玻璃纤维编织加强层5外侧设置耐高温漆6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型耐超高温柔性电缆,其特征在于所述镀锡铜导体1为5类镀锡软铜导体,束丝节距控制在20-25倍节径比之间;所述耐高温无机矿物质绝缘绕包层2的材质为煅烧云母带,并采取双层重叠绕包工艺,搭盖率为20%;所述玻璃纤维编织层3编织密度为80%;所述耐高温无机矿物质绕包加强层4双层重叠绕包,搭盖率为15%;所述玻璃纤维编织加强层5编织密度为80%;所述耐高温漆6的涂漆厚度为0.2 mm。
