技术领域
本发明属于医用防护产品制备技术领域,特别是涉及一种基于涂层技术的抗菌防水医用防护产品制备方法。
背景技术
医护工作者是直接与细菌、病毒对话的人群,他们的工作环境中存在各式各样的病菌,特别是工作在输液、外伤处理、医疗抢险、手术操作等一线的医生,他们时常会接触病人的体液或是血液,以及手术过程中的各种营养供给液,感染的几率非常的高,在工作中,需要设计一种抗菌防水的产品对血液和各种液体进行防水,并防止被细菌感染,因此医护工作者都需要使用或者穿戴这些抗菌防水医用防护产品进行抗菌防水。
现有的抗菌防水医用防护产品较为厚重,一方面增加了医护工作者的自身负担,降低了他们的灵活性和舒适性,另一方面,防护服、防护布、防护床单等防护产品的面料功能叠加后会出现矛盾和漏洞,例如在防水的同时,降低了面料的透气性,同时,现有的医用防护产品的抗菌功能一般较差,很难保证防护的效率,因此针对以上问题提供一种基于涂层技术的抗菌防水医用防护产品制备方法具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明为一种基于涂层技术的抗菌防水医用防护产品制备方法,通过提供一种由抗菌无纺布制作的抗菌层、由无机抗菌粒子和有机聚合物制成的抗菌涂层、由涤纶塔夫绸制作的防水层、由水溶性涂层胶制作的防水涂层组成的复合层结构,经制备水溶性涂层胶、前防水处理、涂覆防水涂层、涂覆抗菌涂层、防水定型、缝头、烘燥、检验打卷、成品包装的步骤,解决了抗菌防水医用产品厚重、舒适性差、透气性差、易造成细菌感染的问题,使用寿命长。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明的一种基于涂层技术的抗菌防水医用防护产品制备方法,所述抗菌防水医用防护产品包括由抗菌无纺布制作的抗菌层、由无机抗菌粒子和有机聚合物制成的抗菌涂层、由涤纶塔夫绸制作的防水层、由水溶性涂层胶制作的防水涂层,所述抗菌防水医用防护产品制备方法包括如下步骤:
S01:制备水溶性涂层胶;
S02:检验涤纶塔夫绸胚和抗菌无纺布胚布:通过显微镜和肉眼检验纶塔夫绸胚和抗菌无纺布胚布表面是否被真菌感染,挑选未被感染,完好的涤纶塔夫绸胚和抗菌无纺布胚布备用;
S03:前防水处理:对所述抗菌无纺布和涤纶塔夫绸通过防水剂进行前防水处理;
S04:涂覆防水涂层:通过辊涂法对所述涤纶塔夫绸一表面进行均匀涂覆制备好的水溶性涂层胶,并将所述抗菌无纺布通过双辊机热压机热压合于涤纶塔夫绸涂覆水溶性涂层胶的一表面;
S05:涂覆抗菌涂层:在所述抗菌无纺布的相对涤纶塔夫绸的背面均匀涂覆无机抗菌粒子和有机聚合物,并通过热压机对所述抗菌无纺布的涂覆面进行热压合;
S06:防水定型:对热压合后的所述抗菌无纺布和涤纶塔夫绸通过热固机器并配置防水涂剂进行防水定型处理;
S07:缝头:对经防水定型处理后的所述抗菌无纺布和涤纶塔夫绸边沿进行缝头处理;
S08:烘燥:通过烘干机对经缝头处理后的所述抗菌无纺布和涤纶塔夫绸进行烘燥处理,烘燥的温度范围在115~120℃之间,所述烘干机的传动车速为40~60m/min;
S09:检验打卷:通过肉眼检验并观察对经烘燥处理完毕的所述抗菌无纺布和涤纶塔夫绸是否存在质量问题,若存在问题,挑出作废,若无质量问题,则在打卷机上按照70~80m/min的速度进行打卷处理;
S10:成品包装:通过包装机对打卷完成的成品进行包装。
进一步地,所述S01步骤中制备水溶性涂层胶的方法如下:
首先,获取制备水溶性涂层胶所采用的原材料(质量份数):
然后,按照如下步骤进行制备水溶性涂层胶:
P01:将装有搅拌器、冷凝器、加料器、温度计和N2导管的四口1000ml反应烧瓶烘干,通入N2;
P02:将所述质量份数的溶剂、三元醇、机钖类催化剂投入反应釜内,加热升温至60~80℃,在搅拌下将所述质量份数的甲苯二异氰酸酯缓慢加入至反应釜中,并在N2的保护下保温反应3~8小时;
P03:取样测定反应所得溶液中的NCO%含量,并判断是否大于75%,若是,则认定为合格,出料并装于棕色瓶内密封。
其中,步骤S03中前防水处理的方法如下:
采用20g/L的ZJ-1902防水剂和20g/L的ZJ-1902防水剂专用催化剂在热定型机的作用下进行防水处理。
进一步地,所述步骤S05中的无机抗菌粒子为抗菌沸石粒子,所述有机聚合物包括由氨基醇酸树脂、氨基丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂以及聚亚安酯形成的薄膜。

S05:涂覆抗菌涂层4:在抗菌无纺布的相对涤纶塔夫绸的背面均匀涂覆无机抗菌粒子和有机聚合物,并通过热压机对抗菌无纺布的涂覆面进行热压合;
S06:防水定型:对热压合后的抗菌无纺布和涤纶塔夫绸通过热固机器并配置防水涂剂进行防水定型处理;
S07:缝头:对经防水定型处理后的抗菌无纺布和涤纶塔夫绸边沿进行缝头处理;
S08:烘燥:通过烘干机对经缝头处理后的抗菌无纺布和涤纶塔夫绸进行烘燥处理,烘燥的温度范围为115℃,烘干机的传动车速为40m/min;
S09:检验打卷:通过肉眼检验并观察对经烘燥处理完毕的抗菌无纺布和涤纶塔夫绸是否存在质量问题,若存在问题,挑出作废,若无质量问题,则在打卷机上按照70m/min的速度进行打卷处理;
S10:成品包装:通过包装机对打卷完成的成品进行包装。
其中,S01步骤中制备水溶性涂层胶的方法如下:
首先,获取制备水溶性涂层胶所采用的原材料(质量份数):
然后,按照如下步骤进行制备水溶性涂层胶:
P01:将装有搅拌器、冷凝器、加料器、温度计和N2导管的四口1000ml反应烧瓶烘干,通入N2;
P02:将上述质量份数的溶剂、三元醇、机钖类催化剂投入反应釜内,加热升温至60℃,在搅拌下将质量份数的甲苯二异氰酸酯缓慢加入至反应釜中,并在N2的保护下保温反应3小时;
P03:取样测定反应所得溶液中的NCO%含量,并判断是否大于75%,若是,则认定为合格,出料并装于棕色瓶内密封。
其中,步骤S03中前防水处理的方法如下:
采用20g/L的ZJ-1902防水剂和20g/L的ZJ-1902防水剂专用催化剂在热定型机的作用下进行防水处理。
其中,步骤S05中的无机抗菌粒子为抗菌沸石粒子,有机聚合物包括由氨基醇酸树脂、氨基丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂以及聚亚安酯形成的薄膜。

Claims (4)
1.一种基于涂层技术的抗菌防水医用防护产品制备方法,所述抗菌防水医用防护产品包括由抗菌无纺布制作的抗菌层(3)、由无机抗菌粒子和有机聚合物制成的抗菌涂层(4)、由涤纶塔夫绸制作的防水层(1)、由水溶性涂层胶制作的防水涂层(2),其特征在于,所述抗菌防水医用防护产品制备方法包括如下步骤:
S01:制备水溶性涂层胶;
S02:检验涤纶塔夫绸胚和抗菌无纺布胚布:通过显微镜和肉眼检验纶塔夫绸胚和抗菌无纺布胚布表面是否被真菌感染,挑选未被感染,完好的涤纶塔夫绸胚和抗菌无纺布胚布备用;
S03:前防水处理:对所述抗菌无纺布和涤纶塔夫绸通过防水剂进行前防水处理;
S04:涂覆防水涂层(2):通过辊涂法对所述涤纶塔夫绸一表面进行均匀涂覆制备好的水溶性涂层胶,并将所述抗菌无纺布通过双辊机热压机热压合于涤纶塔夫绸涂覆水溶性涂层胶的一表面;
S05:涂覆抗菌涂层(4):在所述抗菌无纺布的相对涤纶塔夫绸的背面均匀涂覆无机抗菌粒子和有机聚合物,并通过热压机对所述抗菌无纺布的涂覆面进行热压合;
S06:防水定型:对热压合后的所述抗菌无纺布和涤纶塔夫绸通过热固机器并配置防水涂剂进行防水定型处理;
S07:缝头:对经防水定型处理后的所述抗菌无纺布和涤纶塔夫绸边沿进行缝头处理;
S08:烘燥:通过烘干机对经缝头处理后的所述抗菌无纺布和涤纶塔夫绸进行烘燥处理,烘燥的温度范围在115~120℃之间,所述烘干机的传动车速为40~60m/min;
S09:检验打卷:通过肉眼检验并观察对经烘燥处理完毕的所述抗菌无纺布和涤纶塔夫绸是否存在质量问题,若存在问题,挑出作废,若无质量问题,则在打卷机上按照70~80m/min的速度进行打卷处理;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于涂层技术的抗菌防水医用防护产品制备方法,其特征在于,所述S01步骤中制备水溶性涂层胶的方法如下:

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于涂层技术的抗菌防水医用防护产品制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S05中的无机抗菌粒子为抗菌沸石粒子,所述有机聚合物包括由氨基醇酸树脂、氨基丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂以及聚亚安酯形成的薄膜。
