本发明公开了一种无纺布及其生产工艺,涉及无纺布生产技术领域,该种无纺布的质量配比包括(重量份):纳米珍珠粉3~7份、锦纶纤维75~80份、棉纤维35~45份、桑蚕丝10~15份、银纤维8~15份、粘合剂6~10份、铅化合物30~40份、硼化合物5~15份,本发明还公开了一种无纺布的生产工艺,包括原料加工、制备外层无纺布纤维网、制备内层无纺布纤维网、喷涂、低温烘干、将制得的无纺布压延、切边、卷绕、包装六个工艺步骤,该种方法制备出的无纺布防辐射性能和防紫外线性能很好,安全保健,吸湿排汗,绿色环保,工艺简单并且对人体有保健作用的无纺布。

Description

一种无纺布及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布生产技术领域,具体涉及一种无纺布及其生产工艺。
背景技术
无纺布是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,广泛用于一次性吸收物品的表层材料、面膜载体等卫生用品领域或其它相关领域。但现有技术中的无纺布功能单一,并且现有防辐射无纺布含多种重金属,有害身体,无吸湿排汗功能,以及抗紫外线功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种防辐射性能好,安全保健,吸湿排汗,绿色环保,工艺简单的无纺布。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:所提供的一种无纺布的质量配比包括(重量份):纳米珍珠粉3~7份、锦纶纤维75~80份、棉纤维35~45份、桑蚕丝10~15份、银纤维8~15份、粘合剂6~10份、铅化合物30~40份、硼化合物5~15份。
一种无纺布,其生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)原料加工:将纳米珍珠粉在粘胶纤维纺丝时加入纤维内制成珍珠共混纤维素纤维,将粘合剂加入棉纤维内制成粘胶纤维。
(2)制备外层无纺布纤维网:将上述珍珠共混纤维素纤维、粘胶纤维、桑蚕丝、银纤维、锦纶纤维混合,用无纺布梳理机制成外层无纺布纤维网。
(3)制备内层无纺布纤维网:将上述粘胶纤维、铅化合物、硼化合物、棉纤维混合,用无纺布梳理机制成内层无纺布纤维网。
(4)喷涂:将粘合剂在搅拌釜中搅拌20~30分钟混合均匀,然后加入喷涂装置料筒,通过喷涂工艺将粘合剂均匀的喷到外层无纺布纤维网和内层无纺布纤维网之间,然后通过上下振动无纺布纤维网,使粘合剂快速均匀的渗透到无纺布纤维网中。
(5)低温烘干:将振动处理后的无纺布纤维网进入烘箱进行烘干,无纺布纤维网通过烘箱速度为10~20米/分钟。
(6)将制得的无纺布压延、切边、卷绕、包装。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中的粘合剂为丙烯酸酯类粘合剂。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中梳理机的型号为SD-520。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中铅化合物和硼化合物之间的质量比为2:1~4:1。
优选的,各层无纺布纤维网厚度在0.1mm~0.6mm。
优选的,所述步骤(5)中低温烘干的温度为6~18度。
采用本发明的技术方案,该种生产工艺得到的无纺布,不仅透气性好、不易破裂,而且防辐射性能和防紫外线性能很好,吸湿排汗,十分适合用于在辐射区操作的工作人员穿戴。本发明中外层无纺布纤维网采用天蚕丝,含有多种氨基酸,成分绿色安全并且对人体有保健作用,并且加入了珍珠共混纤维素纤维和银纤维,能够有效地阻挡紫外线。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述。
实施例1:
一种无纺布,所提供的该种无纺布的质量配比包括(重量份):纳米珍珠粉3份、锦纶纤维75份、棉纤维35份、桑蚕丝10份、银纤维8份、粘合剂6份、铅化合物30份、硼化合物5份。
一种无纺布,所述的生产工艺按照以下步骤进行:
(1)原料加工:将纳米珍珠粉在粘胶纤维纺丝时加入纤维内制成珍珠共混纤维素纤维,将粘合剂加入棉纤维内制成粘胶纤维。
(2)制备外层无纺布纤维网:将上述珍珠共混纤维素纤维、粘胶纤维、桑蚕丝、银纤维、锦纶纤维混合,用无纺布梳理机制成外层无纺布纤维网。
(3)制备内层无纺布纤维网:将上述粘胶纤维、铅化合物、硼化合物、棉纤维混合,用无纺布梳理机制成内层无纺布纤维网。
(4)喷涂:将粘合剂在搅拌釜中搅拌21分钟混合均匀,然后加入喷涂装置料筒,通过喷涂工艺将粘合剂均匀的喷到外层无纺布纤维网和内层无纺布纤维网之间,然后通过上下振动无纺布纤维网,使粘合剂快速均匀的渗透到无纺布纤维网中。
(5)低温烘干:将振动处理后的无纺布纤维网进入烘箱进行烘干,无纺布纤维网通过烘箱速度为12米/分钟。
(6)将制得的无纺布压延、切边、卷绕、包装。
实施例2:
其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于所述无纺布,其质量配比包括纳米珍珠粉5份、锦纶纤维78份、棉纤维37份、桑蚕丝13份、银纤维9份、粘合剂7份、铅化合物32份、硼化合物7份。所述步骤(4)中将粘合剂在搅拌釜中搅拌25分钟混合均匀;所述步骤(5)无纺布纤维网通过烘箱速度为16米/分钟。
实施例3:
其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于所述无纺布,其质量配比包括纳米珍珠粉7份、锦纶纤维80份、棉纤维45份、桑蚕丝10份、银纤维15份、粘合剂9份、铅化合物38份、硼化合物14份。所述步骤(4)中将粘合剂在搅拌釜中搅拌28分钟混合均匀;所述步骤(5)无纺布纤维网通过烘箱速度为20米/分钟。
经过以上工艺步骤后,取出无纺布样品,待测:
经过以上工艺步骤后,制备出的无纺布,不仅透气性好、不易破裂,而且防辐射性能和防紫外线性能很好,吸湿排汗,十分适合用于在辐射区操作的工作人员穿戴。本发明中外层无纺布纤维网采用天蚕丝,含有多种氨基酸,成分绿色安全并且对人体有保健作用,并且加入了珍珠共混纤维素纤维和银纤维,能够有效地阻挡紫外线。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种无纺布,其特征在于:所述无纺布的质量配比包括(重量份):纳米珍珠粉3~7份、锦纶纤维75~80份、棉纤维35~45份、桑蚕丝10~15份、银纤维8~15份、粘合剂6~10份、铅化合物30~40份、硼化合物5~15份。
2.一种根据权利要求1的无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料加工:将纳米珍珠粉在粘胶纤维纺丝时加入纤维内制成珍珠共混纤维素纤维,将粘合剂加入棉纤维内制成粘胶纤维,所述粘合剂与棉纤维按1:1~1:5的比例;
(2)制备外层无纺布纤维网:将上述珍珠共混纤维素纤维、粘胶纤维、桑蚕丝、银纤维、锦纶纤维混合,用无纺布梳理机制成外层无纺布纤维网;
(3)制备内层无纺布纤维网:将上述粘胶纤维、铅化合物、硼化合物、棉纤维混合,用无纺布梳理机制成内层无纺布纤维网;
(4)喷涂:将粘合剂在搅拌釜中搅拌20~30分钟混合均匀,然后加入喷涂装置料筒,通过喷涂工艺将粘合剂均匀的喷到外层无纺布纤维网和内层无纺布纤维网之间,然后通过上下振动无纺布纤维网,使粘合剂快速均匀的渗透到无纺布纤维网中;
(5)低温烘干:将振动处理后的无纺布纤维网进入烘箱进行烘干,无纺布纤维网通过烘箱速度为10~20米/分钟;
(6)将制得的无纺布压延、切边、卷绕、包装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的粘合剂为丙烯酸酯类粘合剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中梳理机的型号为SD-520。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中铅化合物和硼化合物之间的质量比为2:1~4:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:各层无纺布纤维网厚度在0.1mm~0.6mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中低温烘干的温度为6~18度。
