Abstract
本发明包括包装盒传输机构、位于包装盒传输机构上方的覆膜机构以及位于包装盒传输机构两侧的冷却膜机构,所述的覆膜机构包括沿包装盒传输方向依次设置的入膜固定辊、剥离辊、加热辊和出膜固定辊,其中入膜固定辊和出膜固定辊与屋顶固定,剥离辊和加热辊固定连接并通过升降机构与屋顶连接。本发明方便对于覆膜时的入膜角度,冷却温度,冷却速度,覆膜压力等进行精确控制,大大提高了覆膜效果和成功率。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装盒生产领域,具体是一种用于包装盒生产的覆膜机。
背景技术
覆膜(laminating),又称“过塑”、“裱胶”、“贴膜”等,是指以透明塑料薄膜通过热压覆贴到印刷品表面,起保护及增加光泽的作用。覆膜已被广泛用于书刊的封面,画册,纪念册,明信片,产品说明书,挂历和地图等进行表面装帧及保护。目前,常见的覆膜包装产品有纸箱、纸盒、手提袋、化肥袋、种子袋、不干胶标签等。
覆膜属于印后加工的一种主要工艺,是将涂布黏合剂后的塑料薄膜,与纸质印刷品经加热、加压后黏合在一起,形成纸塑合一的产品,它是目前常见的纸质印刷品印后加工工艺之一。经过覆膜的印刷品,由于表面多了一层薄而透明的塑料薄膜,表面更加平滑光亮,不但提高了印刷品的光泽度和牢度,延长了印刷品的使用寿命,同时塑料薄膜又起到防潮、防水、防污、耐磨、耐折、耐化学腐蚀等保护作用。如果采用透明亮光薄膜覆膜,覆膜产品的印刷图文颜色更鲜艳,富有立体感,特别适合绿色食品等商品的包装,能够引起人们的食欲和消费欲望。如果采用亚光薄膜覆膜,覆膜产品会给消费者带来一种高贵、典雅的感觉。因此,覆膜后的包装印刷品能显著提高商品包装的档次和附加值。
现有的覆膜机在给包装盒覆膜时存在覆膜受力不均,冷却速度不均覆膜不平整等问题,导致覆膜效果不好。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种用于包装盒生产的覆膜机,方便对于覆膜时的入膜角度,冷却温度,冷却速度,覆膜压力等进行精确控制,大大提高了覆膜效果和成功率。
本发明包括包装盒传输机构、位于包装盒传输机构上方的覆膜机构以及位于包装盒传输机构两侧的冷却膜机构,所述的覆膜机构包括沿包装盒传输方向依次设置的入膜固定辊、剥离辊、加热辊和出膜固定辊,其中入膜固定辊和出膜固定辊与屋顶固定,剥离辊和加热辊固定连接并通过升降机构与屋顶连接。
进一步改进,所述的包装盒传输机构底部两端分别安装有高度调节装置。
进一步改进,所述的入膜固定辊上安装有调速电机。
本发明有益效果在于:方便对于覆膜时的入膜角度,冷却温度,冷却速度,覆膜压力等进行精确控制,大大提高了覆膜效果和成功率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明结构如图1所示,包括包装盒传输机构1、位于包装盒传输机构上方的覆膜机构以及位于包装盒传输机构两侧的冷却膜机构,所述的覆膜机构包括沿包装盒传输方向依次设置的入膜固定辊2、剥离辊3、加热辊4和出膜固定辊5,其中入膜固定辊2和出膜固定辊5与屋顶固定,剥离辊4和加热辊6固定连接并通过升降机构与屋顶连接。覆膜时通过升降装置控制加热辊的升降,可以精确控制覆膜时的压力,根据包装盒与薄膜的材质进行合理调控,以提高覆膜质量。
进一步改进,所述的包装盒传输机构底部两端分别安装有高度调节装置7,通过调节装置可以改变包装盒与加热辊接触时的角度。
进一步改进,所述的入膜固定辊上安装有调速电机,可以调节薄膜传输的速度。
所述的冷却膜机构为常见的低温空气喷枪,通过调节喷枪的温度可以控制薄膜在包装盒表面的冷却速度。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种用于包装盒生产的覆膜机,其特征在于:包括包装盒传输机构、位于包装盒传输机构上方的覆膜机构以及位于包装盒传输机构两侧的冷却膜机构,所述的覆膜机构包括沿包装盒传输方向依次设置的入膜固定辊、剥离辊、加热辊和出膜固定辊,其中入膜固定辊和出膜固定辊与屋顶固定,剥离辊和加热辊固定连接并通过升降机构与屋顶连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于包装盒生产的覆膜机,其特征在于:所述的包装盒传输机构底部两端分别安装有高度调节装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于包装盒生产的覆膜机,其特征在于:所述的入膜固定辊上安装有调速电机。
