Abstract

本发明公开了一种皮卡车后盖及其生产方法,解决了现有皮卡车后盖不能同时满足质量轻、结构强度高以及回弹效果好的问题,从上至下依次包括表面毡层、强芯毡层、轴向布层一、短切毡层、发泡层和轴向布层二,所述方法步骤包括:a)将表面毡通过手糊工艺贴合在模具上;b)待表面毡呈凝胶状态时,将强芯毡通过手糊工艺贴合在表面毡上;c)待强芯毡呈凝胶状态时,在强芯毡上铺设轴向布;d)在轴向布上铺设短切毡;e)在短切毡设铺设聚氨酯发泡;f)在聚氨酯发泡上铺设轴向布;g)在模具上设置真空膜,在模具和真空膜之间形成密闭室,将密闭式抽真空,使得产品成型。本发明质量轻,同时结构强度高以及回弹效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种一种皮卡车后盖及其生产方法。
背景技术
国内的皮卡车后盖板很少见,其主要应用于欧美国家的皮卡车上。在使用时,由于此后盖板上需要站立人,因此在严格控制后盖板板的重量的前提下,对后盖板的强度以及回弹形也有极高的要求,而现有市面上的后盖板的结构强度以及回弹性满足不了市场需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种一种皮卡车后盖及其生产方法,使生产后的皮卡车后盖的质量轻,同时结构强度高以及回弹效果好,符合市场需求。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种皮卡车后盖,从上至下依次包括表面毡层、强芯毡层、轴向布层一、短切毡层、发泡层和轴向布层二。
一种皮卡车后盖生产方法,所述方法步骤包括:a)将表面毡通过手糊工艺贴合在模具上;b)待表面毡呈凝胶状态时,将强芯毡通过手糊工艺贴合在表面毡上;c)待强芯毡呈凝胶状态时,在强芯毡上铺设轴向布;d)在轴向布上铺设短切毡;e)在短切毡上铺设聚氨酯发泡;f)在聚氨酯发泡上铺设轴向布;g)在模具上设置真空膜,在模具和真空膜之间形成密闭室,将密闭式抽真空,使得产品成型
优选的,步骤a)中的表面毡为每平方米30g。
优选的,步骤b)中的强芯毡为每平方米30g。
优选的,步骤d)中的短切毡为每平方米450g。
优选的,步骤c)和步骤f)中的轴向布为每平方米600g。
优选的,所述真空膜的边缘与模具的模口通过胶带密封连接,真空膜上具有抽气阀。
本发明的优点为:生产后的皮卡车后盖的质量轻,同时结构强度高以及回弹效果好,符合市场需求。
具体实施方式
一种皮卡车后盖,从上至下依次包括表面毡层、强芯毡层、轴向布层一、短切毡层、发泡层和轴向布层二。
一种皮卡车后盖的生产方法,其具体方法包括:
a)将30g表面毡通过手糊工艺贴合在模具上;即将30g表面毡通过手工的方式贴合在模具上,用刷子将加了固化剂的树脂刷在表面毡上;。
b)待表面毡呈凝胶状态时,将30g强芯毡通过手糊工艺贴合在表面毡上;即上述步骤a)中,树脂在固化的过程中有个过度阶段为凝胶状态,在该状态时,通过手工的方式将强芯毡贴合在表面毡上,并用刷子将加了固化剂的树脂刷在强芯毡上;。
c)待强芯毡呈凝胶状态时,在强芯毡上铺设600g的轴向布;
d)在轴向布上铺设450g短切毡;
e)在短切毡上铺设80目聚氨酯发泡;
f)在聚氨酯发泡上铺设600g轴向布;
g)在模具上设置真空膜,在模具和真空膜之间形成密闭室,将密闭式抽真空,最后产品成型。本实施例中所述真空膜的边缘与模具的模口通过胶带密封连接,真空膜上具有抽气阀,因此通过抽气阀将密闭式内的空气抽走,以使产品有效成型,该成型方法能够使得皮卡车的各层之间能够均匀复合,以进一步提升皮卡车后盖的结构强度。
需说明的是,30g表面毡为每平方米表面毡重30g,30g强芯毡为每平方米强芯毡重30g,450g短切毡为每平方米短切毡重450g.
综上所述,由于各材料均为轻质材料,因此组合成的皮卡车后盖的整体质量轻,另一方面各层材料之间的复合,以及聚氨酯发泡层的设置,能够使得本发明具有高强度以及高回弹性的特点,符合市场需求。

1.一种皮卡车后盖,其特征是:从上至下依次包括表面毡层、强芯毡层、轴向布层一、短切毡层、发泡层和轴向布层二。
2.一种皮卡车后盖生产方法,其特征是:所述方法步骤包括:a)将表面毡通过手糊工艺贴合在模具上;b)待表面毡呈凝胶状态时,将强芯毡通过手糊工艺贴合在表面毡上;c)待强芯毡呈凝胶状态时,在强芯毡上铺设轴向布;d)在轴向布上铺设短切毡;e)在短切毡上铺设聚氨酯发泡;f)在聚氨酯发泡上铺设轴向布;g)在模具上设置真空膜,在模具和真空膜之间形成密闭室,将密闭式抽真空,使得产品成型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的皮卡车后盖生产方法,其特征是:步骤a)中的表面毡为每平方米30g。
4.根据权利要求2所述的皮卡车后盖生产方法,其特征是:步骤b)中的强芯毡为每平方米30g。
5.根据权利要求2所述的皮卡车后盖生产方法,其特征是:步骤d)中的短切毡为每平方米450g。
6.根据权利要求2所述的皮卡车后盖生产方法,其特征是:步骤c)和步骤f)中的轴向布为每平方米600g。
7.根据权利要求2所述的皮卡车后盖生产方法,其特征是:所述真空膜的边缘与模具的模口通过胶带密封连接,真空膜上具有抽气阀。
