本发明公开了一种高阻燃耐候性电缆,包括缆芯和设置在缆芯外的保护层,所述保护层包括由内之外依次设置的绝缘层、空气层以及阻燃层,所述绝缘层为环氧树脂和热塑型酚醛树脂的混合层,所述空气层内沿线芯长度方向设置有若干组呈圆形分布的弹性块,所述弹性块的两端分别与绝缘层与阻燃层固定连接,所述阻燃层为聚氯乙烯与丁苯橡胶混合的橡胶层,所述阻燃层外还设有表层,该发明结构合理,该电缆的阻燃层采用聚氯乙烯与丁苯橡胶制成,能够提高电缆的耐油性和阻燃性,绝缘层由环氧树脂和热塑性酚醛树脂混合,能够有效的防止内部的电性导致缆线保护层的氧化,使得绝缘的效果更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,特别涉及一种高阻燃耐候性电缆。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,需要使用电缆的场所变得多样化,对电缆的性能指标有了更加严格和多样的要求,比如绝缘性、拉伸强度、使用温度、阻燃性能等指标均有严格的要求,不断的提高电缆的性能,是经济和社会发展的迫切需求,传统的护套材料多存在阻燃性差、耐油性差的问题。电缆的阻燃性差时,电缆容易出现燃烧,产生明火,造成电缆内部的导线暴露出来,进而造成电器短路现象的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高阻燃耐候性电缆。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种高阻燃耐候性电缆,包括缆芯和设置在缆芯外的保护层,所述保护层包括由内之外依次设置的绝缘层、空气层以及阻燃层,所述绝缘层为环氧树脂和热塑型酚醛树脂的混合层,所述空气层内沿线芯长度方向设置有若干组呈圆形分布的弹性块,所述弹性块的两端分别与绝缘层与阻燃层固定连接,所述阻燃层为聚氯乙烯与丁苯橡胶混合的橡胶层,所述阻燃层外还设有表层。
采取上述技术方案,该电缆的阻燃层采用聚氯乙烯与丁苯橡胶制成,能够提高电缆的耐油性和阻燃性,绝缘层由环氧树脂和热塑性酚醛树脂混合,能够有效的防止内部的电性导致缆线保护层的氧化,使得绝缘的效果更好;通过在空气层内设置弹性块,能够使该电缆的保护层具有一定的弹性,使电缆具有一定的击打性。
作为优选,所述缆芯包括多根螺旋缠绕的铜丝,每根所述铜丝的外表面均设置有镀锡层。
采取上述技术方案,该电缆的缆芯通过多个镀锡铜丝螺旋缠绕而成,使该结构导电性能优,稳定性能好,使用寿命长。
作为优选,所述空气层为真空层。
采取上述技术方案,将空气层内空气通过抽气泵抽出,使其内部真空,能够有效避氧气使绝缘层氧化,有效减缓绝缘层的老化。增加绝缘层的实用寿命。
作为优选,所述表层为PTFE层。
采取上述技术方案,PTFE层为PTFE乳液,在耐热层的外表面PTFE乳液上其凝结后形成PTFE层,使该电缆的耐热性和耐磨损性大大提高。
作为优选,所述表层外设有防水涂料层。
采取上述技术方案,防水涂料层为高弹橡胶防水涂料,其具有不怕漏水、不怕老化、不怕开裂变形、不怕穿刺等特点,能够使该电缆具有防水效果,有效避免该电缆在阴雨天气雨水侵入电缆内导致电缆漏电,造成危险。

具体实施方式
以下所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,保护范围并不仅局限于该实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案应当属于本发明的保护范围。同时应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,一种高阻燃耐候性电缆,包括缆芯1和设置在缆芯1外的保护层,缆芯1包括多根螺旋缠绕的铜丝7,每根铜丝7的外表面均设置有镀锡层8,该电缆的缆芯1通过多个镀锡铜丝7螺旋缠绕而成,使该结构导电性能优,稳定性能好,使用寿命长。
保护层包括由内之外依次设置的绝缘层2、空气层3以及阻燃层4,绝缘层2为环氧树脂和热塑型酚醛树脂的混合层,绝缘层2由环氧树脂和热塑性酚醛树脂混合,能够有效的防止内部的电性导致缆线保护层的氧化,使得绝缘的效果更好。
空气层3为真空层,将空气层3内空气通过抽气泵抽出,使其内部真空,能够有效避氧气使绝缘层2氧化,有效减缓绝缘层2的老化。增加绝缘层2的实用寿命;空气层3内沿线芯长度方向设置有若干组呈圆形分布的弹性块5,弹性块5的两端分别与绝缘层2与阻燃层4固定连接,弹性块5能够使该电缆的保护层具有一定的弹性,使电缆具有一定的击打性。
阻燃层4为聚氯乙烯与丁苯橡胶混合的橡胶层,阻燃层4采用聚氯乙烯与丁苯橡胶制成,能够提高电缆的耐油性和阻燃性,阻燃层4外还设有表层6,表层6为PTFE层,PTFE层为PTFE乳液,在耐热层的外表面PTFE乳液上其凝结后形成PTFE层,使该电缆的耐热性和耐磨损性大大提高。
除此之外,表层6外设有防水涂料层9,防水涂料层9为高弹橡胶防水涂料,其具有不怕漏水、不怕老化、不怕开裂变形、不怕穿刺等特点,能够使该电缆具有防水效果,有效避免该电缆在阴雨天气雨水侵入电缆内导致电缆漏电,造成危险。

1.一种高阻燃耐候性电缆,其特征在于,包括缆芯(1)和设置在缆芯(1)外的保护层,所述保护层包括由内之外依次设置的绝缘层(2)、空气层(3)以及阻燃层(4),所述绝缘层(2)为环氧树脂和热塑型酚醛树脂的混合层,所述空气层(3)内沿线芯长度方向设置有若干组呈圆形分布的弹性块(5),所述弹性块(5)的两端分别与绝缘层(2)与阻燃层(4)固定连接,所述阻燃层(4)为聚氯乙烯与丁苯橡胶混合的橡胶层,所述阻燃层(4)外还设有表层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃耐候性电缆,其特征在于,所述缆芯(1)包括多根螺旋缠绕的铜丝(7),每根所述铜丝(7)的外表面均设置有镀锡层(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃耐候性电缆,其特征在于,所述空气层(3)为真空层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高阻燃耐候性电缆,其特征在于,所述表层(6)为PTFE层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高阻燃耐候性电缆,其特征在于,所述表层(6)外设有防水涂料层(9)。
